Monthly Rentals in Wilmington

Was a great stay. Place presents itself the same as the photos. Prime location with tons of activities and restaurants walking distance. Parking is a bit of a pain but is expected with the location of the place. Suggest earplugs if you are light sleeper as apartment had thin walls and on weekend nights it is loud out side!

I lived in this apartment for almost 4 months. I loved my time here. Sherry was responsive with all my questions, helped me with issues I had with mail, and generally made it super easy to live here. As a short-term lease, you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal in a better location with less frills. I recommend this apartment.

This is definitely a hidden gem. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Clean. Check in was super easy. I loved the privacy. I would definitely book this location next time I’m staying in the area.

I stayed in this condo by myself and felt very safe in the area. I am very active and enjoy the beach and a good view so this location was perfect! You can see the water from the front window and it is just a little over a mile to the beach! There are also quite a few very nice restaurants within walking distance. Danny was very responsive and helpful which made my stay much more relaxing and put my mind at ease! Would come back and stay again!
