Monthly Rentals in Tampa

Beautifully renovated condo with all the necessities provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was outstanding. The bathroom was large with a nice size stand up shower and good water pressure. The patio was a nice spot to enjoy the sunrise with my morning coffee and provided an excellent view of the 15th hole tee box. The heated pool was never crowded and was only a short walk away. The resort itself was beautifully landscaped with many varieties of trees and vegetation throughout. The many ponds on the property were abundant with all kinds of birds and wildlife. The property is in a great location with major roads, restaurants and shopping centers close by. My host Annie was friendly and very responsive whenever I had a question or issue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable residence on a beautiful piece of property in a great location.

The place was absolutely beautiful and super clean. We really enjoyed our stay and I especially loved the piano he has there for guest. The neighborhood itself is beautiful. And close by to events and gas stations all in walkable distances. Definitely would stay here again. Raymond himself was super helpful and sweet !!
