House vacation rentals in St Petersburg

Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay!! The house was clean and comfortable and spacious for our family. Vildana was very responsive when we needed anything and was easy to get in touch with. We would love to stay again!

This was by far the best day we've had with Airbnb so far!! The house was so perfect for the price and the little amenities were so nice! They had yard games for kids to play and extra blow ups for the pool it was just such a lovely experience. The host was very responsive and understanding for adjustments that needed to be made or giving information I really enjoyed this stay!!

Lovely accommodations. Pool was fantastic. Quiet surroundings. Screened in patio and very spacious. We lucked out with beautiful weather.

We stayed at the property for about 5 days over Spring Break. The location of the house is great but you will need a rental car to get around, many beaches, restaurants and other attractions within minutes of the home. We had small children in our group so we appreciated the gated backyard and the high lock on the sliding door in the back to get to the pool. There were plenty of towels and laundry detergent so we could wash them throughout our stay. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for our needs. Luckily, we bought some cheap plastic cups for the kids to use while we were there and we had paper plates. There was limited to no plastic wear or mixing bowls. Place was clean and lots of toiletries provided. There were no blackout curtains on the windows (usually helpful for small kids/babies nap times) We brought our own travel suction cup kind so that wasn't an issue. The thermostat was brand new but we had no idea how to work it - just call them, they're really helpful and responsive

My family and I had an amazing time here lots of places to drive to nearby. Even if you just want to stay in the house there is plenty to do whether it’s fishing at the nearby pond or chillin poolside and hot tub at night. We had fun playing pool and playing card games with the family at night. Hose was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The beds were also super comfortable which is a huge plus for me. I would definitely come back here again!

The house was amazing! Very clean and a perfect location. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from anything. Communication with Mark was great and he was a great help with everything we needed. We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Tampa again!

Ari was an excellent Airbnb host. Very prompt with all our requests. The house was as described, very comfortable and clean. An extra large pool was a welcome item for everyone when we returned from our excursions every day. I highly recommend this property!

Do not hesitate to book your stay here. The location was close to EVERYTHING. Easy to get to and quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a needed bonus to finish off the day. This place is great for relaxing, indoor/outdoor. The host is VERY responsive and helpful. 5 STARS all around!

The home was beautiful and very spacious. I was impressed by the cleanliness of this home. Upon arrival, it smelled clean looked clean and felt clean. We experience a few hiccups during our stay but nothing that wasn’t able to be fixed and honestly, the hiccups made the experience fun. We completely understand things aren’t always perfect but I think this home is perfect!

Jeremy’s place was outstanding. I definitely will be staying again. Not just for the beautiful home, but I’ve never felt more comfortable staying somewhere because of how comfortable Jeremy made it! He was very helpful with leading us to cool things to do, and was very kind to chat with. 10/10 place to stay. The whole house was so clean and home like, I wish I never had to leave.

What a wonderful stay! The home is beautifully laid out, and has practically everything stocked that a traveler might need. We especially appreciated the amply stocked coffee bar! The view from the back porch is gorgeous and a wonderful place to have your coffee in the morning. Would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely perfect place!! Large rooms, beautifully decorated, squeaky clean, well-stocked kitchen, fun, fenced in yard with pool, hot-tub, fire-pit, and pergola, quiet neighborhood, corner lot, extremely comfortable beds... I can't say enough about this place. Sandra was an amazing host! She provided tons of information and wanted to make sure we were happy. This was probably the nicest AirBnB at which we have stayed. I highly recommend!!

We love this house. It is very clean, spacious and lots to do around the pool and in the games room. Our host Tommy was excellent to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. We will be back again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this house!! Our main priority was separate bedrooms for our teenage son and our preteen daughter to have their own space and this house was perfect!! The rooms were very good size and the master bed/bath was HUGE!!! The beds were very comfy and we loved that the fridge had ice and a water dispenser! We had a little hiccup when originally checking into the house with the passcode not working, but Hannah responded to my message almost immediately, even with it being late at night, and got us into the house in no time!! We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next trip down to Tampa!!

We had such an incredible vacation in St Petersburg thanks to Phillip’s home and hospitality! It was a great location and quiet neighbourhood, and the home was big and clean. Phillip went above and beyond by providing so many amenities, we had a stocked fridge and lots of snacks, which was really great to walk into after we arrived late. We had the pleasure of meeting Phillip, and he had great recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. Thank you Phillip, we hope to visit you again!

My son and I stayed here for a music festival. It was very close to our venue and there were several options available to eat at locally. Rowan was very helpful and responsive and we can’t wait until next year. Thanks Rowan!!

We absolutely loved our time at the Lutz house and it was worth every penny! So many amenities at the place including countless TVs, heated pool, game room and much more. I would 100% recommend to any group that is looking for a place to stay in Tampa.

Came to Tampa for a birthday vacation and stayed here at Holly’s. She gave great instructions. We had no problems with our stay. It’s very close to the zoo! We walked there. Close to your everyday fast food chains and some convenience stores close by as well. It was clean, tidy and nicely decorated!! We would definitely stay again if we ever went back to Tampa.
