I'm a returning guest with Dana and Rob, and once again, it was absolutely perfect! Their home is not only spotlessly clean, but also looks exactly like the photos—something I truly appreciate. The location is ideal for both work and play, making it the perfect balance for my travel needs. Dana is incredibly responsive and proactive, always ensuring that everything is just right. I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend their home and look forward to returning again!

Excellent location walkable to activities. Super cute place in a great neighborhood. Very easy to find and get in. Nicely appointed with fabulous towels. Excellent and clear directions from check in through using the TV or coffee maker to check out. When we travel we spend most of the day out so it’s nice come back to a comfortable stay! We would stay at Bob and Liz’s again for sure!

This place is truly special. The location is right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to find, park, and get into. From the moment we arrived, Jason and Neil were the most gracious hosts. And the property is amazing! Every single thing has been carefully thought out and decorated for style and comfort both inside and out. So much so that we spent the last day on property just enjoying the peace and quiet. I almost don’t want to say anything because I don’t want to share this find, but the place (and hosts) are too amazing not to get all the love they deserve. Can’t wait to come back.

Priyank was the absolute best host. Very prompt at responding, kind, and easy to speak with. The house was absolutely stunning. VERY clean, modern, cute and quaint. The little things matter and made us feel at home (paper towels, coffee, toilet paper, tissues, vacuum, water bottles, accessible remotes/tvs, extra pillow/blanket, bathroom needs, and so much more). Those small amenities and going the extra mile are what I will remember and make me want to come back. Felt safe in the area, price was very reasonable. It’s hard to find a nice, clean place that is reasonably priced. Very easy check in and out. Cant say enough good things about this Airbnb and Priyank. I was extremely impressed and will absolutely be coming back to stay here!

Place is gorgeous and spacious in a great neighborhood! Beds are comfy and all the rooms are well appointed. Instructions were clear and the communication was very easy. Didn’t ask us to clean up much when we left which is so nice compared to some other places we’ve stayed. Highly recommend!

Richard and Angelita's home was exactly what I needed for my night out in Tampa. It was a solo trip, so the space was just the right size for me with a beautiful, peaceful space outside. There were so many restaurants within 15 minutes of the stay, so that gave plenty of options when deciding where to go. The hosts were very proactive with giving me information and making me feel I could reach out if I needed anything. I really appreciate the open communication and help that was given. I would recommend this stay if you want to be close to lots but not directly on the scene. Thank you Richard and Angelita!

We had up to 9 people staying and 2 little dogs when we stayed for a destination wedding. The wedding was downtown St. Pete so we were only about 20 minutes away. The home is surprisingly big inside and we all had space to spread out. Our pups loved the outside fended in yard. The fire pit was a great touch.

We booked this place for a family vacation during spring break. The experience was great, and exactly as described by our lovely hosts! Amazing deck, patio, and extremely clean! We felt right at home! Will miss morning coffees and nightly fire pits with the family, and plan on being back someday.

I came down to Karla’s place for a solo trip and was put at ease instantly. It is a very quiet neighborhood so that was great for me. The home itself is decorated very well and is super cute! I did not spend a ton of time in the patio area but that’s nice as well. You’ll have everything you need for your stay here.

House was plenty big enough our family enjoyed the pool also one thing was the washer smelled so we were not able to do laundry . I know if I would have contacted Dana about it she would have come over and fixed it but we just didn’t have time. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Hector and Alondra’s place! The house was super clean and well taken care of. The hosts were really responsive and always there if we needed anything. The amenities were awesome too—everything we needed was there. Honestly, no complaints at all. We loved our time here and would totally come back.

We stayed here as a last minute stay when my father was airlifted to TGH. She literally had everything we could’ve possibly needed. She also had the fridge stocked with beverages, snacks available and K-cups with cream and sugar. She even had a drawer with “in case you forgot/need”! It was a tiny house stay but it’s Florida, most people don’t want to stay inside! Definitely work the price! Thank you Stephanie for a safe, easy, functional place to stay during our time of need.

5 stars! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful—they truly thought of everything to make the space feel just like home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept so well each night, which is such a rare find when traveling! They didn’t miss a single detail. Every little thing we could’ve needed was already there, making our stay effortless and relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. On top of it all, they were beyond kind and so responsive to any questions we had. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for stay—and we will absolutely be back! Love how they are transforming this area and the love and energy they are pouring into all the surrounding homes. Oh, and the noise level at night… NONE which was very important to us. Love this place!

I was in town celebrating my 45th birthday with family, and this home was the perfect accommodation. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool the most! The home was clean, warm and inviting. Our host Leon was quickly responsive and extremely accommodating...he was able to grant us a last minute late check out, which we greatly appreciated. We'd definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Tampa.
