Vacation rentals with a patio in Wilmington

Hosts were super responsive and the home was great. Perfect for a few friends getting out of town for fall break. Very walkable for downtown and the river.

Loved watching sunrise every morning right from the deck and the waves and amazing light of the moon on the waves at night was amazing !! Loved walking on the beach with no Hotels or buildings on the am - just a gorgeous part of the island !

very much enjoyed our stay! was close enough to walk to the beach if we wanted to. Took a nice bike ride with the provided bikes! Felt at home with my pups first beach trip! would definitely plan a trip back!

The Loft was the perfect spot for a solo weekend getaway. The charming front deck was ideal for enjoying coffee and reading in the morning. It's just a short walk to the nearest beach entrance and conveniently close to everything you might need during your trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The place was pristine. We loved the area and look forward to coming back during the summer months. We definitely would rebook Michael’s place. You will not be disappointed if you book his place.

Lovely Host who responds quickly and is willing to work with you. The couch bed is very uncomfortable with outdated springs but only stayed a night so wasn’t too bad. There were 2 air conditioners and neither of them got under 75 so it was very toasty. However, for the price the convenience of this place is untouchable, the price is stellar considering the location

Our team stayed here during a work trip, and it was a great choice for us! We appreciated that each bedroom had a TV and there were plenty of towels and comfy beds. We had a couple of issues during our stay, but Marshall and his hosts were very responsive and quick to fix things. It was nice to be able to head to the airport for an early flight without having checkout chores. Thanks, Marshall!

Todd's place was just right for our visit to Wilmington. We were there to help our daughter and son-in-law move into their new home, so the location close to Leland was perfect. We were able to come back each night and relax, the use of the hot tub was an added bonus. Todd was friendly and his home was also very dog friendly!

This is our second stay at Tara’s place. This is the perfect place for a large group. The three separate floors allows for privacy, yet intermingling as well. The balconies are wonderful and cozy, the kitchens are stocked, and the beds are comfy. The location cannot be any better in the Wilmington area. A quick walk to theriverfront and restaurants. Tara is always extremely responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back next year!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. This place was perfect for our young family of 6. We had a fun relaxing time in the house. The location is on a beautiful street. The hosts had many recommendations and were so helpful. Thank you! They have beach toys and boards for the kids to have fun in the ocean catching waves so fun!

Jim's got a great property right on the beach. We had 10 guys that arrived at various times. Check in and access to the property was super easy and Jim was proactive, helpful and responsive throughout the stay. The property itself is beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our stay was off season and the surrounding properties were very quiet. Beautiful view of the ocean.

We had such a relaxing and lovely stay at Chad’s condo! The location was perfect for us - we could walk out to the beach and local trails right from our door and were just minutes away from local attractions like the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, the aquarium, and 4WD beach access. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Chad is a very responsive and thoughtful host. He welcomed us with a generous gift basket of goodies and provided great recommendations for local restaurants that did not disappoint! We highly recommend staying here if you’re planning to visit Kure Beach! Thanks for your hospitality, Chad, and helping us enjoy our weekend getaway!

With little notice of my booking due to an emergency Tina was responsive and caring and I was able to check in quickly and without issue. When I had to unexpectedly extend my stay it was a blessing to have this part of trip handled so efficiently so I could concentrate on my family. In addition the condo was exactly as described and was perfect for my stay. Bonus points for the most comfortable bed and caring hostess! Thanks Tina!

Enjoyed the stay at Denise's place. Central location not far from boardwalk or restaurants. Denise was very responsive and informative.

Walking distance to the beach which was great! Relaxing and enjoyable!

This place is great! Right downtown and walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. The place was very clean and comfortable and the host was great to work with and very proactive about offering an early check in. She also gave us very clear instructions on how to check in, directions, etc. As warned there is a bar directly below that was pretty noisy at night. This didn’t bother us but I wouldn’t recommend for people with children or very light sleepers. We visit Wilmington often and I’m so glad I found this spot- we will definitely be back!

Great Little place at the beach, Perfect when traveling with children, My daughter thought the built in bunk beds were awesome. Bed and linens were high quality and very comfortable. Great place for breakfast next door and tons of other option right across the street. 2 blocks from the public beach access made it very easy and convenient to walk back and forth. My sister and I had an awesome stay at April & Tony’s! The room was exactly what we needed for a relaxing long weekend - very clean and so comfortable! It took no time at all to walk to great restaurants and shops. We love Southport and April & Tony’s place was the perfect place to stay!

Laura’s condo was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated. We were in town to visit my uncle. The location was perfect because my uncle lived right down the street! It was easy to get to Topsail and Wilmington for day trips.
