Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Waikoloa Village

This condo is perfectly located close to a beach, great for swimming and watching beautiful sunsets. We were grateful to have boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. We also had tennis supplies available to us, and took advantage of the tennis courts on the grounds. The pool is perfect, and was not busy when we were staying, perfectly maintained and clean. Thank you!

Lynn is a great host and her apartment is perfectly located in a tranquil setting. If you are looking for a quiet and well appointed apartment that is still close enough to drive to town, this is it. We used Lynn’s apartment as a base for the Kona Ironman. The location up the mountain allowed an escape from the hustle of town and respite from heat in the evenings. Perfect!

6mins from airport, surprisingly laundry service and just quiet nice neighborhood!

We had a lovely six day stay here, and it was our first trip to Hawaii. We were very grateful for the full-sized fridge because we packed many lunches and snacks due to the high prices of dining out. The studio is spacious and it was perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate two adults and two smaller kids. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was pretty comfortable for my son who is 6'4 and 200 lbs. I liked that the glass door closed and separated our rooms, so that we each had our own space. We were gone from morning until evening each day, so we basically just slept there at night. The air-conditioning worked great and there was a nice big floor fan and a ceiling fan, although I didn't use it too much because I am usually cold. My son likes it cold, so he kept his side cold, and we just closed the door. The outside is dark until the motion light comes on, so we took advantage of going outside and seeing all the stars. Overall, we will stay again. Mahalo!

Miho's studio is cute, cozy, and peaceful. The beautiful greenery around her home creates a relaxing atmosphere that made me want to get cozy with a book in the screened in patio. The space is beautiful and exactly what the two of us needed.

Catherine’s place was very comfortable and well situated! Having the included parking spot was perfect, but when we did anything in downtown Kona we walked. It was great to be close to downtown. The space was exactly what we were looking for! The kitchen was well stocked.

We loved our time staying here and wish we had more time. Comfy bed, cute place, friendly hosts and amazing private porch. We liked the chill vibe of the area as well!

Loved our stay here. It was so peaceful and quiet. It was far enough away but could easily get to grocery, beaches, and restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I stayed at Jenne’s place with my husband, toddler, and my parents and it was the perfect spot for our big island trip. The space was large enough for all of us and provided the perfect environment for our relaxing family vacation. We really loved the location! It wasn’t too far from town but felt removed from the noise and bustle of the towns. It was also a lot cooler being up so high and we loved listening to the birds and frogs and having an uninterrupted view of the ocean and sunset. The house came with all the amenities described and Debi was a fantastic host, she spent time showing us the trees and fruit and left a little treat for us. She also helped with the Babyquip delivery while we were out and about before check in which I greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better spot and this one deserves all the great reviews!

Wonderful home. View is amazing and only 10 minutes to downtown Kona. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough.

Great place for a family trip! The space was spacious and clean, with everything exactly as described in the listing. The kids especially loved all the games that were thoughtfully provided. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from the property. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit!

Lovely home in beautiful neighborhood. However, the house does get quite hot by the afternoon (we stayed in mid-November), and only the bedrooms are air conditioned. We left the sliding doors on the deck open all night with the ceiling fans on, and by morning it was quite comfortable. I think pull down shades on the deck, or inside on the living room windows would help block the western sun and keep the house cooler. But we spent most of our time at the house out on the huge deck, where we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. The bathrooms could use some work, and are showing their age. But the rest of the home is beautiful. Cheryl is lovely and a great hostess!

A beautiful home, with plenty of space. location was superb, just a short drive from the airport, and a short drive to all the Kona has to offer. Luie/Yenni were great communicators and answered the handful of questions we had promptly. would highly recommend :-)

A wonderful location literally over the road from magic sands beach. Very well equipped house that was quiet and spacious. Susan was very helpful and easy to get hold of. We want to come back!

Great place with great decor. The mattress was a bit too soft for our liking, but overall a really great place.

Master bath was a little tight. Not much storage so closet space was small due to cleaning supplies taking up room but had plenty of storage in the drawers for all of our things. Great location. Plenty to do. Lots of ice for drinks. Adequate pots and pans for cooking. The second bedroom was set up for us when we got there. The second full bath was perfect for us. No sharing!!! Would definitely start again!

This is the best place to stay in Kona! For families or couple/s. It is just like home. The property is amazing; right across from the ocean and nothing could be built in this ocean side area, so it is like you have the best landscaped, pool/BarBQ area, quiet areas to read along with having the best ocean view & sunsets! Highly Highly recommend it for others!!! Parking very easy and just minutes way from Kailua Kona town.

We loved our stay here! Well stocked with all the things one needs for a beach vacation. Good wi-fi for remote work. A kitchen ready to use. Would 100% return to Brenda’s place on future visits.

Ronny's place was great cozy stay. You have the required items for the stay. Ronny is a great host, kind and responsive. The stay community has a great view for sunset.

Marco very accurately described and photographed the condo. It was exactly as written, great view, clean, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. A couple good additions would be a blender and a salad spinner. The angle of the condo gets wonderful morning sun. To see the sunset we needed to go down by the lovely pool. We enjoyed the nightly sunset ritual of conch shell horns. All amenities were convenient!

Nice quiet place that is walkable distance to the water and many restaurants/small shops. It played a great role as our ‘home base’ while traveling around the island.
