What a lovely stay we’ve had at T&Ts! Everything from start to finish was great with fantastic communication from the host. The space is fab, especially downstairs and incredibly quirky which we loved. Kitchen is small but pristine, however there is a large dining area at the front of the house - we were able to fit our extended family around it easily (10 people!) Lounge was comfortable and there was another seating area towards the back of the house. Washing machine available on request - so ideal for longer stays. The bedrooms were cosy with lots of storage for clothes and we were able to fit a travel cot for our 10 month old into the main bedroom easily. Our girls shared the double bed comfortably. Bathroom was fab, lovely rainfall shower and a good bath for the kids. As a family of five downstairs space is important and our children had room to play - the board games were a winner for them too! All in all we loved it and would happily stay again - thank you!

A lovely place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Everything you need for self catering and more. Beautiful surroundings right on the Broads. Lovely quaint shops and restaurants locally, along with stunning walks and scenery. Would recommend and will be returning!

It was a lovely cottage convenient for me as I needed to be within easy reach of the train station. Wanda was quickly responsive to my queries, and it was very nice to have some fresh milk in the fridge.

The Annex was absolutely stunning! It was better than the pictures made it look and we felt so cozy and at home! The added extras were thoroughly enjoyed too and such a nice touch! The Christmas tree was also a nice surprise and made us feel christmassy, adding to the homely, cozy feel. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone! It was better than perfect 😁

Lovely property - small but sweet. The grounds are fantastic - definitely get out for a walk in your boots. It might be a little hard to spot if you're arriving in the dark, so make sure you read the pre-check-in instructions thoroughly. Be prepared to go outside to meet any delivery drivers should you need them. The kitchen is small but plenty of space - there could be a few more bits and bobs in there, but unless you're planning on cooking a full roast (which we attempted!) then you should be fine. Beds all very comfy, the living room chairs are fabulously cozy as well. Glad we had a nice early Xmas break here!

A lovely setting. Very well kept externally and internally. Nice and spacious. Very clean. The communication was very good. The only problem I found was having to drive everywhere but that is not Victoria's problem to resolve! Couple of disability facility issues but fed these back and Victoria very responsive.

A perfect stay for 3 or 4 people, clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we could have wanted. Moments from the seafront and a short walk into the centre of town. What more could we want?

We had a lovely weekend stay at Sarah’s place, it was very cosy and well equipped. It is in a fantastic location very close to the high street with beautiful independent shops and great cafes. It is a short walk to the beach hut, which was a lovely haven on a windy December day. Sarah was great from the start with excellent clear instructions and advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The location of this apartment is brilliant. It’s a lovely space and has everything you need to be very comfortable during your stay, plus a wonderful extra is a great balcony with hot tub!! I was so happy! that I’ve booked it again for next year!

A lovely little place to stay and the private hot tub is fantastic with stunning views. A good location with shops and takeaways nearby and easy access to Ipswich.

The best Airbnb we have experienced

Had a fabulous week exploring Ipswich and Suffolk; this is a great base from which to visit a multitude of places and so much variety from Jimmy's Farm to World War 2 collections to falconry and kayaking to Saxon and medieval history; the furthest we drove was 40 miles. Excellent apartment with interesting views and Kie was a superb host - he met us at the apartment and also messaged during the week to check that everything was ok. Very happy to recommend this apartment and will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Best place I’ve stayed in a long while.. bed very comfortable..

This riverside apartment was a real find! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and with a comfortable bed. The welcome pack of extremely tasty bread, butter milk and eggs was much appreciated. Travelling with our two dogs we found it very convenient to have the use of the small front garden for their early morning and late evening toilet visits. Lily and Sasha enjoyed the short circular walk through Falcon Meadow (opposite the property) and back through the village. We could imagine how lovely it would be to sit by the river on warm summer days/evenings but the December weather was not conducive! We would have liked more time to explore Bungay with its variety of independent and quirky shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants but we did find time for a very tasty dinner at the Fleece Inn. Jan and Mark (+Rolo the Spaniel) are the perfect hosts, making us feel more like friends than paying guests, We would highly recommend and hope to stay here again. Anne, Keith, Lily and Sasha.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

One of the quietest places we’ve stayed. Apart from the odd owl calling ( which was great to hear) Great place to stay.

Lovely little Air BnB! Had everything we needed for a nights stay, warm and cosy and comfy bed ! Great for a little dog with enclosed space at the front! Really helpful hosts ! Pub next door good for a few drinks! Thank you !

Went for a party but pleasantly surprised, I know the area around Long Stratton very well but found the whole stay relaxing and very pleasant Annetta is a superb host and was there when needed for a cooker indecent The Hot Tub was great and the horses etc very friendly and we used the treats supplied There is no microwave so found making our morning fruit and porridge with a milky coffee for 2 on an Induction cooker a trial of time when a microwave is a lot quicker but can be done of course, we never used the washer & dryer but they are there. I used the Shower my husband the Bath all washing creams , jels etc there for use There is some breakfast produce available and eggs plentiful and very fresh and I’m sure if there was something you need ed just ask before arrival and it would be there if possible.

We loved our long weekend at Butley Mill, the apartment was in beautiful surroundings and we were lucky enough to spot an Otter having a swim out of the kitchen window on our first morning. The apartment was spacious but cosy and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. The welcome basket was full of lovely treats including delicious fruit cake, Sarah was a wonderful welcoming host and we will definitely be back again

Fantastic short break. Right in the town so easy to walk to the shops, beach, pubs and harbour. Would definitely stay again 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely and perfectly located smack bang in the middle or south beach and north beach almost opposite the peer. We will definitely return when the sun is out!
