Beautiful place in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to 2 strip malls and a couple beaches. This house is equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay - a well stocked kitchen, lounge chaira for relaxing outside, and plenty of beach items. The area is also very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Overall a fantastic place to stay at!

Wonderful Community Home Close to Famous Beaches

Fantastic stay for our first time on big island. Keoni’s place was awesome. Updated everything,Tons of space, ac was great. Nice outdoor spaces for morning and evening. Also close 5-10 drive to shopping, grocery and restaurants. 15-20 minutes to best beaches on island. And honestly Spencer beach park was our favorite. 20 minutes, soft sand, small waves, tons of shade. Would stay at Keoni’s place again in a heartbeat. Mahalo for a great stay Keoni.

Seriously paradise. It met all my desires for a beach vacation: It is right across the street from Magic sands beach - the condo is set back, so about a 4 minute walk. I think it is the only sandy beach in the area. A 3 minute drive to amazing snorkeling in a protected bay/ cove. A 10 minute drive to great shops and restaurants. You have your own parking spot. Re: the condo- Quiet, and I am a light sleeper. Chorus of birds in the trees on the property begins at dawn. They are the alarm clock I've always wanted. They get more quiet after the initial greeting of the day. The apartment has all the amenities, including good kitchen knives for cooking, pots and pans in good shape, olive oil, pls more. All the beach gear and snorkeling gear you could want. You have a partial ocean view from the lanai, it is really nice to sit out at the table and eat while gazing at the water and hills. Do be safe at this beach - big waves break right on sand - just use common sense and you will be fine.

The house was gorgeous, it matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. At night it was very peaceful and just the most beautiful views every morning. My wife and I loved that it was so close to the best snorkeling that we've ever done and if you didn't want to do the hike to get to it there's plenty of rentable kayaks nearby. We also managed to see a mama humpback whale and her calf in the bay while we were relaxing on the lanai. Last thing I'll say is that the house was close to alot of local food places that all are highly recommended. When I plan my next trip to the Big Island I will definitely be looking to stay at this house again.

Newer Luxury Townhouse - Exceptional Value

Had our family of six stay for 11 nights during spring break. Lisa’s place is nicely decorated in the Hawaiian theme.The unit is located in the Hali’i Kai resort, an upscale community in Waikoloa area. The condo was exactly as described, and we were more than comfortable there. Quick walk to the beautiful pool and right next to the pickleball/tennis/basketball courts. We saw whales from the pool deck, and the location is a great launching place to explore Hawaii. Had beach chairs and umbrellas for the great beaches in the area. Anything you need and Lisa will have her designate help you. Would definitely recommend this condo, and would return in a heartbeat!

Kona Ocean Paradise with Pool

The house provides a quiet, gracious retreat from the outside world and proved a lovely spot for our lowkey family celebration. Ariya and Charles were onsite and projected a sense of aloha and warmth with helpful information about the area, help when one of us scraped ourself up, all the while respecting our privacy. The view provides the wow factor and the house is casual and comfortable in all respects. There was fruit, great coffee, and treats to welcome us with a late arrival. If your are looking for an experience away from the tourist bustle but close enough to sample what is of interest to you, this property is hard to beat.

This condo was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The kitchen was top notch. The closet and front hall held everything you might need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, sand toys, etc. Vincent responded quickly and pleasantly to messages. The complex was quiet and nicely landscaped. We would definitely stay there again.

Such an amazing feeling walking in the door to a clean, pristine, organized, beautiful space. Lots of room for the price and great fitting for 3-4 people. No one was standing on eachother, where I’ve stayed at places for the same price and we were so tight so this was refreshing. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and shower was so clean and wonderful, everything was organized and easy to use and understand. I am beyond happy with my stay and I do recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place in town where you can walk into town and go shopping or eating and not be directly on the main road having to hear loud cars pass by. This place was quiet and amazing. 10/10 Thank you so much

Nancy’s place is the ideal Airbnb rental. The condo has everything we needed to feel right at home. It is beautifully updated and maintained and the lanai was our favorite spot to hang out. In addition to being very responsive and welcoming, Nancy provided us with a great list of local restaurants at our request. Kona has everything you need for a relaxing vacation or as a jumping off place for other adventures on the island. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Evona’s place. She was so responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend renting from her. The space was spotless, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Really enjoyed sitting on the Lanai with my coffee watching the waves. Thank you for a great week! :)

My stay at Lee’s place was absolutely fantastic! The unit was incredibly clean and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The furniture was very comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the new appliances, which made my stay even more comfortable. The lanai was the cherry on top! Very nice! Lee was an excellent host, always available to answer questions and provide helpful tips. His communication was top-notch, making the entire booking process smooth and easy. The location couldn't have been better. I was within walking distance of so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions in Kona. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Kona!

Very comfortable condo. Was great for our adult family. Used the beach wagon and beach towels a bunch of times. There was snorkel gear, but we had our own. Was great to have a very nice washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen was adequately equipped for when we ate in. It was great to have so many close shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. Airconditioning was great, especially with ceiling fans to circulate ite air. The parking garage was a little worrisome. At first it looked like our big suv would be too tall, but there was about 3 inches clearance. A little tight getting around the temporay foundation supports in the garage, but it worked out. Nice to have convenient parking. We would definately rent this condo again. Host is wonderful. Very quick responses each time we contacted him.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s beautiful condo. We had three generations and each had plenty of space with the distance sleeping spaces, three bathrooms, large eating area. The AC was a welcome addition and we loved the quiet condo complex located very near lovely and peaceful Keahou Bay. It was fun to walk to the local farmers market and watch the boats go in and out, as well, I spend mornings and evenings out on the lanai, watching the sun go down and listening to the birds. Having all the beach equipment there was a major bonus and appreciated the BBQ and other useful kitchen appliances. The pool area was also a great addition and would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

The only place we stay on the Big Island! Perfect location in the center of everything and within walking distance of the beach,shops, and restaurants. The house is immaculate with every amenity we needed for our 2 week stay. Allison is the best host we have had in our various AirBnB stays. She is friendly, proactive and helpful. Wow. We are so blown away by this beautiful home. It's much better than the pictures and any Airbnb we've stayed at. We feel so much kindness and love Kerry & Justin have for this place and everyone who have stayed here. They put every consideration for each traveller. It has everything we needed and much more. The bed and sheets are super comfortable. When we entered this home, we immediately felt the space opens its arms to welcome us.

I had a great stay at Mark’s place! He was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The space itself is beautiful—high ceilings, very spacious, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything was set up to make me feel right at home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! Also, we stayed 4 nights and found local hidden gem places that we could enjoy. Location is very private and quiet which is loved it.

We had a lovely stay. The complex is slightly older but matches the pictures well. The primary bedroom is actually a loft so if you have others in your party that wake up earlier, just keep this in mind. But we loved it here. We wanted to stay outside of Kona’s downtown, but we were just two minutes though from a shopping center and many restaurants. Downtown Kona is about 15-20 minutes. The views are amazing and this condo gives you more of a condo complex feel rather than resort, which means the pool was never crowded and it’s not loud. You can sit and enjoy the pool and ocean. I’d definitely stay again!

This condo is very quiet, overlooking the golf course and ocean. Nice sunsets. We really enjoyed the golfing (reasonable rate with the member's pass), and pickleball/tennis is very close ...beside the pool. Close by is a gym - which had a big workout area and daily cardo classes. Also - a very good grocery store nearby. The condo was well set-up for the two of us. particularly helpful were the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We spent many afternoons visiting different beaches along the Waikoloa coast. Some were a few miles away, others about 15 min drive. The guidebook in the condo was very helpful.

Chris is an amazing host and is very clear in his communication. House was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stuffed with a lot of condiments and a lot of attention to details. Yard had many fruit bearing trees. A quick drive to nice beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. All in all we were very satisfied.

2bd Mt. Hideout Near Big Is. Treasures +Disc Golf!

we spent a week in Matthew's place and would be happy to come back on a future trip. The house is large and full of good stuff - games, kitchen stuff, and more. The immediate surroundings are beautiful as is the view from the porch. Matthew is extremelya helpful and thoughtful. He really cared that we will enjoy our stay. Indeed a five star host. Ocean view is about 90 mins from Kona airport. I suggest not arriving at dark the first time - the area is dark and following the maps app we entered one driveway too early - backing up at darkness was scary. Make sure to follow Matthew's instructions and not just the app. The driveway to the house is not fully paved. However, after you see the way once at daylight it becomes easier. overall, we could use the place as a most comfortable place from which we could reach volcano national park several times and many beaches. it was good to be back to a cosy place at night. We would be happy to do this again!
