The place is nice, just to be able to rest. From the moment of arrival they were always available for any questions. I could definitely go back, it's in one of the most beautiful areas of Tulum.

This place is like being in a fairytale🧚, upon entering I was flying two beautiful blue butterflies, everything is beautiful, there are many trees, the facilities simply magical, upon arrival re connect with me in a beautiful way. Alla's place provided the perfect space for our family of six, offering enough comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, all decorated beautifully and clean. she was available when we had any questions and suggested a couple of local spots we can enjoy that we're both close and affordable. The garden and pool are beautiful! We did not get to stay as long as we hoped but hope to return soon!

Steve’s place at Nahil is truly a hidden secret! Best place to get into Half Moon Bay to snorkel! It has a great pool, lovely garden, great new little convenience store across the street, and very quiet! The studio is perfect fora couple! It is cozy and comfortable! Ester, our housekeeper is about as sweet as anyone can be! I highly, highly recommend Nahil #11!

My family just spent a week here and didn’t want to leave! You simply can’t beat the experience of sitting on the veranda and feeling the breeze while you take in a stunning front-row seat to the rolling waves of the Caribbean. The location is wonderful - easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants, but far enough away from the bustling resorts and tourist attractions to feel truly relaxing and serene. The beds are comfortable and the lovely pool (with the many iguanas sunning themselves around it) is wonderful. Communication with the host, night guards, and Gloria the cleaning woman was so friendly and easy. We will definitely be back!

Wow, this was one of the nicest airbnb stays I've had. The house is amazing - 4 different roofdecks (2 on each building). It's got everything you might want. Ana, who greeted us when we arrived, had made guacamole and salsa for us (delish!). There was beer, milk, drinks, snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Wow! It's a 30 second walk to the lagoon and a 10 minute drive back into town. Great location. Thanks Suzanne and Ana!

This was our second stay at Casa Luna and we loved it just as much as the first. The home itself is gorgeous and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We spent quite a bit of time in the pool and on the ocean side patio watching the waves. The home is just a few doors down from La Buena Vida which is a terrific little beachfront bar and restaurant with great food. We ate there multiple times and were never disappointed. The main plaza in town is still very walkable and has a few other great restaurants and a little grocery store. I highly recommend this rental!

Amazing place, very easy quick access to a great beach with complementary day beds. Pool was very nice also. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay near the beach - walking distance (under 10 min) to all the best spots

It was seriously the best ceviche I've ever tasted! Huge thanks to the chef for creating such a delicious dish.

You could tell a lot of care is put into this place. It is such a gem! Host is very responsive and at your service all the time. We even asked to bring the breakfast we ordered to the rooftop and they did it without a problem. The place itself is paradise!

Florencia really did help us so much- she was so communicative and responded so quickly. She even helped us secure a private tour that was the highlight of the trip.

Our stay at Villas Géminis was exactly what we needed. My friend and I were in Tulum for a short amount of time, arriving later and leaving quite early, so having the space available and in such good condition was so appreciated! The hosts are incredibly kind and responsive and helped us sort out a few different things, excellent communication. The space is very comfortable and we really appreciated access to the bikes to get down to the beach. Thank you again for all of your help during our stay. It was a wonderful experience.
