This was our first trip with our little one (6 months old) to visit Grandma for the holidays. Biljana made the whole trip so easy! The place is beautiful and had everything to make traveling with a baby easy including a crib, high chair & stroller. Biljana even provided a brand new baby bath when we arrived! The kitchen was so well equipped we actually hosted Christmas dinner. Biljana was so accommodating and responsive. The host event provided special touches to make it feel like a homey Christmas. We were so impressed. We will definitely stay again when visiting the grandparents:)

I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs, but this may be my favorite. The pool and backyard are peaceful and beautiful, it’s wonderful to grill out there. The kitchen is wonderful and fully stocked. The home itself is exactly as pictured and we loved it. Isabella was a great host and you’ll love the home!

We stayed here for a recent trip to Clearwater! House worked perfectly for four couples! Loved the set up and the screened in porch and fire pit! Hosts were so friendly and very responsive! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, spacious for large families. Loved the kitchen overlooking the pool & the big table with enough seating to have a family dinner together. The home was incredible, beds are clean & comfortable, and the amenities were perfect (pool was amazing!). It was also incredibly close to everything but still felt away from the hustle & peaceful in a family friendly neighbourhood. We all felt very safe! I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thanks for hosting us! Highly recommend!

This place was super convenient and was perfect for my occasion. Angel was a great host and was responsive to every question I asked and also made sure everything was okay. I definitely will be trying to book this place again in the future!

Beautiful place in Clearwater

Cheryl was a lovely host and her home was comfortable and close proximity to so many things. We felt safe and at home and we were very comfy! The blankets were so soft and everything was very clean! Communication was great too. A great place to stay while visiting Tampa but wanting to feel at home!

We were in town for our son’s wedding… this home was perfect place to gather with family and friends. The kitchen, dining and living room are so spacious that we had plenty of room to gather! Firepit, hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating gave us all the space to spread out. House was clean and is so cute! Highly recommend

Jeff’s place was the most comfortable and accommodating AirBnB we’ve stayed at to date. The paddle boards, the dock, the bikes, and the hot tub!!! It was a wonderful place to stay with 4 kids!! Jeff and Mimi were great hosts and we appreciated their responsiveness and hospitality! Would definitely stay here again!

The photos of the listing were very accurate. The house felt very spacious for a 3 generation family vacation, with plenty of places to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. The hosts were very quick with responses. We all felt very comfortable in the house.

We were a group of 6 friends coming down for spring training and this house was perfect for us. More than enough space with the 4 bedrooms in the house and the 2 apartments behind the house. The outdoor area in back was nice too with a large table to sit at and a hot tub. The house was comfortable and in a great location, close to Yankees spring training in Tampa, the airport and plenty of restaurants. Very easy to get around Tampa and close to the highway for 30-35 min drives to Clearwater and Dunedin. The only minor issue we had wasn’t anyone’s fault - the refrigerator in the main house stopped working. We let Rose know right away and they brought by a small refrigerator the next morning for us to use the rest of the stay. Great communication and clear instructions from Rose and Boyd. Definitely recommend this house.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The area is nice and quiet with a real strong community feel which we liked. The house is very spacious and clean with everything needed for a modern family home away from home. The pool was clean and warm enough without the use of any heating. The view from the pool and the house over the golf course is beautiful and gives a real feeling of spaciousness. We are familiar with the area so know our favourite eating places and shops are just a short distance away. In short, we would highly recommend this lovely home. Until the next time Bob!

Loved everything about the place but expected at least a roll of paper towels. Important to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels along with soap for the shower. Perfect location to walk to town to eat at one of the great restaurants, close to Tarpon Springs ,where there is a beach and Greek Town and the backyard was awesome for our dog.We will be back! Thanks for sharing your home.

We enjoyed our stay at CBC. Patti and her team were responsive and informative. The house is clean and quiet. The dock is beautiful and the sunrise is gorgeous. The beach is a 3 minute walk and we enjoyed using the beach and fishing equipment.

The unit was very clean with a lot of modern upgrades in the kitchen area. We would definitely come back again.

Mike is an incredible person. He was always available, ready to help us. The house is really nice, big, comfortable, good location. I totally recommend this place!

It is great host, very responsive, informational and helpful. House is spacious with convenient layout with all you need. Location is great and the sun rise is beautiful. Minutes to beach. The patio by water is very nice. Laundry needs to be shared with other guests but we did not use much so did not run into any conflict of timing with others. We did not know there is no dish washer but plenty of clean plates and cutleries are provided.

Rachel was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The place is exactly as described. It's right on the water and because of that, there is a little sand and dirt — but the place was clean and well stocked. It's also in great shape, which is incredible after the recent hurricanes. I would stay here again.
