Monthly Rentals in Tampa

We love staying at Brendan's cottage. This is our second winter there--that says it all! Cute space; well equipped; and private patio. It's a great neighborhood, safely walkable. Good restaurants nearby and many parks and beaches just a short drive away. Brendan responded quickly to any questions or needs. We highly recommend the cottage. John and Lisa

My stay was peaceful, exactly what I was looking for some seclusion from touristy spots. My hosts were accessible and absolute pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We were in Tampa for the women’s basketball coaches convention and Final 4. Willie’s place was close to downtown Tampa and the convention center and yet far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was extremely clean. I would 100% recommend this to other guests.

We really enjoyed our stay so much we are coming back. Such a cute and comfortable place and just as you see in the pics!! Highly recommend!
