We love staying at Brendan's cottage. This is our second winter there--that says it all! Cute space; well equipped; and private patio. It's a great neighborhood, safely walkable. Loved how close this place is to downtown Tampa! The neighborhood right outside has so much to offer—great bars, restaurants, and plenty to do even if you’re just hanging out nearby. I came on a solo trip and felt super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Thomas is a very good host and he responded promptly to all of our questions. The place is centrally located in Ybor City and you can walk to many excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. The place was very clean, modern and comfortable.
