Vacation rentals with a pool in Valladolid

Memos place is beautiful and really conveniently located! It is clean and beautiful inside. Our only complaint is the bed is pretty uncomfortable, small and up against the wall which makes it feel smaller for 2 people. That being said I would absolutely recommend staying here because it is super nice in every other way.

The stay at the hacienda felt almost like an all-inclusive concept. I booked the two rooms available for my family, which allowed us to enjoy private access to the beautiful cenote, in addition to the breakfast included and restaurant and buffet options at affordable prices. It was a wonderful experience to see the sunrise and sunset at this magical place. In my opinion, there are some details that could be improved to further enrich the guest experience such as replacing the fan, renewing the paint on the walls and improving the lights and lamps as they currently give an impression of carelessness. A highlight is the excellent water pressure, ideal for a nice swim, something that exceeds other places in the area. In addition, the staff are very friendly, attentive and professional, which contributed significantly to our experience.

This place is beautiful and perfect for a small family! This was by far the place we have rented when visiting the area either Merida or Cancun area. The whole set up was great. The pool is a great size and perfect depth for kids it eases in becoming deeper which is not true for all pools in these areas. Great host! great communicators! So helpful and understanding! They for sure go above and beyond! We already planning during our next visit to hopefully stay at this place again. It was so easy to get around and visit so many different place from this location which was what we wanted. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us. It does not disappoint. Kids favorite was the pool and picking limes

The house is exactly as described, the location and spaces are ideal for groups of 9, the host was in constant communication and offered options to get to know Valladolid. On the last day we had detail with the electricity supply but this was not in the hands of the host, and he showed his support to respond to concerns.

This cozy little home has everything for a relaxing stay near Valladolid! It’s +/- 150 meters away from the highway but it feels super private at the same time thanks to the surrounding jungle. The patio and pool is what this place makes so special, perfect for an easy afternoon/evening! One small sidenote: animal sounds might wake you up at night but earplugs are provided.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. It is spotless and very comfortable. There is plenty of space. The gardens and pool are absolutely delightful and offer complete privacy. Evelin has nice patio furniture to enjoy the garden and pool which isn’t always the case. We didn’t need anything but Evelin made it clear that she was available if we did. The street is short and dead ends right by the house, so it’s quiet. There are numerous restaurants, and little neighborhood grocery stores within easy walking distance. There is also a cenote, the local market and the historical district nearby. The location couldn’t be better. We’ve driven over 4,000 miles from Washington state over three weeks and this is our favorite property we’ve stayed at. My only complaint is that the lock on the front door is challenging to operate. We look forward to returning for another visit!

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful house. Perfectly clean, tidy, Leticia had even decorated the living room for Christmas to our delight. She was a friendlier host, attentive, and a great service. The house is a 10-minute drive from Valladolid and it's fine because it's very peaceful but close anyway. I will be happy to go back to Leticia and highly recommend this house.

This place is stylish, an architectural beauty and right downtown so walking the main promenade to the plazas was a breeze. The main loft bedroom and other 2 are separate buildings which allowed some breathing room on our vacation, but might be tough for families. Very clean, free of clutter and comfortable beds.
