Beach condo vacation rentals in Vilano Beach

A perfect vacation for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids)! Spacious, easy access to beach, restaurants, stores. Tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids. Super clean. And a very very responsive rental agency! Was nice to have upper decks off both bedrooms - could see the beautiful sunrise from our primary bedroom. The large garage was a nice perk to store things. Plus the huge and new washing machine and dryer were a pleasant surprise! Enjoy watching the wildlife from the decks and patios - foxes, gopher turtles, bunnies, etc.

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

Great stay. Location is perfect for easy walk to the beach and a beautiful area. Easy check-in at the clubhouse and plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay and our kids loved the little grass space for running around as well. No issues at all and will definitely visit again, hoping this time without a hurricane coming!

You can’t beat the view from the condo! You can watch the sunrise right from the living room. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pool directly outside of the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

We had a lovely experience staying at Creston House Beachfront Condominium . Karen, the host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions for check-in, which made our arrival and stay seamless. The place itself was beach cozy and exactly as described in the listing. The decor was charming, and it felt like a home away from home. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to have coffee and prepare a quick breakfast in the mornings. The location was fantastic, incredibly close to the ocean. I appreciated the quiet nature feel , making it easy to relax to the sound of ocean waves. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for an incredible beach escape. We will definitely return!

A great space with all the things you could need (even the makeup wipes, my wife very much appreciated those)! Very comfortable space with a great ocean view. Close enough to all that St Augustine has to offer but not so close as to be in the thick of the evening tourism. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended the place to friends who are coming down later this year.

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

We had an amazing time at this beach condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part? Great location!!!! Plenty of parking on premises, and our crew loved the space. The beds are super comfy, the condo is stocked with all the necessities for cooking and beaching it. This spot was our favorite friend vaca thus far! Wendy was a great host! We will be coming to St. Aug every year!

Erika is a wonderful host - proactive, kind, friendly and thorough. She was fantastic! The condo was good - and depending on what you’re looking for, you may feel like it is great! It could use some updates and some maintenance (e.g., vanities have chipping paint, porch screen is torn, some towel are threadbare and one of the blankets had holes in it). But the complex is on the beach (about 5-7 minute walk), the swimming pools are great, and there is a cute coffee shop just across the road.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean, easy to find condo. Perfect for our family of 5. Great location and easy walk to the beach. Well stocked with beach gear including towels, toys, chairs, beach cart, and more! Our youngest loved swimming in the pool when she was tired of the sand. Very responsive host. We highly recommend this listing and would stay here again.

Wow, what an amazing location! Gypsy Palace is set directly next to the ocean — the sand is literally just a few steps away. You can see and hear the surf from the living/kitchen area — and what a beautiful sight! The cozy apartment was very clean and well-equipped. There was even a Keurig coffee machine. We also really appreciated the no-step access via the front door (to the single/ground floor unit) and the few steps to get to the beach — made it so safe and easy for our aging doggie … and us! The owner/host was super responsive, flexible, helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely look into staying here again when we’re in the area. And, many thanks to the owner/host for sharing this wonderful spot with us!

Beautiful place. Amazing location. Walking distance to the most gorgeous beach. Nice and close to the town of Saint Augustine. Well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This was a wonderful getaway for our college roommate reunion. We really enjoyed the flow of the unit and multiple places to sit comfortably to visit, talk, sing & dance and nap. The walk to the beach is not far but be prepared for stairs. The boardwalk has rails and a place to shower off & sit. We opted to wait to shower off just outside the pool because wet flip-flops & stairs don't mix well for women in their late 50's & early 60's. The pool was also really nice with steps to walk down into the water. There was almost always somewhere shady to sit at the pool if you wanted shade. The unit has two balconies and we enjoyed sitting on them each evening. Ana Maria checked on us to make sure we had what we needed and provided information on things to do. They were so sweet and left us a bottle of sparkling juice with wine glasses to celebrate our long awaited trip. AC works GREAT and shower pressure is FANTASTIC. I have long thick hair down to my waist and NEVER had any issues.

Perfect! Sophia was a super host. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and outlined in the description. It was everything I sought, and I loved every minute of my stay.

I enjoyed staying at this little condo! The space had everything you need and was in a great location with amenities. 15 min drive to downtown St. Augustine and across the street from Kookaburra coffee! Both pools were heated and felt amazing. It was easy to bring the provided beach chairs/wagon through the private beach entrance, only a short walk through the condo complex. Would recommend!

We had a very relaxing stay, the property was even closer to the ocean than it appears in the pictures! The property was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony facing the ocean. Lauren was very communicative during our stay. We would recommend this property!

Never knew palm coast existed . What an amazing place . Driving in you feel as if you are at a private resort . The condo was perfect . Everything was exactly the way it was described . Immaculate . Glenn and Kelly were asking us if we needed anything from the start. I will be returning as soon as I can .. Sun fun and relaxation is exactly what we got on this trip ..

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Grocery store is walkable and it is close to restaurants and activities. Will certainly consider for our future vacation. Thank you Tim and Melody!

Nicole was a great host. Very responsive and available all throughout our trip! We had kiddos with us and they loved the variety if beach toys for the beach. We rented both units and they were both clean and ready early. The location was quiet and a quick 2-3 min. walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was even nicer than expected - the pictures don't necessarily give an idea of just how spacious the place is with wide hallways and tall ceilings. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the sunrises are so pretty - you feel like you're on vacation with that view. All the bedrooms are private with good separation from one another. There is a pack-n-play and portable high chair available. The linens were very nice, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of beach gear in a separate storage area. The beach is such an easy walk from the condo. There are hidden rocks near the beach, so it wouldn't be great for body surfing or boogie boarding, but we have young kids so it was perfect for splashing in the waves. The pool amenities are a big plus. We would visit again!

My husband and I, and our two boys (ages 13 and 10) had a great spring break trip at John and Traci’s condo. The condo was extremely clean with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The view was amazing! You are right on the beach and the pool is a short walk away. There are two pools and two hot tubs, we mainly stayed in the lake side pool which is more for families. You can order food and drinks pool side from the restaurant onsite. We went for runs nearby and swam laps in the ocean side pool. We were there to relax, so we really didn’t take any day trips, but the condo is perfect for rest and relaxation! My kids appreciated the smart tvs in every bedroom, and loved having this own room! The color of the sand on the beach is so interesting, it really is like cinnamon!

Lisa's condo was a great place to stay. It's not in the hustle and bustle of everything but it's also close to restaurants and shopping. Lisa was a great host! She was very quick to respond to any questions and was a pleasure to speak to. We will definitely be back this summer. Thanks, Lisa, for the wonderful stay!

We were looking for a place to stay for just a few days so we could watch one of our daughters compete at a national college track & field event, and take another to a college visit at Flagler. It was a whirlwind but totally worth staying in this area. The ocean was beautiful and we loved St. Augustine. This condo was perfect for us! It was super clean, modern, peaceful, and felt very safe. It was the little things that added to the comfort and definitely make it stand out. There were motion activated night lights exactly where you need them, extra toiletries, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, seasonings in the kitchen, and plenty of items available to enjoy spending some time at the beach. It just made our quick trip so easy, and this isn’t something that is standard at most places we have stayed. You can tell that Siobhan has put a lot of thought into making sure her guests are comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
