Linda was amazing hostess. the home was as or better than expected. Linda gave my family privacy and was very responsive.

Lots for the kids to do and a nice big space quick responses and excellent communicators we have 12 teenagers and 4 adults - somehow we managed with only 2 bathrooms!!!

We had the best time at The Pickett Fence!! This was the first airbnb that I actually felt safe and relaxed in. Jason is a wonderful host and gave a perfect tour of the house when we arrived. There was everything we needed and more here! Next time I stay I can pack much lighter 😉.

Beautiful place peaceful laid back neighborhood

The location was great- close to downtown Tampa but quiet neighborhood. Having a bedroom on the bottom floor next to a bathroom with a shower was a plus. The upstairs bedrooms were a nice size. The firepit and large dining table was a real plus so our family could gather at the end of the day. The game room had everything from board games to air hockey to keep all busy. Alex was a great host very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Phil's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Phil was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, easy to get to down town areas. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Phil's property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Probably the best Airbnb I have ever rented! The property is unbelievable. So relaxing. Sooo spacious. Perfect for multi family vacations. Three bedrooms upstairs and 2 down. Allowed for privacy. The guest house is very large. Perfect if a family wants a little more privacy or space. We went with our friends and our kids so having the fenced in property allowed parents to relax and let the kids run free. Highly suggest renting a bounce house. They have the perfect spot for it! Fire wood was provided so that was nice. Very close to town for quick Walmart or restaurant runs. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home. A few friends and I surprised my wife for her birthday. She’s also wanted to experience downtown Tampa. This house wasn’t very far. It was super clean. Great host. Will definitely recommend.

Great place. They had everything. They supplied water, snacks, soda, pads, razor and usb chargers . They went above and beyond with all the amenities. Will definitely stay again.

This was a cute place and it had everything we needed. Plenty of pans and kitchen stuff and a lot of extras in case you forgot something. Olivia and was very proactive and friendly. Location was 10 mins from downtown and like 2 minutes from Walmart and target. Great price for the accommodation. We were there for band and it met our every need. We would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay in Brandon. the location was perfect for us: just 2 miles from where we attended a wedding, and kind of central to all the other places we need to go while we were here. Apt was clean and cute, the bedrooms a nice size. I don’t care for the memory foam beds but they were comfortable enough. Host left us a few waters in the fridge which was perfect. All in all had a nice stay.

Older home…but very well kept and clean inside. Extra linens were a plus. One block from the water. Only about 2 blocks from the Davis Island shops…super quick walk to the DI coffee shop, Pizza, Greek food, breakfast places, grocery/convenience, Anchor bar, and other cute places. Our stay was very short…so we did not utilize the back yard patio area…but this was much better for us than staying in a hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Chris’s condo. It had a beautiful view of the bay and we enjoyed using the heated pool and appreciated the on-site laundry. The condo was comfortable and very professional. Would recommend!

Great place for a short stay. Problem wouldn’t hesitate if I was staying over for a Bucs game or the like.

Zucely’s place was perfect for us. It was very clean and was a great spot to hang out during our down time. It was evident the location is recovering from the hurricanes but Zucely shared that ahead of time. There is also around the clock security which also made us feel safe. We would certainly come back to stay at this location if we have the opportunity.

This condo is in a great neighborhood which is wonderful to walk around and see all the history and beautiful homes. Bayshore Blvd is a stone's throw away and you can see the bay from the condo. Bella's Italian Restaurant was a very short walk and one of the best in Tampa. The beds were comfortable with only one point to be noted is in the master bedroom the shades really let in the street lights at night and the sunshine in the morning. Overall, very roomy and comfortable stay for 4 people.

The condo was as what we expected, cozy and comfortable. The community felt safe and well cared for. David was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall, our experience was great, and we would stay again.

What a lovely condo! Perfect for a business conference at the Grand Hyatt, but much more comfortable than a hotel! Loved the balcony with the view of the water!
