We had an amazing stay at Sam’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay – cozy bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely hot tub! The location was perfect too – making it easy to explore the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway.

What a beautiful place! A group of the girls got together for my 40th, and we had such a lovely time. A couple of things came up, but things that Lee was so quick to respond to, where possible. We didn’t use the games, or TVs, but they have a great selection of games & a TV in each room. We loved the jukebox & the open layout of the downstairs kitchen/diner/lounge. The place feels very tucked away, whilst also being very central, which is great. The welcome wine & snacks were a lovely touch. Thank you!

Having stayed at The Wheelhouse about 4 years ago we knew what to expect, and we were not disappointed. John was extremely helpful prior to, and during our stay. The accommodation is exactly as described and while the sleeping accommodation on the deck is not for everyone, John has obviously taken great care to accurately describe it in the listing, and it is perfect for our family- as it would be for many other families or couples. The location is fantastic- you can hear the sea! It’s so close to the pier with amusement arcade and to the beach with only a short walk up into town with many shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. John had kindly left us milk in the fridge and some biscuits. There is a combination microwave/ oven/ grill and also a hob so we could easily make breakfast and other meals. When we return to Southwold later this year we will definitely check the availability of the Wheelhouse! Thank you John, for a wonderful derail stay over the new year period!

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

Enjoyed a short break at Ruth's wonderful chalet with my 8 year old daughter, and her pooch... Everything was perfect.

We loved Alex’s beach hut. It was easy to get to and had everything we needed for a day on the beach.

We stayed at the Beach House for four nights in early October to do some birding and see the knot flocks at Snettisham. What a fabulous place to stay! So atmospheric and peaceful. Maddie was an excellent host – a bottle of good prosecco to greet us and the wood burner ticking over nicely. The house was as described – simple but with everything you need - to a high standard and spotlessly clean – and larger than we had expected. A very comprehensive fact-pack and Maddie promptly answered all our queries by return. The log burner was simple to use. The kitchen was great and the bed was comfy. What more could you need? Excellent views over the Wash and the lake at the back and lovely walks up and down the seafront -and enjoyed the nearby RSPB reserves We had a nice afternoon with the canoe as well! Highly recommended and we are already thinking of a return visit.

This was our second stay at the chalet and we had a great time. The chalet is extremely spacious so is great for a family get together. The facilities are great - with a projector, PS5 and Wii. Kitchen also had everything we needed to cater a full Christmas roast dinner. Host are very responsive and answer all questions quickly. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent accommodation which was clean and nicely decorated. So useful to have an air fryer and dishwasher. Nice touch to have milk, bread and biscuits. Short walk to the beach. On site cafe served a fantastic breakfast. Looking forward to returning at Easter.

Debbie was a great host, very quick to respond to any messages. The property had everything we needed, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and nice outside seating space. The site has a lovely clubhouse where we enjoyed great food, we also enjoyed food at the pub and chinese which are both just across the road! Lol As is a lovely little village shop that stocks everything you could think of!

Perfect little weekend getaway. Cosy caravan in a fantastic location. The little touches of a welcome card & treats for the doggies were really lovely. Hannah was super responsive to any queries. Great host, would highly recommend 😊

Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in the caravan. It was cozy and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including games, tv, and all the dishes and appliances we could possibly need. Hazel went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed.

Lovely stay in a fab location close to the beach. Everyone was super friendly & our dog loved it. Breakfast at the cliff Top Cafe was good. The cottage is well equipped & the bed was very comfortable. The decor is well thought out. The only down side was heating in the evening which was resolved promptly with the owners. It would have been lovely to have the fire lit, but due to nesting birds this was not possible! The Gunton & Suffield Arms were great pubs for food & atmosphere in the both bars & restaurants. Loved exploring North Norfolk despite hideous weather!

We had an absolutely lovely day at the beach hut. It's a short walking distance from the station, the hut was simple to find and we couldn't believe how peaceful it was being a couple of rows up - even on a busy bank holiday weekend. The large decking area was perfect to lay out the table and chairs and enjoy our picnic with wonderful sea views. Would love to visit again and highly recommended.

Brilliant place! Location is AMAZING, love that it’s perfectly in the middle of the beach and my favourite Deli ‘Fig and Olive’.

This was our second time staying at Jane‘s place freeholder’s in Wells next to Sea. The property is top end and has absolutely everything you need for a lovely stay and the views are absolutely mesmerising . Plenty of hot water, great heating system and a lovely Aga to cook on. Wells is a lovely place with plenty of lovely restaurants and some amazing walks and cycle rides if you’re coming to Well’s and I highly recommend staying at this property you will not be disappointed..

We enjoyed our weekend st Smugglers in Old Hunstanton. The property was super clean & tidy. It was spacious & the location was excellent . Easy access to the beach & great local restaurants.

The chalet was really easy to find and comes with parking directly opposite the path. There is a gate that goes all the way around the chalet and locks, which meant that our dogs could be outside safely without escaping! Inside, the chalet was immaculate. It was so clean and tidy, and really beautifully decorated. The facilities are brilliant and they have everything you could possibly need. The shower was big enough to get more than one of us in which helped with having the small (and sandy) children! The bedrooms have plenty of storage space and the beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook almost any meal! There's also a little information stand with lots of leaflets and tour guide books in as well to help you plan your stay. Kev and Karen were brilliant with communication both prior to and during our stay. We couldn't recommend the chalet enough and the hosts are so lovely. Book your stay, you won't be disappointed! We will be back :)
