Vacation rentals with breakfast in Vilano Beach

Such a beautiful home. Very nice neighborhood. Wasn’t far from the fort. It fit my family perfectly (parents, myself & my adult daughter). We plan on coming back next year & will stay again.

We really felt at home, not to mention they were very responsive no issues everything was wonderful, David and Jennifer were great Host, they really made you feel like if you were with family away from family if my self and my family were in Palm Coast again would not hesitate to stay at thier residence again.🫶🏻💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My dad had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this home. The house was welcoming and clean, cozy and charming. He had everything he needed for a comfortable . The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, he loved how hospitable and friendly the owners were and he had a bowl of oatmeal that hit the spot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for making my dad feel so at home :)

We had a very nice stay at this house. The house was comfortable and clean when we arrived. The host allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early for a changed appointment back home. The home has been remodeled with updates. They are nicely done and have a very modern, inviting feel, perfect for relaxing. The location is great, close to beautiful tree lined Magnolia street and s short drive over the bridge to beaches. We walked to the historic district a couple times from here. The host was very responsive and communicative from the moment we booked. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were available throughout our stay to answer any questions. It really felt like they cared about ensuring we had a great experience. We will return upon another visit to St. Augustine!

She went above!! She is super friendly!! She was able to accommodate our needed when we were in emergency situation! She is awesome and able make my kids feel safe. She lets my kids see her cats. It was very nice of her doing for my children! We will definitely stay this place again!! Oh yeah breakfast was awesome!! I love my coffee and bagel in the morning! My son loves bagel so he was in heaven when he gets to eat bagel everyday!

We have stayed here for three summers and can not say enough wonderful things about the listing and the host. Abrina goes above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. The listing information describes the house perfectly. It is close to the beach and the pool is excellent. It is cozy enough to feel like home, but more than sufficient to fit our family's needs. We are already looking forward to year number four!

I had a great experience while there. It was raining most of the time, but I was near everywhere I wanted to go so it wasn’t bad. Amenities were as described and communication with the host was easy.

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

Honestly I don't even know where to begin, this was one of my mine and my wife's favorite experiences. The pictures do not do this place justice and should be updated to show how spectacular it is. It really is just two houses down from the beach, maybe a 30 second walk to the sand, over the dunes and you're on the beach. You'd have to have a house on the sand to be any better. You can actually see the ocean from the main bedroom in the airbnb and when it was storming and at night before bed that's what we did watched / listened to the ocean. The spot has everything you could thing of needing and the amazing host leaves you a few starter items like eggs, bacon, cinnamon rolls and lots of coffee. This places is also located within LOTS of restaurant options and only a mile from a grocery car so honestly other than going to old downtown for site seeing you don't need a car. My wife and I definitely plan on coming back here next year!!! This place will feel exactly like home.

I had the most amazing experience I had stayed here for a couple days and it was just better than I could have ever imagined. I was truly thankful to have that experience looking out over the bay it was just beyond beautiful perfect everything I needed was all nearby I couldn't ask for anything better. I will always come here when I come back to St Augustine. There are no words that can describe how amazing the experience was when I went there. 🙏❤️😇

This place is excellent, exactly as described. Abrina is very responsive and her spot is beautiful and merely minutes away from all the downtown action, yet nestled far enough away from all the bustle. If you happen to be celebrating an anniversary or other special moment, do come here as Abrina will accommodate your stay with a beautiful surprise. We were greeted with a champagne bottle and some chocolate covered strawberries, perfect for our Anniversary and perfect for welcoming in the new year. Abrina will leave you some light snacks and water for convenience, which we found useful. Abrina is also flexible as she was able to provide changes in terms of check in and check out times. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, as her house added to an amazing and wonderful experience in St. Augustine. I will truly come back to this city.

Perfect quirky themed place amazing location, affordable price- super fun if you have kids. It is an older building and hard to make an old place like that * clean*, but it was tidy. Fun community feeling getting to know your neighbors and the kids playing in the playroom together and bumping into your new friends in the communal kitchen. We would definitely go again.

This is a great location! The staff was very accommodating once we had arrived, but I did try to reach out a few times earlier the week, and could not get a hold of anyone. The breakfast phenomenal! The room was a bit pricy, but we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and location, so we decided it was worth the splurge for our birthday weekend.

Stayed here to celebrate my wedding. Looked exactly like the pictures and Sandy was very responsive. She answered all questions and was extremely helpful. Room was very clean and bathroom was huge. Hotel staff was friendly and offered local recommendations for meals and other activities to do. The only problem is the lack of parking. There is a private parking lot around the corner from the hotel. It’s a bit of a walk. So I recommend trying to park in front of the hotel, you just have to pay. Besides the parking, would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Room was stylish, bed comfortable, location can't be beat. The staff are all so helpful and kind. Breakfast and happy hour exceeded expectations- just excellent. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The Old Powder House was a lovely stay for us. The room was private and clean with what we needed for a short stay. The location is perfect, walk to everything nearby. Loved the history of the home and the breakfast was just right.

Beautiful, full of character, quaint, and comfortable. Room looked and smelled clean. Annette (shout out to you), you're a rare find, thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail, and the delicious mango-stuffed french toast! Great location, Ice House had exquisite cocktails in case you're curious. Would stay here again, wanna check out the other rooms.
