Monthly Rentals in Tulum Municipality

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and felt incredibly peaceful — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is super convenient, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. It’s only a 5-minute scooter ride to the lively Main Street area and about 10 minutes to the beach. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight, offering beautiful views and a great spot to relax. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay!

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve been to. Serene, comfortable and relaxing. If you’re not familiar with Tulum, which I was not, the location is somewhat isolated, so unless you have a vehicle be sure to buy groceries before arriving because getting anywhere can get expensive with taxi rides to Tulum costing $50 round trip. Nonetheless it is a beautiful location and a wonderful accommodation.

Tarik's place was great! The Airbnb looked just like the pictures and the complex was pristine. Tarik was very responsive and offered a load of local recommendations. Aldea Zama has a lot of great restaurants and bars that are walkable to the spot, but would recommend renting bikes to get to the beach. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum.

I highly recommend Alessandro's place if you're looking for a place in La Veleta! Home: The place itself is pretty spacious, with two balconies. The kitchen was equipped with the basics. We did notice some basic condiments were missing, but when we reached out to Alessandro and the team, they quickly provided us with what was missing. The bathroom was spotless. Amenities: There are two pools and a gym. The gym was equipped with the basics, though not as well-maintained as I had hoped. There were also no wipes or cleaning supplies, but perhaps the concierge could provide some. I do think the gym is probably the least-maintained amenity, but I still managed to get a workout in. Area: 10/10. The location was prime! Though we had a car, we sometimes just walked to some great nearby cafes or local lunch spots. There are some great food options nearby with tons of variety, within less than a 10-minute walk. Overall, the place was a great value!
