We can’t believe we found this amazing Airbnb for the price we paid! Matthias greeted us as soon as we pulled up and showed us around the property. We were also greeted by his lovely wife and adorable puppers!! The pictures do not capture the beauty and tranquility this home has to offer. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, sipping our morning coffee looking at the water, and relaxing under the shade of the palm trees. The inside of the house was much larger than expected and very clean! We felt that the location was perfect for where we needed to be. We were in town for a music festival, it was a short ride to the downtown St. Petersburg. Along with being close to the beaches, so we were able to visit friends. We felt at home the whole time we were there and loved the daily visits from the pups! Matthias and Olita were sweet, wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were so sad when it was time to leave, we wished we could stay forever. Highly recommend!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown and the beach. It was very private and well appointed. Even had a backyard space. Plenty of towels, coffee and even had some water bottles for us. I would come again and definitely recommend to my friends.

This was just the perfect little place. Victor was very thorough on check in and check out leaving no questions. No complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Bob and Liz’s Airbnb in Hyde Park! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect—close to local attractions. Yet peaceful and quiet at night. Bob and Liz’s attention to detail truly stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hyde Park. Thank you for hosting us during a busy time of the year. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect place to wind-down after the fast paced work days we were engaged in. Breakfast was provided, as an additional bonus to the accommodation and lush surroundings. Photos and description of the BnB were as detailed in the profile. Supporting staff were very accommodating. This was my boyfriend and I’s first time staying in an AirBnB and we were blown away to say the least! The bed was extremely comfortable and clean, the shower was gorgeous with provided toiletries and the property was well maintained. We had an issue initially getting the smart lock to work but Leon was immediately responsive, provided instructions on how to fix it and even offered to come over and help us get in! Leon also provided cold bottled water in the mini fridge, keurig coffee cups as well as cream and sugar. 100% happy with our stay and will rebook again if we’re ever back in the area!

Amazing price and amazing stay. Super clean and cute and has everything you need plus more! Host is very responsive and so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful relaxing night and it was so cozy and clean everything smelt so good 🥰

This place was super cute! Perfect stay for a birthday trip with my partner conveniently close to Busch Gardens. Perfect for two people. Highly recommend. Cute outside area with a hammock. The inside decor was also very cute Not far from downtown Tampa.

We have stayed at Ava’s place multiple times and she is so sweet! She is very quick to respond to messages and she is very helpful. The location is quiet and well kept. We always enjoy our stay!

Liz is a very responsive and helpful host. The place is quiet and comfortable. Liz helped us turn on the AC when temperature dropped. Beach chairs, mats, and towels are provided as described. The location is a little far from downtown Tampa and the beach but it didn't become a big problem (it's also quite close to the airport which is great). We spent the New Year holidays there and we had a chance to see some amazing fireworks! We really enjoyed the stay.

I had a great stay. The backyard was fantastic and the Hyde Park-SoHo area was so much fun. I parked my car and was able to walk everywhere.

We had an awesome stay! Diane and Bob were both super nice, and easy to communicate with, and had good local knowledge to share. The beach cart was very helpful, and it was great to be able to take the kayaks on the water behind the property. Wish we had more time to use the bikes. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Roxana's place was everything you hope for out of a budget friendly airbnb. the location was conviently located next to an interstate yet quiet. The cleanliness was on par with a 5 star hotel. the communication was quick and easy. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom had all of the accessories you need with plenty of extra towels. After coming off a cruise with loads of laundry, having the washer and dryer was an amazing benefit. I would stay here again 10 times out of 10 when I'm back in the Tampa area.
