Vacation rentals with a patio in Wilmington

Hosts were super responsive and the home was great. Perfect for a few friends getting out of town for fall break. Very walkable for downtown and the river.

Wendy’s place was absolutely amazing. Me, my husband and 1 month old wanted to take a first little family trip before he goes back to work! It was a PERFECT place for that. The ocean view was just wonderful. The location is also great. Not far at all from the boardwalk. We hope to come back during the summer!!! Wendy was also a great host. Always responsive & accommodating!

Megan’s place was amazing, just like the photos. She was also super proactive and responsive. I would 100% stay at her place again and recommend to anyone I know traveling to Wilmington.

Perfect place for a solo weekend away. The bed is super comfortable and the place has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town :)

Better days is a great place to stay. It was a very clean and well kept condo with a nice view of surrounding houses. It's in a great location not too far from the carolina beach boardwalk. Michael was a great host and very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Wonderful stay. Great location, easily walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and downtown Wilmington. Steven made every effort to make our time comfortable! Would definitely come back.

Kelly’s place was immaculate, cozy, clean, and comfortable! We visited UNCW and explored the city! It was a perfect spot and Kelly was friendly, welcoming and responsive.

This was exactly what was described!! Perfect place for a getaway with your significant other. If you have small kids may be loud out times because of being in the middle of downtown but for us we don’t mind it as it was the night life we were looking for. The place was spectacular!!! Walking distance to all the attractions. Shopping, food, bars, even ice cream across the street. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in downtown!!

The house was nice, and welcoming. I love the little additions like a umbrella and games for fun. Big beds, big tvs, clean. Easiest check in ive ever had. respond time was never long if I did have questions however there wasn't many because everything was explained well. Would definitely stay again if I'm in area.

Todd's place was just right for our visit to Wilmington. We were there to help our daughter and son-in-law move into their new home, so the location close to Leland was perfect. We were able to come back each night and relax, the use of the hot tub was an added bonus. Todd was friendly and his home was also very dog friendly!

We loved our stay at this clean, quiet, and comfortable bungalow just a stone's throw from UNCW. Self check in was a breeze. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the whole home was pristine. James was quick to respond to questions. We'll stay again the next time we're in Wilmington!

This is our second stay at Tara’s place. This is the perfect place for a large group. The three separate floors allows for privacy, yet intermingling as well. The balconies are wonderful and cozy, the kitchens are stocked, and the beds are comfy. The location cannot be any better in the Wilmington area. A quick walk to theriverfront and restaurants. Tara is always extremely responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back next year!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Can I give more than 5 stars? This was the most well appointed, well-decorated property we have ever stayed in. From the pocket office to the kitchen appliances to the high-end finishes this place was a real gem. Ample tea, coffee and toiletries, as well as towels, laundry supplies and more. We were lacking nothing! The neighborhood is experiencing a revitalization and while it certainly had an urban vibe, you could tell the area was both safe as well as filled with many restaurants, shops, wine bars, etc. Host was very responsive as well.

This place was conveniently located to family we have in the area, and offered a comfortable bed and living area to relax in. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Jim's got a great property right on the beach. We had 10 guys that arrived at various times. Check in and access to the property was super easy and Jim was proactive, helpful and responsive throughout the stay. The property itself is beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our stay was off season and the surrounding properties were very quiet. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Chad is an excellent host who communicates clearly and promptly. We enjoyed our visit to his condo on Kure Beach, just steps from the ocean. Fort Fisher recreation area, the Fort Fisher Civil War era museum, and the aquarium are very close. We enjoyed daily walks along the ocean shore and read for hours on the beach. Chad has beach gear available including chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. The condo was very clean and updated with modern and tasteful decor. Although we made this visit in February, we were blessed to have amazing weather with sunny 70 degree days.

With little notice of my booking due to an emergency Tina was responsive and caring and I was able to check in quickly and without issue. When I had to unexpectedly extend my stay it was a blessing to have this part of trip handled so efficiently so I could concentrate on my family. In addition the condo was exactly as described and was perfect for my stay. Bonus points for the most comfortable bed and caring hostess! Thanks Tina!

The place was beautiful, very clean, and walkable to the beach. I hate that we came while it was cold, but that was ok. The host even allowed us to check in 2 hours early, which was very convenient and she was very responsive. For those who love hot water, this water was hotter than the water in my house lol! I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect and as described. It was a perfect quiet weekend get away.

Cam is an AMAZING HOSTESS! She was extremely accommodating, responsive and very flexible and generous offering early check-in (because property was unoccupied the night before check in) and late check out (because unit wasn’t booked with winter storm moving in). She is the BEST! The unit itself was fantastic ! It is the coolest (BEST) Air B& B I’ve stayed in! Location! Furnishings! Stylish but comfortable! They really thought of EVERYTHING! Throw blankets on couch to snuggle in for movie, ear plugs and sound machines ( if you are sensitive to the music from the landmark bar located below) … frankly didn’t bother me a bit … in fact music was so good I went downstairs for a drink because I was enjoying the wide variety of tunes so much! Genuinely an amazing stay … the master bedroom bedding … I’ve had 4-back surgeries and had THE BEST NIGHTS SLEEP I’ve had since I can’t remember when! I shared this with her and she replied with screen shots of actual bedding from Amazon! FIRST CLASS!

We really enjoyed our stay here and had a great time! it was my boyfriends first time in Southport and he was impressed. The location was a nice walk to downtown and you could walk along the water line. The beach at the condo was nice and provided great views of the sunrise. The hosts showed attention to detail and you could tell they thought of ways to elevate the experience! I would definitely return to this location!

This is our second stay. Visiting our daughter in the area. Everything was great as usual!
