Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

The house was great! Pool was clean ……. Perfect to enjoy a week at the the Final Four!

Lovely accommodations. Pool was fantastic. Quiet surroundings. Screened in patio and very spacious. We lucked out with beautiful weather.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. It was just the right amount of space for my wife and I. The pool was great and the gas grill was super easy to use for some quick steaks. Communication was top tier. 10/10 They made sure if we needed anything we can contact them. Response time was phenomenal. The instructions for everything were clear and concise even with some reminders on certain days (trash pick up etc). Location is great. There’s a park nearby with a nice bay view and some good local eats. We hope to come back again next year. Great hosts.

The house was amazing! Very clean and a perfect location. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from anything. Communication with Mark was great and he was a great help with everything we needed. We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Tampa again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this house!! Our main priority was separate bedrooms for our teenage son and our preteen daughter to have their own space and this house was perfect!! The rooms were very good size and the master bed/bath was HUGE!!! The beds were very comfy and we loved that the fridge had ice and a water dispenser! We had a little hiccup when originally checking into the house with the passcode not working, but Hannah responded to my message almost immediately, even with it being late at night, and got us into the house in no time!! We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next trip down to Tampa!!

This is a great space for a family or several couples. There is a well stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a lovely shaded patio. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and it is a very quick trip to downtown Tampa. Karina thought of everything!

Chris made the stay! A great host with good communication and attentiveness to our needs. The house feels truly unique it felt like being in a movie. Original architecture and a killer Bluetooth sound system. Also, if you wake up around 8am there was a beautiful white bird that was bathing in the pond!

I would definitely stay here again quite little area close to everything and cozy didn’t wanna leave would definitely stay again

It was a great stay & great location. There’s no washer & dryer so just keep that in mind when renting the place. It’s connected to another unit that seems to be full time residents & they have a dog that was a little annoying at times but other than that, it was a great stay. Would stay again!

Upon arrival at the designated location, we discovered that all items were situated in their proper places. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it was well-equipped with everything we required throughout our stay. This place is actually better than the picture show. Very pristine and very clean. It's the perfect place for a bunch of guys who want to get together for a golf trip or something like that. Somewhat secluded, which is what I was kind of looking for. Me and my 13 other friend loved it.

We definitely recommend staying here!It's a beautiful apartment in what seems like a nice neighborhood. We were there for 5 days and the neighbors were quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic, great yard for the kids to play in, pool table was fun to have.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

Enjoyed our stay, we used the pool and hot tub. It worked out great. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy yourself when you’re not out doing. All the dishes and pans were easily found to cook at the house, that was excellent for us

My father stayed at Angies and loved it. He is very hypoallergic/sensitive to smells and he said it was nice and clean. Thanks so much! Great view too.

The only issue we had was, we were leaving one morning to go out and there was a guy and girl fighting on the grass in front of the house. They were threatening to shoot each other. We went back into the house and stayed there until we felt like it was safe.

I can't say enough about Julio and his place in wonderful Oldsmar. The place was clean and he was so helpful. If we needed anything, he was there for us. He even brought over a new BBQ and pool skimmer. He was prompt to answer questions and never a bother. When you rent with a dog, you are always concerned about making sure the place is clean. We take care of the properties we rent and so glad this place met our expectations. Thanks so much Julio. 5 star plus!
