LOVELY GEORGIAN HOUSE IN HEART OF VILLAGE

Our comfortable king-size bedroom with own bathroom, in a separate area upstairs in our house, overlooks a lovely walled garden in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in England. We also have an adjacent smaller twin bedroom which is available for the same group or perfect for families with children (aged 5 upwards). Both bedrooms share the same private bathroom. NB 2 night minimum stay over Easter We are perfectly placed to enjoy Constable country and the coast is nearby too.

Really easy to find and up a small track with huge amounts of greenery, trees and wonderful views. Very quiet location, perfect to rest up in. Amazing host who can't do enough for you, fantastic cooked breakfast and classic farmhouse style decor. Only 20 minutes from Ipswich. If you have any questions just ask!

No.6 is only 5/10 min walk from Coach/ Railway Station, market square/shops/theatre/Abbey gardens, shopping centre Arc and theatre Apex. Wonderful little B&B situated on the island, Victoria was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was particularly delicious (with plenty of options) and watching the ducks and chickens roaming the garden provided great entertainment! Honestly, one of my best ever experiences on Airbnb. Such a thoughtful and welcoming host and the space was perfect for me. So many lovely little touches that I appreciated like fresh fruit & coffee as well as a hot water bottle. The location is super central to the town but also really quiet. I will most definitely be back and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Thank you Emma for your hospitality, the clean, quiet, comfortable bedroom, with its spacious en-suite bathroom. I appreciated the interesting books and small vase of primroses. Breakfast downstairs was a real treat. The house is within easy walking distance from the station, buses, shops and sea. There is plenty of parking space in the road. I had a very relaxing enjoyable stay.

John and Julie are superb hosts who made our trip a real delight. They were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Our room and the BnB in general was spotless and tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. It was also ideally situated, being a stones throw from Blakeney Quay and a short drive to neighbouring beaches and towns. John and Julie had great attention to detail, even providing us with wine glasses in our room for evening drinks! The breakfasts every morning were outstanding with high quality ingredients and a real delicious range of options to choose from. Thanks so much John and Julie for our wonderful stay. Hopefully see you again in the future!

The house is so cosy and unique, with Fozzie her beloved pooch co-host around for breakfast belly rubs which was a particular highlight for us :) we loved our weekend stay!

A wonderful stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, the rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb. Helen and David were very friendly and lovely people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this B&B to anyone. The room setup, which is essentially two rooms that are almost connected in a private wing of the house, is ideal for those with kids. You can leave the doors to the bedrooms open or closed depending on the age / requirements of your kids. It worked perfectly for me and my 9 & 12 year olds.

Perfect in every way! A wonderful house in an idyllic woodland setting, just minutes walk from the shore, and along a lane and path to the thatched pub of your dreams! Our room was immaculate. Small details and personal touches abound. Homemade jams, the scent of lavender, a chalkboard message of welcome…..Andrea & Andrew are the sort of friends we all need & left us feeling cared for. Very special indeed !!!
