Great place and location — will book in the future!

John and his co-hosts were amazing! Immediately upon arrival we were welcomed as family. They really went above and beyond in every aspect. The place was cleaned to perfection and there was so much to do! We were able to schedule an animal tour the same day, grill outside using their supplies and really relax as much as possible. Our room featured a private balcony and bathroom, but really the entire property should be highlighted. The hosts recommended beaches and restaurants for us to enjoy, and as we were checking out, John let us know that he was preparing breakfast for us as well! We were able to leave this amazing place with a full belly, homegrown fruits and veggies, eggs, and great memories. We will be back to visit for sure. Thanks again John B., John M, and Diana.

Words can’t express how much I enjoyed staying at John’s place. It was an amazing experience we will NEVER forget. It was by far my favorite bnb and I’ve stayed at a couple of Airbnbs. It’s close to the beach but it didn’t really matter because we wanted to spend all our time on his property. It was clean and there’s a ton of rooms in the villa! It is decorated so nice and the exotic animal farm he has is amazing! We stayed during the 4th of July and he had food waiting for us in their beautiful outside kitchen when we got back! You won’t want to leave the property. The pool was great and the rooms and bathrooms are so clean! I can’t wait to stay at their place again! I loved every second and they were all extremely responsive. They had fresh eggs and tomatoes that I brought home. Book your stay! You won’t regret it.

My husband and I took a weekend getaway to this house and had an amazing time. The host made the trip even better with how responsive they were and very helpful and kind to us. The views were breaktaking and the house is perfectly located in between Carolina and Kure Beach so going to various places was an ease. We will recommend this home to many friends. I decided last minute that I needed a getaway with some relaxation and an stress-free time. John’s place popped up to the top of the results list. I had never booked anything where you shared space but I decided to give it a try because of the good reviews and the fact that my husband’s name was John. I just felt like it was ok and safe. I’m glad I decided to try it. Both John’s and Diana were super sweet and so helpful.The house is beautiful.The rooms have top of the line bedding and beautiful decor. The kitchen was stocked with some food and John cooked several times for people. I’ve never had that at a place before so that was so helpful on saving some money with eating out. Plus they had garden tomatoes so I enjoyed like 10 tomato sandwiches.The animal tour was so cool. It was amazing to me to see how many animals , especially birds. It was really impressive; feeding the lemurs lollipops & holding the baby wallaby, Casper, was really cool.i highly recommend!! I will be back. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Casita! With 3 floors we had plenty of space for everyone to have privacy, yet the main living area also has plenty of space for everyone to gather with a large comfy sectional and dining table for 6. The space is beautiful, well appointed and was sparkling clean. The house is only a few blocks to the beach, a less than 5 minute walk, and close enough to restaurants and shopping yet in a quieter area. It was very convenient to have access to the garage to store our beach gear and bikes. We also enjoyed the ping pong table. The only down side is that you have to bring all your own beach gear and towels, none are provided. And also there are a lot of stairs, we did use the elevator for groceries etc. The check in was easy and communication with the rental service was prompt and friendly. They also offered early/late check in at an extra charge that came in handy. We highly recommend this rental and would love to come back next year!

While in the area for the Azalea Festival in Wilmington, we rented this beautiful home! It was close to Wilmington activities, but is a perfect location in Carolina Beach, walking distance from many restaurants, shops and activities. We loved the spaciousness, upscale furniture and gorgeous kitchen. But the best feature, by far, was being feet from the beach! It was so peaceful that we sat outside and in the living room for hours just enjoying coffee, the sound of the surf and the sun coming up. When we arrived, we did find that the beds were not made. But the cleaner arrived quickly after a quick call and had the bedding completed by the time we came back from dinner. I would recommend that the owners considering a variety of mattress firmness. All the bed seemed very firm to me and I had a difficult time sleeping. But all told, we hope to come back again with other family members so they can experience this gem at the Carolina Beaches!

We loved this villa! It was impeccably clean, you cannot beat the views. It’s a short easy walk to South Beach to see the sunset every night.

Great location with 5 bedrooms but if you have an air mattress the office can easily be a 6th with the bonus room serving as a 7th! Host was extremely responsive and easy to work with! The front door took some getting use to with the lock and code. The beach is less than a two minute walk with every room having access to a balcony to see the beach or the intercoastal. Would absolutely stay again!

This was one of the best trips we have had to CB, beautiful home with everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Will definitely be back, thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in such an amazing home!

Great place and location — will book in the future!

This is such a great space for a small family or group. Our granddaughter loved the upper level with a lovely outdoor space. We all loved the main deck with a beautiful view. The furnishings were great and having two golf carts was awesome ! So easy to walk or ride to beach access 13. We saw one small alligator in the lagoon. We recommend this villa wholeheartedly.

Very responsive. When we had problems with the keurig they responded and brought a new one quickly. Beds were super comfortable. Golf carts were very nice. Great place to stay. Floors needed a little more attention on sweeping from previous tenant is my only complaint.

We loved our stay and the house is wonderful! Its closeness to the beach is ideal. Bald Head Island is pricey but considering that this is very good value .
