Great place for exploring the area north of Kona. Close to beaches, maunakea and Hilo. Great hosts and clean apartment.

We loved staying at Rebeca’s place. It was perfect for our family of four. Newly renovated and nicely decorated with all the amenities we needed. Very clean with easy automated check in and out. We loved the short walk to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. Rebeca was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend her place. Mahalo!

Judy and I stayed here for over a week while we explored the east coast of Hawaii (we hadn't been here before). We had a daily routine. Each day started with us sitting on the apartment's patio, enchanted with the sounds of birds while making plans for our day. When we returned from our hike, or whatever activity we did that day, we often used one of the pools, fresh or salt water, to refresh. Again, the evening would find us, seated on the patio, greeting passing friendly neighbours and simply enjoying being in Hawaii. This accommodation had everything we needed. We would have no hesitation staying here again when we return to Kona.

Vlad and Maile’s place was clean, well kept and stocked well with necessities. You could feel the attention to detail that went into setting up the place . The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking.

Desi and her team are wonderful. Very responsive and was able to answer all my questions. The unit was very clean and convenient to all the places we wanted to visit.

This place had the most incredible views! Breakfast and evening reading outside at the picnic table or on the adirondack chairs hit the spot. Kathy Jo responded quickly to messages, was flexible with our earlier arrival, and had useful items on hand (kitchen supplies, towels, snorkeling gear, etc). Highly recommend and would stay again!

As the description says it's nestled in the homes of the locals that live nearby a few miles up the hill. This suited us perfectly since we expected to explore the whole island during our week long stay and didn't expect to be beach side at all times. The space was well equipped with lots of options to chill, cook, nap or explore. My favorite was making breakfast and hearing the birds with the indoor/outdoor kitchen or sitting on the outdoor furniture watching the geckos play. They were experienced hosts who truly wanted us to have a great stay on the island. There were island books to use as a reference during our stay. When learning our flight wasn't until late that night they offered us to extend our stay after standard checkout without any extra payment, just Aloha. Having beach towels, beach bags, coolers, ice blocks and other amenities that were avaliable was a plus for our adventures without having to bring, buy or rent from elsewhere. Lots of little things to elevate our stay.

We had a phenomenal stay with Dani and Dave! The ohana has all the necessary tools (grilling utensils) available to cook up great meals by the poolside using the grill provided. Most nights we stayed in and ate at the ohana watching the sunset due to the great space provided to us. We had full access to the pool, patio area, and beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, and coolers). Dani was very responsive with all requests and very helpful with planning activities during our time on the island. Dani and Dave invited us to Thanksgiving dinner, which gave us the opportunity to meet new people and share stories that will forever be in our memories of this trip...they made us feel like extended family. We will definitely stay with Dani and Dave on our next trip to the Big Island. Thank you again for EVERYTHING, Dani and Dave!!!

From the minute we arrived, everything was perfect. Plenty of space in the lovely, clean apartment. The amenities were all great and we had a balcony overlooking the pool. The location was ideal for us, with an easy 20 minute walk into the main town. The staff were all very pleasant and extremely helpful. The added bonus was the use of a secure room on our last day for luggage storage, and bathroom facilities to freshen up before our return journey.

Very stylish and yet practical place to stay. Lots of privacy. Mary was very friendly as well as her husband who lend me a bicycle to get around. Just a few minutes walk to the Magic Sands beach if you want a change from the lava rock beaches. I recommend this place to stay!

This place is absolutely beautiful, even prettier than the pics. The beds are comfortable, a fully equipped kitchen. Such a cozy house with great vibe. Too bad we only stayed for 2 days. 100% will come back and highly recommend.

Nice place, very close to Magic Sands beach. Abundant beach equipment available. Cooking facilities are by the pool, rather than in the room. Owner very responsive and friendly.

Nate & Christina were lovely hosts & took me and my husband in when we reserved the day of! They were responsive & the air bnb was such a cozy & comfy space! (: I would totally come back!

We had a great stay at Pengyuan’s place. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Pengyuan was quick to respond and everything was super easy to negotiate. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! The condo itself is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our week stay. The location is absolutely perfect with the pool, hot tub, gym, and BBQ just steps from the back porch. Within walking distance is the Kings Shops and Queens Shops - we visited the coffee shop at Kings every morning and the wonderful grocery store at Queens almost every day as well. The Waikoloa Beach Resort area is beautifully kept and provided the ideal vacation spot for a relaxing week. Jen is a fantastic host - she was always quick to respond and provided us with several great local recommendations. I travel a lot and usually don't return to the same place twice, but I can see myself coming back here time and time again - it was that good!

5 stars in my book! I honestly think Unit #115 is one of the best units on the site by the pool! From patio your literally just steps away from pool and jacuzzi area. I had my share of morning coffee’s outside on the patio. Marni was very responsive when asked a question and I would definitely come back to same unit in the future. A/C was great considering it could be humid at times, but honestly would just be good with the ceiling fan at night. There is a walkable pathway from the apartment unit to Ali’i Drive where you have great restaurants and stores close by. Thanks Marni being an awesome host and sharing a great apartment! Mahalo! 😃🤙🏼

Amazing! Kathy's place blew us away with how fully equipped, clean, airy, and extremely well located on the Kona coast the apartment is (right across the street from the shore so you could hear the beautiful sounds of breaking waves). We had everything we could possibly need to cook, BBQ on site, snorkel, boogie board or lay out on the beach and relax. Speaking of relaxing, the message chair was the best bonus for us after a long day of hiking, swimming, and snorkeling. The building was very quiet for us so we had no issues relaxing after a long day. Kathy was very quick to respond if we needed to ask a question, something we appreciate very much. She also left great tips on where to eat and explore across the island. Truly a home away from home. We hope we get lucky enough to stay again in the future!

Maryanne and Perry were extremely responsive. The Air BnB was spotless. It was also in a prime location, not just because it's near many restaurants and stores, but also because of the breath taking view of the ocean from the lanai. I would certainly book again.

The condo was very nicely renovated, clean and spacious. Truly a great deal for the area considering what higher end condos and hotels are going for. I saw a lot of complaints about the AC. But we didn't need the AC at all. Just the ceiling fans alone were enough to keep us cool. The pool area was closed during our time there which was a bummer. BUT everything is just as described. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this condo. It has everything you need and more. The washer/dryer is such a clutch when traveling to and from the beach, and the location is perfect to access the north and south sides of Kona without too much driving. Tom was very responsive to any questions about the unit and answered in a timely manner. Definitely looking forward to staying here again in our next visit!

Awesome place!

Highly recommend! Exactly as described. We utilized the free shuttle to town quite a bit! Only runs once an hour but highly recommend. Condo was very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything and more! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Communication was a 10/10.
