Another amazing stay at Blyth View. Graham and Jo are great hosts who were very responsive before and during our stay. We had visited before several years ago and our second stay was just as good. The house is beautiful, clean and perfect for a family, especially having the pool onsite. The surroundings are very peaceful and there’s so much to do in the surrounding area. Thanks again for our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

A lovely caravan in a beautifully quiet location with a great view, but on a park which offers lots of activities and facilities. Really comfortable beds. Ideal for couples as 3 doubles. Sharon always replied quickly when I messaged and was helpful. I’m sure we will be back in the future.

We booked this place last minute, but it turned out to be a great choice. A large property that amply accommodated our group.

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

Had a lovely stay here. Found the rooms really spacious and comfortable. It’s a peaceful location yet near the city and has A12 access for a quick getaway. The coffee shop and Coop a few minutes walk away were also really handy for the morning boost and to shop.

We had a wonderful stay at 1CC. Beautiful property in an amazing location. The cottage is so inviting whilst being spacious and cosy at the same time. The whole family loved it and can't wait to return. Loved all of Deb's fabulous artwork too.

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

Smooth booking and then leading to our stay clear instructions for checkin shared. The cottage was exactly like the pictures, very cosy and plenty of amenities to get us settled like being at home. The playing fields across the way were perfect for the kids to enjoy. Location of the cottage was ideal for visiting Wells and Sandringham. Lovely touch too with the homemade cake on arrival.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Marcus ensured we were very well informed before arrival providing a guest book with comprehensive information and recommendations. We were greeted with bottles of wine & the house was very warm & music sound system set up. The barn is absolutely beautiful & immaculate. It is in a very remote area but this suited us all as we were happy to stay in and enjoy it. The log burner, games room & hot tub were added bonuses. A big thank you to Marcus for a truly amazing weekend break away with good friends ❤️

Beautiful and homely- great accommodation! We stayed here for three nights with our friends - so in total four adults, three children and a baby and we kept losing each other! The garden is huge and many a game of hide and seek was had. We also had a great Easter egg hunt! The house had absolutely everything we needed and was so comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy and everyone slept amazingly apart from mama and baby, ha! The village is beautiful and peaceful and we found the supermarkets about a 15 min drive away had everything we needed. Highly recommend the beach at Old Hunstanton, and the adventure playgrounds at Pensthorpe and Sandringham! We reluctantly left and may very well be back again! Loved it!

A fantastic stay. Beautiful spacious, clean house that had everything you needed and more. Everything within a few minutes walk but at the same time lovely and peaceful. Great location. Walks in both directions- we took a lovely walk to beeston bump and across to West runton beach. We travelled as two families of 3 (children aged between 9-15) and a grandparent. The downstairs bedroom with nearby toilet was perfect for the grandparent. The whole house is beautifully decorated. Sarah was so helpful and friendly, proactively reaching out and was quick to respond to any questions. Couldn't recommend Paddlestop house enough.

Great little Home. lived in home so everything is set up and waiting. clean and great local bargin. thanks to him and next time we stay we will definitely be on the lookout for here again.

Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property which was in pristine condition. Very close to the university which was exactly what we needed for this visit. The free parking space round the back was super convenient. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and some luxuries too - a nice surprise. We'd like to thank our hosts for having the property ready for us in such a welcoming way. This was definitely one of the best places we've stayed at in Colchester in this price range, with lovely hosts too. We're looking forward to our next visit.

We had a great stay at Scott’s house. Lovely stay in a brilliant location, right in the centre of Holt. Scott was great with communications, easy instructions for access and also in the house for amenities etc Homemade Victoria sponge waiting for us was a greatly appreciated gesture! Will definitely come again.

This place is an absolute hidden gem, even better than the photos! We were all pleasantly surprised by how beautifully furnished and well-equipped the house was. It’s spacious, spotless, and has everything you’d need for a great stay. The kitchen had more than enough cutlery and cooking essentials, and the BBQ setup was a highlight — super easy to use and perfect for a chill evening. The view is simply stunning and added so much to the experience. The host was incredibly friendly, with helpful instructions and great local recommendations that made our trip even smoother. Honestly, we wish we’d stayed for more than one night. Highly recommend!

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

Had a fantastic stay at Hoxne House which was able to host 10 of us comfortably. The property was a great base with the beautiful Weybourne beach and countryside just a short walk away. The house has a range of games, beach chairs and wind breaks allowing us to enjoy our trips to the beach and time spent at the property even more. Great communicative host and somewhere I would hire again without a second thought
