Upgraded 3 bed w/Ocean View, Pool, Hot tub, 2*King

KristiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved our stay! Location was great for visits to both sides of the island. Great restaurants, shops, grocery store minutes away. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and many activities available (tennis, ping pong, pool table, shuffleboard, etc) at the complex. We would definitely stay at this location again. We also wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any property Alexey and his team manage.

Beautiful Private Garden Apartment w/ AC

LyliaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
If I could give it more stars I would! Amy exudes the aloha spirit and her place is thoughtfully designed. You have everything you need to cook a great meal which is how we like to travel! The space itself is modern, has great airflow with the AC and a cute porch where we spent our mornings- also bed is very comfortable. Amy was so generous and gifted us a delicious sourdough bread she baked along with a homemade pumpkin butter 😋. We will be back!! ❤️

Kona Mansions#229 Top Floor, 2 story Unit w/Ocean

EricRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Our gracious hosts were super responsive throughout our stay. Before our arrival, they offered to greet us for a personalized check in, but it was not needed as the check in instructions were very easy to follow. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the unit. They also had some snorkeling equipment and beach towels for us to use. Do note that the unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator to get to the unit. All of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor of the unit as well, so keep that in mind if you or your fellow travelers have mobility issues. Great location as it is walkable to all the restaurants and shops on All'i Drive. Would stay here again!

Best location, Discounts for long term rentals AL

MadelynneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Love staying at this place, was the serene peaceful environment that I was craving living in a downtown environment back home. Loved sitting outside on the deck every morning with my coffee watching the geckos bask in the sun before started my day. Matt was super helpful and even though I showed up later than the arrival time that we talked about happen to be out and about when I got there and showed me around the property. I saw him a couple times during my stay and he was always very friendly. The area is super beautiful and about a 15 minute drive to the beach.

Ocean View Pool Home. Kona Tropical Oasis.

PattyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We wish there was a higher level than super host! It takes a certain type of person to open up their home to strangers. Dani & David are gracious, welcoming, caring, knowledgeable, supportive and fun! We have never used Airbnb before and boy did we luck out!!! We decided to take an extended stay in Kona, living and working from there. We wanted to feel the comforts of our home while being away for so long. Dani & David have made the last 6 weeks so perfect and have exceeded all of our expectations and then some! The home is fully equipped with a wonderful kitchen, as a chef there wasn’t anything I was lacking to make meals during our extended stay. Beach equipment, snorkeling equipment, great restaurant, grocery shopping and sight seeing advice & tips. There hasn’t been anything lacking or missing for us! When Dani learned I had sensitivities to soaps & other products, she bought hypoallergenic laundry soap & cleaners! Mahalo Dani & David, we look forward to seeing you again

SHORT WALK TO MAGIC SANDS BEACH #1

BreanaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Exceptional to say the least and photos do not do this beautiful home justice! I stayed in Mary’s home for a month and felt at home every second I was there. The location of this Airbnb was incredible. Hearing the ocean waves crashing at night, nature chirping you to sleep and no city noise to deal with I slept so peacefully here. You have a beautiful private entrance covered in lush greenery and stunning flowers, simple parking for your vehicle, coin-laundry on site, an Abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas and even snorkel gear. Let’s also not forget the kitchen had everything I needed to cook at the Airbnb. You’re in walking distance to a great bar/restaurant called Magics which is right next to Magic Sands Beach, but even if that’s not in your evening plans your less than a 3 min walk to a beautiful area to watch the sunset every evening. Without a doubt I recommend Mary’s Airbnb to anyone looking for the best vacation spot on the island and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Tropical Hideaway w/ Pool, Hot Tub

TerryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Kathy’s Tropical Hideaway is just that. A private space in a lush garden, it is so relaxing that once you’re there you won’t want to leave. We had everything we needed for a weeks’ stay, including the benefit of a big closet full of all things ‘beach’. Boogie boards, snorkel equipment, umbrella and chairs. It is such a bonus to not have to drag those things with you. Kathy was so accommodating to any request and also respected our privacy. She and the other’s living on the property are friendly and informative, but will give you the space to be alone. The bed was comfy, the hot tub was clean and inviting, the outdoor shower had lots of hot water, and the breezes were wonderful. Ask Kathy to see her photo studio where she has examples of her work for sale. She is a very talented photographer and uses many different styles. Our advice is to bring earplugs for nighttime. You get used to the wildlife sounds, but if you’re sensitive to noise, you’ll want them. We can’t wait to go back!

The House in the Clouds, Unit 2, Self Check In

J. MichaelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay. Felt like a cute cabin in the rain forest. There are even orchads on the trees. We loved the sounds of the frogs at night. Having breakfast was a great touch, and we appreciated it. It is located within a very short drive to the national park. We also loved the little farmers market in town with lots of local produce and products.

Hilo Downtown Retreat

IvanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Anthony’s (Tony) place was quite the revelation, a little paradise!. Located close to downtown, it was perfect for exploring Hilo by foot including local cafes, grocery shops, farmers market and the odd pub! Tony was a truly amazing host and quick to respond. The listing was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and full of Hawaiian charm, with beautiful artefacts, and some paintings he has actually done himself! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances one would ever need and complimentary teas, water, coffee (and a coffee maker or filters – for the traditional coffee drinker to actually brew the coffee), which I diligently used. The property also has lots of books for the avid reader, puzzles and board games such as dominos, chess, cards to keep one busy. Wifi was fast, and a Bluetooth speaker is provided to listen to favourite music. I would 100% stay again! Mahalo dear Tony and consider accepting my invite for a safari in Kenya!

Stop looking—you’ve found the perfect Airbnb! This unit is immaculately clean, thoughtfully stocked with everything from boogie boards and snorkeling gear to beach toys, a high chair, and even swim diapers. The attention to detail is incredible. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this was our favorite—not just because of the island, but because of how amazing the unit is. The beds are super comfortable, and the lanai right off the living room has patio seating perfect for lunch in the Hawaiian sun. It’s also just steps from the pool and gym. The safety gate at the front door was a great touch for kids. The location is ideal—close to markets, shave ice, coffee shops, shopping, and stunning white sand beaches. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home!

Kona Islander Hawaiian Style

Bobbi LynnRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Marni’s place was in a perfect, walkable location-a block from a farmers market and even closer to the ocean-nestled in lush gardens with an old Hawaii charm throughout! Nice gated pool and hot tub area, and a laundry room on site, too. Had a minor issue in the condo which Marni took care of lickety-split (she’s local and it was very easy to get a hold of her)! Never had any trouble finding parking in the lot. Although the property was in town, it was extremely quiet and had a nice, comfy bed, which led to great nights of sleep. The front desk staff was exceptional. Flexible check-in/check out were a bonus. Would definitely repeat!

We stayed at the Kona Hawaiian resort in 2024 and it was just as nice in 2025! It's a really ideal setup for my husband, daughter, my inlaws and myself with the two bedroom suite. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the pool almost every day. I will likely come back a third time!

Beach access + downtown Kona + pool

MariannRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This home is everything Maryanne described. The lanai is so comfortable for coffee and meals. A great place for sunsets and the putting green is an added bonus. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances and even spices. We appreciated the condiments in the refrigerator. She has nice beach chairs and umbrella, snorkeling equipment, pool floats, sunscreen, plenty beach towels and pool cues for the pool table in the recreation room. The pool and outdoor dining area has a gas barbecue with pretty landscaping. We walked to Magic Sands beach. The farmers market across the street has the best papayas, mangoes, vegetables, fresh baked goods and gorgeous flowers. Your recommendations are good choices. We thoroughly enjoyed the Easter service and baptisms at Living Stone church across the street. Our entire experience was excellent.

Rivendell Oasis: Private Hot tub! NO cleaning fee!

AndieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was a lovely, peaceful Airbnb in a nice neighborhood immediately outside of Hilo. Gregory met us upon arrival to ensure that we had what we needed. The unit included everything that we could have needed and more, including a very well-stocked kitchen, yoga mats, guide books, and beach chairs. We could easily get to downtown Hilo within a ten-minute drive and return to the unit for a soak in the hot tub. We loved Hilo and would absolutely stay here again.
