A great place! It’s right next to downtown in Valladolid and you can walk to the main square quickly. Roger had some really great recommendations for us, and was great at checking in to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place if you wanna be close to city center (a very short walk to main plaza). Next to restaurants and groceries. There's also a convenient parking spot inside the property. The host is very dedicated and provides an immediate answer.

We spent an amazing Christmas holiday in the Yucatan and this place in Valladolid was the perfect home base. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and privacy. Location was ideal, short walks to the main square and authentic Yucatan restaurants. And there’s even a small grocery store right next door! Avoid the tourist traps of Cancun, Tulum, Playa, Cozumel, etc. and experience authentic Mexico in magical Valladolid!

We spent 4 nights at La Sultana as part of our trip to the Yucatan with myself, my sister, and my 13 year old niece. La Sultana was a unique and comfortable house and we loved having the place to ourselves as a more private and authentic vacation experience. We loved the location of this place - we had originally looked closer to the center of Valladolid but were so happy we landed here as it was easily within walking distance of everything and much quieter than the center square. We are 3 blonde women who stick out like a sore thumb but felt safe walking both in the center of town and in this neighborhood. Everyone we encountered was friendly without ever being imposing. Valladolid was a beautiful city to visit with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and activites and served as the perfect home base for visiting all of the sites around the Yucatan that we wanted to see. We also loved the bee keeping tour at Xkopek. I definitely recommend visiting Valladolid and staying at La Sultana!

Sofia was by far the friendliest and most understanding host I've ever met on Airbnb. She was always available, responded quickly and gave good tips for the area. She informed us in advance that a construction site next door may cause some noise, but we did not find that disturbing at all! The place was very clean, looks exactly like the pictures and everything smelled like good laundry detergent (towels, bed linen)! With the rental car you were quickly in the center! We definitely recommend this place and Sofia as a hostess! ♥️

Very spacious and clean place, ideal for large groups. Armando is an attentive and friendly person, he answered all our questions. If you're looking for a private and quiet place near Valladolid, this is the place for you, no doubt!

The facility was excellent and communication with Luis was good! Access was easy, the location and the stay were fine.

The location is excellent, it is central and a very quiet and beautiful area. The hosts were very helpful and kind to the directions. The house is very nice and that it is petfriendly and has a lot of space is a great value. We'll definitely be back.

Fabulous, cosy, and comfortable studio in great location (a few blocks away from the main square / easy 12min stroll to ADO terminal, with plenty of shops, cafes and eateries nearby). Exactly as described. Having Aircon and a ceiling fan was a bliss during hot afternoons. Nice hot shower, kitchen well equipped, big fridge etc. All was perfect for us.

Super recommended for traveling as a family, the house is super beautiful, super central to the best of the best. The hosts are very attentive, we would definitely stay there again.

Such a lovely house in the woods! Felt very removed from the hustle & bustle, with a crazy amount of cool bugs/spiders/animals available to explore.
