We had a wonderful stay! Ryan was a great host. The house is beautiful and the beach access is so close. The close beach access was great with having children with us. We highly recommend this home with its quiet neighborhood and private beach. Again I can’t say enough, we had a great time and Ryan was an awesome host.

Great place to stay if you are in Tampa, like a historic district, and enjoy a fun place to stay.

Loved our stay here! The house is very conveniently located to a lot of things to see and do while in the Tampa area - everything we did was within a 15-20 minute drive. Matt’s home was perfect for our group, the pool and hot tub were great, and even the christmas trees were up! A lot of nice touches to the house for all needs when traveling - soaps/shampoos, towels, washer and dryer, tons of TV apps, and so much more! Thank you again, hope to be back in the future!

Came with friends for a wedding and we all had a great time here, it’s a beautiful space and the views were gorgeous. We spent so much time on the roof relaxing in the hot tub and soaking up sunshine. Host was very responsive and helpful; when we checked in we found a small problem and the host immediately got back to us, came out to check up and fix it, and was super helpful and kind. Especially with the hurricane damage around the beach it was really great to have a home base that was clean and comfortable. Thank you again for everything!

The place meet all my expectations and perfect for my friends bachelorette weekend. It was clean, very walkable to the beach, nice hot tub, good beach equipment, and good necessity’s in the house. Jade was always very responsive!

Great option if you want easy beach access! Loved the balconies/porch on every level. Plenty of space to spread out.

Beautiful rental in Clearwater beach. George was very responsive before and during our stay. His home was exactly like pictured… actually it was better in person! Very clean, spacious, and in a great walkable location. The place was stocked with everything we needed for the week (for both the house and beach). The complimentary bottle of champagne was a nice touch and we popped it for a birthday celebration. Thank you so much George for being a great host, you truly go above and beyond! If we return to Clearwater we would 100% book this rental again.

Thank you for hosting us during a busy time of the year. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect place to wind-down after the fast paced work days we were engaged in. Breakfast was provided, as an additional bonus to the accommodation and lush surroundings. Photos and description of the BnB were as detailed in the profile. Supporting staff were very accommodating. We stayed a month and it felt like being at a real home; the house was very well equipped and full of character. On a daily basis, we had everything we needed, and the very few times we needed assistance/solving, Edie was very diligent to make sure we were happy. Extra points to the shaded parking space and the firmness of the mattress. We truly enjoyed our stay, as well as the location, the private fenced patio for our kitty, and our little casual encounters with Matt in the shared backyard/laundry area :)

Linda was amazing hostess. the home was as or better than expected. Linda gave my family privacy and was very responsive.

We have stayed with David before and he is very accommodating when the real world (like H. Milton) intrudes on vacation plans. The house was spotless, the neighborhood is quiet, the pups enjoyed the fenced in backyard, it was comfortable, and the internet and laundry worked perfectly. Much appreciated!

The Rustic Cabin did indeed feel like we were in a cabin, the high ceilings and the open-ness was great. Loved having a kitchen to be able to have breakfast in and make a couple meals. The weather was a bit cool, as it was winter in FL, but I loved having my coffee by the pool and catching some sun in the backyard. We had our own parking space and entry, which we loved. Would definitely stay there again.

Jeff’s place is in a great location, easy walk and bike ride to lots of great restaurants and shops! The space is neat and clutter free.

We had a great stay! The outdoor living space was perfect for our group. Good location, close to things we wanted to do.

We have stayed at Barrett Beach Bungalows quite often in the past. We adore our host! She keeps the bungalows neat, clean and well equipped for a fun visit. She is attentive and always wants everything to be perfect for your stay. The bungalows have the "old Florida" feel with updated features in a quiet area right on the beach! Love staying there! And pet friendly too!

Aaron's place is ideal for a Tampa excursion! Located close to just about everything: Raymond James Stadium, Downtown, Hyde Park, etc. The house is comfy and spacious. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a central location while visiting the Cigar City.

Great place, quite area, have to find parking through a back alley but everything was great. Awesome stay and close to everything.

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

Jianfeng was a wonderful host. We had several text conversations leading up to our visit and they were very helpful and responsive. Easy check in and out. One thing we discovered that wasn’t shared in the post is you have access to the 6 and 7th floor overlook balcony’s. There is a key in the condo that you can use to unlock the private only doors so that was super exciting and we watched the sunset from there and had our morning coffee another time. Overall….great experience and we enjoyed the easy access to the waterpark. Would recommend this for a family or a couple that would like a tucked away, feel like home vacation

My family and I loved the heated pool and the proximity to numerous restaurants and shops. Micheal was proactive and communicated clearly about the check in and check out process. The kitchen was great for thanksgiving cooking and well stocked.

Our family of 6 adults & one infant enjoyed our 2024 Thanksgiving together here. It was lovely. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed to make a big thanksgiving dinner & set a beautiful table. It was great to have 2 ovens, a large refrigerator and wine cooler. We used all of it. The home is beautiful. It feels very comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board, golf cart & fire pit. The pool was warm and everyone enjoyed it. We had everything we needed regarding towels, pillows, linens. We were provided plenty of cleaning supplies and trash bags, too, which is so helpful in a vacation home. Sitting on the back deck enjoying the view and the birds was relaxing. My family reported the fishing off the dock was tremendous. The front garden is stunning. Two massive palm trees grace the front walk with several beautiful blooming bushes adorning the front yard. It is a very nice place to linger and enjoy the well cared for garden. We enjoyed our stay!!!

We really enjoyed staying at Jess's place. The house was cozy and comfortable. The outdoor space is fantastic. Great location for the price. Would definitely recommend
