We had a fantastic stay in Tulum! The place was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and very well-equipped, including a great grill and a beautiful pool that we used almost every day. The location was superb – close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. A big shoutout to our host, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We received amazing tips for local trips, transfers, great restaurants, and reliable taxi services, which really helped us make the most of our time in Tulum. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay in Tulum – we'd absolutely come back!

My husband and I and our two kids had a fabulous spring break stay at ARKAH in Akumal. It was our first time taking our kids to Mexico and this spot was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool right outside our doors and we loved the lush vegetation and tropical surroundings. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, and provided detailed information on recommendations for dining and activities. There’s a lot to do just around Akumal - from snorkeling with sea turtles to swimming in cenotes and the ocean, to visiting a monkey sanctuary and even the Mayan ruins in Tulum nearby. Very helpful to have a car - we rented one and it was a definite must for getting around easily. Overall great trip and we will certainly stay here again!

This was ine of our best airbnb stays in 12 years of using airbnb. The house is much better than on the pictures and the host family are true hospitality people. They are lovely!! Is is located in a very quiet are of Akumal, very safe (!) and close to a few restaurants and bars. The pool is very large, the kitchen is very well equipped. The house has everything you will need and more. Snorkels are provided, a cleaner comes daily to clean, etc. The house is in amazing condition and like brand new. We loved our stay and I can recommend this place to anyone! You will love it.

This is our second time staying at this same building, because we liked the location and access to swimming pool. It is clean and the host is responsive to our requests. The area is very quite within gated community. There is an elevator to use if you don’t feel climbing the stairs. It is 8 minutes drive to the main street and about or less than 15 minutes to the supermarket. There is housekeeping that came multiple times a week and changed towels .. etc. There is plenty of parking which is great. Overall it is a very good unit.

A wonderful place! We so enjoyed the spacious apartment, excellent spacious showers, comfortable beds, lovely garden and pool. The caretaker Alejandro was so kind and helpful. He even loaned us containers to pack our lunch out when we went to Tulum! This is a perfect for families who wish to stay a while and cook their own food. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time here! The beach was spectacular! The casita and garden/ pool were so calming! The kitchen was super handy and there were delicious restaurants close by!

I loved this apartment! The design is lovely and fitted out well. The swimming pool is literally 3m from the terrace which also has its own private jacuzzi. The roof top pool is also great. The location in La Veleta is perfect and there are some great coffee shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The host was great and replied to me pretty much immediately. Highly recommend!

The place's location is very good. You're in La Veleta, which is a great area full of very cool restaurants and bars. You're all set to walk. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, they keep it in very good condition. I will definitely be back

My friends and I had a fantastic stay here! Safe and quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful courtyard, pool and scenery. We were walking distance to lots of great restaurants/shops, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. I also highly recommend booking a massage through them, they were absolutely wonderful! 10/10 experience.

Staying at Alejandro's apartment was awesome! We loved the private terrace and plunge pool. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick 12-minute bike ride to the beach, with tons of great restaurants, a convenience store, and local gourmet spots nearby. Alejandro and his team were super helpful, making everything easy. The apartment was really chill, perfect for our getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up meals. The bed was super comfy, with nice sheets for cozy nights. Plus, the shower had great pressure! The rooftop amenities—like the pool, yoga area, and spa for massages—made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Nancy's place was beautiful for a week in Tulum. Nancy was very helpful in all questions we had. Walking around was very safe, there is amazing food all within walking distance. We rented a car to get to the beaches and to explore outside the average tourist zones and it was amazing! We will definitely stay again ❤️ perfect for our family of 5, and the teenagers loved it.

2nd time staying at this apartment! Really peaceful,quiet and private. Now that the road( Calle 29)to apartment is paved makes the location even more convenient. I like that the apartment is close to the beach and downtown Tulum. 100% recommended this place.

We really enjoyed this apartment! My family of 5 stayed here, 2 adults + 3 kids. The apartment had plenty of space and the private pool was a nice touch. The amenities, including the large pool, cenote and a cafe for coffee and breakfast allowed us plenty to do on site. The owners were very communicative and responsive when we reached out. They even arranged for a crib rental for our 2 year old. Awesome spot!

This place is perfect! It's squeaky clean, quiet, comfortable and Maria is an excellent, super communicative host. The free breakfast and free bikes are a really nice touch.

The apartment was perfect for our vacation in Tulum with our baby. It was very quiet. The amenities were a big plus (gym, on-site restaurant, etc.). Would recommend.

We had a great stay at Paramar Terra. The unit worked really well for our family of 5 (3 kids aged 9 and under). The building pool was fantastic and most of the time we were the only ones using it. We also found the building to be secure and in a relatively easy area to drive. Accessing other services (grocery etc) nearby was easy. I would recommend having a car to get around and parking was a breeze. Thanks for a good stay.

We loved how peaceful the place was. The staff was quick to respond and attentive. The way the sunrise shined in the mornings was to die for! We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely 10/10! I’ve stayed in Tulum 5 times for 1-3 months at a time and these guys were AMAZING as hosts and the apartment was exactly like the photos. The WiFi was fast, very easy to find, super clean, walking distance to some restaurants, the beach is a 7 minute scooter ride away and downtown is the same. They were very accommodating and helped with any local recommendations I needed. I’ll 100% be staying with these hosts again and if you’re considering staying with them, this is the review to tell you to do so!

Xibalba hotel was truly amazing! Really good value for money. Looks just as on pictures, beautiful design, everything new and modern, very large room with balcony & jacuzzi; large kitchen with everything needed ( toaster, pots, pan, cutlery and blender for fresh smoothies), beautiful large and clean bathroom; gym and joga room. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in Tulum.

We loved staying at Ujo apartments, such a lovely place with spacious, comfortable and well-designed interior. Assaf was a great host, who gave us good recommendations for restaurants, tours and transportation.

This was a really nice place to meet with our adult children and their kids. The pool was a big hit (so was the small but well equipped gym for the adults). It is well away from the noise of downtown and the beach zone....so renting a car is highly suggested.

It's a great place to be quiet and away from the noise, but I recommend that you consider having a car to visit it, paying for transportation may be expensive Great stay!!
