It was a great location and easy access to either side of the island and close to stores and restaurants. Liz and Robert were very responsive and kind. The place was great, clean and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a great time!

I stayed here two nights while visiting Kailua-Kona. I stayed in a guest suite. The king size bed was awesome. I had all the amenities needed. This place had a large two person shower. It had a nice swimming pool and outside fixtures like decks, furniture, grills and games. Ania communicated all instructions clearly. If you are staying on this side of Hawaii island. I would suggest staying with Ania and John.

All of the previous reviews are spot on accurate! This is exactly what am Airbnb should be like. Jeff is super quick to help with anything needed and the place is fully stocked with everything you could ever need, from the kitchen to the closet full of beach things. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here every time we visit. Prime location, easy parking, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Thanks!

Lorelle went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her unit was very clean. Costco 10minute drive. Umekes near Costco great poke and Kusina ni Emma’s Filipino food excellent. Her cute chickens welcome you every morning. At night you are lulled to sleep by the coqui frogs. Bed was exceptionally comfy with very soft sheets. Clean bathroom. Lorelle welcomed you with a bowl of fruit from her garden. The view of sunset was gorgeous and could be seen from bedroom window. It was my daughter’s bday and after a day of beach we were welcomed with her home baked banana bread and bday candles!

The best thing about this home is the amenities—I loved having a surplus of linens, condiments, spices, BBQ grill, beach toys. The bed is comfortable! The neighbors upstairs are very quiet, kind and friendly. The neighbors lateral to you are friendly but loud at night. We stayed for 6 nights and 2 of the nights (Sunday and Thursday) they sang karaoke (like another reviewer mentioned) until 11 pm and open their windows so it’s quite audible if you are trying to sleep in the bedroom. The sound isn’t loud if you’re in the living room. For the price, this unit is still a good deal imo.

Enjoyed staying at this location, was very quiet at night after a long day of work. It was very close to my work place and the airport. I'm sure I would have enjoyed it more if I was on vacation in Hawaii but it was a work trip so just a place to sleep and recharge. Did take advantage of using the laundry which was great to wash my work clothes. Could use a vacation now!

The outdoor kitchen was very clean. Everything was washed and covered. It was nice to eat outside since the weather was warm. The kitchen had everything we needed including Saran Wrap to wrap sandwiches, etc., etc.

Beautiful place – feels private with all the plantings, though in a residential neighborhood. Host provided great local recommendations and we also appreciated the provided beach gear. Host is serious about the house rules, so make sure you're up for abiding by those before you book.

The studio home was perfect. It felt like a warm hug after a long day at f travel. As mentioned by others great use of the space. The amenities were greatly appreciated, the decor was beautiful and peaceful. The restaurant and grocery recommendations were spot on and convenient. We also appreciated the proximity to the airport. Wow! What an amazing rental!! Jennifer’s home was spotless, spacious and so very well equipped! Organic cleaning supplies and quality bath products. Fully stocked kitchen - even a juicer! Appreciated the welcome note, we felt so at home.

We had a wonderful stay! We only wished we could have stayed for longer to enjoy it more. Very responsive host, excellent local recommendations, and very accommodating! Checkin was seamless. The space was very clean and they had all the amenities that we needed. We would highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay! James and Hans were very responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. The private pool was a perfect place to relax, and we really appreciated the snorkel gear, cooler, beach chairs, and towels for our beach trips. The welcome basket with snacks and beer was a thoughtful touch that made us feel at home right away. The Airbnb is in a quiet area but still close to Kona, which was super convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

Had an awesome stay at Tiffany's! To start, the description and the photos of the place are all accurate. The bed is amazing, you'll have great sleep here for sure. I truly enjoyed my time on the island and I do believe that Tiffany's place added to my experience. The 3 dogs you'll meet; Kailea, 'Anela, and Nala were a sweet addition to the stay. I sat out back a couple times and hung out with the pups which felt very homey. Give Nala some time to warm up to you but I recommend connecting with them! This spot is a great location you'll be by Magic Sands, Banyans, and Kahalu'u beach which is great. You're close to town which is a great place to look for gifts, grocery shop, and go out for drinks. Kona's town has everything you need. Didn't need to contact Tiffany much, I was set the entire time. Netflix and other streaming accounts are already logged in if you're looking to watch any shows or movies. If you're staying here solo this is the perfect spot, super safe and cozy!!!

Me and my family stayed at Doris's place for a week. The property is in such a lovely quiet and safe neighbourhood with a beautiful private garden with scenic views to the sea from the pool area. The pool was a great size and Doris left out lots of floats which our son loved! The house itself is bright and airy. The beds were large and comfortable and Doris left plenty of towels out for us to use. Doris was always super responsive with any questions and queries we had and also gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the area. The house is just south of Kona so a short drive to the airport, supermarkets and beaches. Doris was such a lovely host and my son really hopes that we will stay there again. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

This is everything that the listing made it out to seem and more! We were looking to get away so this was wonderful — just rural enough but close to so many things… like dolphins! The fruit was the best. All in all, we loved it.

We loved staying at this Airbnb. It was relaxing and peaceful. Loved sitting out on the patio and enjoying the birds. Great location for turtle watching and close to some great beaches for swimming. We love to cook and the kitchen was full stocked and great. Wendy was friendly and responsive. Would love to stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for my stay in Kona. Dean was quick with responses, and sent me a message to let me know that the room was ready early which was great as I arrived to the island earlier than I was originally planning. The studio had everything I needed for my stay. And the outdoor shower, while different, was really nice. I would definitely stay again, and I will be recommending his place to many friends.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we stayed at. Kenya’s an amazing host - always responsive providing clear instructions and FANTASTIC recommendations. The home was spotless with thoughtful amenities, a super comfy bed and an awesome outside patio. The host lives in the upstairs unit and her sweet dog came to visit us when we were having coffee in the mornings or a beer in the evenings. She was one of the best parts of the stay! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we had no trouble finding it even though it was dark when we arrived. Getting inside was easy and comfortable as Kenya had turned on the AC ahead of our arrival. You’ll have to drive to restaurants/etc but they’re only a few minutes by car and for us it was worth staying outside of the busy downtown area. 10/10 recommend this rental. We will absolutely stay here the next time we’re on the big island.

My wife and I spent 4 days in the Big Island and this spot was perfect in between Kona, Volcano National Park, and plenty more! We enjoyed listening to all the birds at night and exploring all of the surrounding beaches, hikes, and local spots. The kitchen is well stocked and my wife and I were able to make coffee and breakfast on some days. It is near a local grocery store which made it even easier if you decide to eat in while here - though there are plenty of good places within driving distance. The area itself is not exactly walkable, which is fine since most rent cars on the Big Island and parking at the property was easy. I will say, that with the decline/entrance that it is steep if you are not used to that type of driving and recommend a higher seated car/SUV. We had an SUV so no issue getting up and down once you are over the hump. The hosts were super accommodating and gave us excellent recommendations for what to do.

This was a treasure of a spot. I don't think I've stayed at such a well equipped bnb. she had fins and snorkel gear and coolers and slip on water shoes and boogie boards. Her supply came in handy frequently with that beach so close by. The place was great inside as well! The elevating head of bed was an experience. we had everything we needed to do laundry, make some dinners, and make a ton of tea. She does have a tea kettle but I did not discover that till the last night. She was a lovely host and I would definitely book this place again.

This is a very comfortable place, with many nice touches, such as a little double shelf where you can put small items and various gear you can use at the beach (such as towels and coolers). Having a couch made the place very relaxing, and the kitchen is well-stocked, with full oven and range and full-size refrigerator. Designated parking spot was very convenient. A short drive from many things in Kona, and not too much farther to many nice beach locations. We only scheduled ourselves there for a few days, but it would work very well for long stays.

KJ and April place was beautiful and peaceful. It was tastefully decorated. We loved our stay . Very beautiful surroundings. Away from hustle and bustle of Kona area and located near coffee belt. Loved going to different coffee place close to area.
