Vacation rentals with a patio in Suffolk

Ross’s place was a lovely break away in between Christmas and New Year. We had everything we needed at the property and it was very clean and welcoming. Ross responded well to any queries we had and we would love to come back. Beautiful area of the world

I promised Peter, at his asking, to give suggestions as to how to make a guest visit better. Well, I’ve come up with a blank. Everything was perfect, well thought through, generous, spotlessly clean.

We had a wonderful stay, the accommodation was bigger than I expected and in perfect condition throughout. The Woodburner was cosy at night and the patio doors were great to open up in the day, to enjoy the enclosed patio with the wonderful hottub. Our dog loved being able to run around the paddock which is just a short walk away from the lodge. The grounds are immaculately kept and felt peaceful and private.

Rachel is a very lovely person the house was beautifully kept so peaceful, I love the fact that she has a electric charging port Which I did use to charge my car after charging my car the next day I asked Rachel how much was the cost and she was so honest and told me the price and told me not to worry about it. I think that was really nice of her. I would recommend

Modern chalet with everything we needed. So many little touches that we weren't expecting, a very nice welcome pack, lots of tea and coffee, salt and pepper loo rolls, etc. It was cold and wet for most of the time we were there but the chalet was warm and cosy. Big enclosed decking area for our dogs. Will be looking to book again.

She is a great host and the place is perfect to stay. And when I visited there I forgot take my charger with me and she even gave me her charger to use. Comes with a very own small kitchen too. Which was very useful. Highly recommend this place.

The Annexe was a lovley getaway for us. The property was cosy, clean and felt just like home. Very quiet and peaceful. Anne was a very helpful and responsive host and was always just a message away. The property is well equipped and heated up very well which was needed for the colder evenings. Comfortable bed, stocked up kitchen and all round the ideal place the stay

Lovely cottage with some great walks and comfortable for our couple of days stay. Garden was excellent and secure for our dog. Only thing was road being very busy making it tricky to cross.

A spacious, warm, comfortable and homely space with very easy parking in the front garden. In a bus route into Southwold but with local grocery shop within 2 minutes walk from the house.

we absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful property, beautifully decorated. Great as a place to visit lots of other places nearby. Tony is a great host, very good communication and kind in general. Property is a mixture of architectural and decorative styles with an interesting, quirky character. Good heating and overall facilities with well-equipped kitchen. Only downside with the kitchen was that the oven hadn’t been completely cleaned of grease after previous residents. There are two en-suite bathrooms but no downstairs toilet, so the 3rd bedroom guest will have to use one of the en-suites. Towels and bedding were clean and comfortable. Christmas trees were a nice, seasonal touch. There is a general stores and good cafe just 20m away and an excellent pub/restaurant around the corner. Parking is on-street but not difficult to find a space nearby. There are good walks around the minor roads, farmland and village common nearby. The castle can be accessed with a key obtainable from the stores. We enjoyed our stay.

David and Jo were excellent hosts. Every little detail had been carefully thought out, and taken care of. They were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and could not have been more helpful. The cottage itself is so charming, and beautifully presented. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect haven to come back to. We will most definitely be back.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

lovely little bungalow. on arrival we were met with champagne, scones, croissants and a few other bits! has climate control in the kitchen and bedroom. really nice , aesthetically pleasing accommodation. recommend for a cozy night in☺️

We had a supper weekend break here in Felixstowe. A clean and homely flat which was nice and quiet. We were able to go on lovely walks from Felixstowe into the surrounding countryside and also managed a trip on the ferry to Harwich. We had a problem with the TV and Amnar messaged us straight away and we sorted it out. A successful break!

Fiona’s Annexe really did exceed expectations, the photos are spot on but once you’re there you will feel right at home as the place is excellent. One of the best Airbnbs I have been to. Not only that but Fiona was super responsive to all my questions and an excellent host. We will return and I cannot recommend staying here enough.
