Condo was very cute and a great stay! The hosts were very responsive and the space was very homey and clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The house was perfect for our family of five and our puppy. The surroundings were gorgeous, very southern gothic. We were able to cook and bake in the well stocked kitchen - important on an island. The golf carts were fun to drive around and essential. Loved the proximity to both South and East Beach. Super close to the only market on the island. When we had slight issues Bald Head Island Services was quick to respond. Thanks for a great family beach vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at Katie and Stefan’s place! It was cozy, in a great location, right on the beach and within walking distance to lots of restaurants. They had a high chair and a pack n play for our one year old which was so helpful. Overall we had a great time and would love to come back again soon!

Great location, between the marina & across the street from the ocean. Within walking distance to restaurants & the boardwalk. I thought the place was a little small for the $425/night cost (after all of the fees were calculated), but it worked out just fine for our short stay. Host accommodated us rescheduling due to the hurricane, so I was definitely happy about that!

Karl was a great host, always very responsive. The place was nice. Went during off season, so it was nice and quiet. Barely ran into other people staying in the homes or at the pool/gym. Great location, can sit on the deck and listen to the waves.

The kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very conveniently located, with lots of restaurants and eateries around. Ideal location with TONS to do!

Beautiful place with amazing location. Sit on the balcony and soak in the beach view. We had everything we needed and check in/out and communication was easy.

Location is fantastic. Right on the beach. Wonderful view from the porch. Our family had a great stay. The condo is a little dated but for the location doesn’t matter all that much.

House was perfect for a much needed get away weekend. The house was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Oak Island has a nice beach and plenty of good local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Paula's house was absolutely perfect! The house is very clean and exactly as described. There was a minor issue ad we checked in, but was resolved within 30 minutes of contracting her, and she checked back later in the stay to make sure everything was OK. The accomodations were as advertised and beyond, with a kitchen stocked with seasonings and condiments and the rooms ready with linens and towels to ease some of the stress associated with vacations. It was easy walking distance to food and attractions but still off the main road for added privacy. The owners provided a binder full of food recommendations, things to do and useful info to make the most of our time there. The house was well decorated and cozy, feeling like a home away from home while also giving a family room to spread out. It was an ideal situation for our adult family to enjoy Kure Beach.

We booked this house last minute after an unexpected change of plans for Spring Break. We loved the location, proximity to downtown, ease of commute to the beach and met our needs for beds/bedrooms.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely, with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. The well stocked beach supplies closet was a highlight and had everything we needed for enjoying the beach. Connie was communicative and had lots of great suggestions. With the beach only a block away, it was the perfect vacation retreat! Thank you for being such gracious hosts!

Beach joy was a clean, quiet, comfortable and cute spot for our family of 6 to stay. We were super close to shopping and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

The house was full of sun during the day, and cozy at night, which was wonderful, because it was a chilly week in early March. Three adults enjoyed staying here, with plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans, including casserole dishes and a quality baking sheet, which we put to good use. The walk to the beach is short, just two blocks, with short walks to the lake and restaurants, as well. We recommend Uncle Vinny's local Italian. The house was very clean, and our stay was peaceful. Jimmy and Beth responded quickly when we sent messages. We would definitely stay again!
