Ryan’s place was an amazing location in a beautiful, residential, quiet neighborhood in North Clearwater Beach. The house was clean and just as shown in the listing. Ryan was a responsive and helpful host. A true paradise of a property and very close to so many great places within a short walk or drive. The hot tub was a great night cap at the end of a busy day exploring. Thank you for a great stay—we can’t wait to come back!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Ybor! The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, with fantastic restaurants just steps away (both were absolutely delicious). The space itself was unique and filled with beautiful artwork everywhere, which added such a cool vibe. The pool and hot tub were incredible—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I definitely plan to come back! Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Ybor.

This was a great place to stay with a toddler! The house was clean and had lots of infant and toddler amenities. Matthew set up a pack 'n play before our arrival, provided two sound machines, a changing pad, toddler-safe silverware and dishes, a high chair, pool floaties, and lots of toys and books. The house itself was clean and well-stocked, and the neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, with a neighborhood playground less than a block away. We really enjoyed the pool, which was clean and warm. Matthew was also very responsive via messages, and even arranged an early check-in. I highly recommend this spot!

The house was amazing! We had such a great time celebrating my sister's 30th. The beach was less than a minute walk, close to a bar restaurant and volleyball nets which we loved. We didn't have to worry about towels or beach chairs either which is a huge plus when traveling via plane! The owners were super responsive, we had slight troubles with heating the hot tub and the owners tried to help via cell phone. We ended up not using it but still loved the responsiveness. The house was very clean and rooms were spacious. It being a townhome there were lots of steps but we are all younger so not a problem for us! There is an elevator on the property, we only used it for grocery halls from the garage to the first floor which was super helpful but I'm sure it would be helpful to someone who needs to use it the whole time. Overall, the house was great super walkable to everything the beach, shops, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much and all agreed it was one of the best places! Would recommend!

It is evident that Jada has opened her home with the intention of providing a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay for all her guests. You can tell she has put a lot of care into maintaining this home, ensuring it’s comfortable, clean, and is absolutely what is promised in her listing. This was absolutely THE perfect townhouse that was well equipped and spotless!! Jada was INCREDIBLY responsive from the first day we booked and into our stay. It is alot for one person to plan a SFA's (Super Fun Aunts)/ cousins girls trip. She was soooo helpful, prompt and informative all the way through. With a host like her you will have NO issues. We felt so cozy and safe in this beach house. The location is superb! Seriously, straight one block to the beach, 1/2 block to so many restaurants with cute shops and soooo quiet in the home even on the roof top. It was so nice to have the different floors too.

Loved staying at this property and didn’t want to leave. Definitely want to come back to enjoy warmer weather. Decor was amazing, super clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to come back to enjoy balcony & bikes. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful rental in Clearwater beach. George was very responsive before and during our stay. His home was exactly like pictured… actually it was better in person! Very clean, spacious, and in a great walkable location. The place was stocked with everything we needed for the week (for both the house and beach). The complimentary bottle of champagne was a nice touch and we popped it for a birthday celebration. Thank you so much George for being a great host, you truly go above and beyond! If we return to Clearwater we would 100% book this rental again.

Lovely cottage and a great location. Short walking distance to the restaurants and bars, but on a quiet street and secluded patio. Barbara was welcoming and the instructions were clear. The cottage itself was clean, functional and overall a lively place. We can’t wait to be back to this place!

Stayed here for a couple nights with my boyfriend to help a friend get ready for her wedding! We loved the Airbnb and its location so much my boyfriend made a joke that we should come down once a month for a weekend. Although that’s not possible we will most definitely be back! Responsive hosts, and Airbnb is like the photos. Pool was heated and nice!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was better than expected, we were very close to Craig Park, Pinellas trail, and very walkable to both the restaurants in town and in the sponge district. The house is small but very clean and has all the kitchen amenities you would need. The backyard condensed but very private and was perfect for us to sit out along with our small dogs. The front door was opened with a code which is nice so that you did not have to worry about keys. The host is proactive with easy arrival instructions and everything worked well so we did not have to contact her during our stay; she responded very quickly with a question about the checkout process. We would definitely stay here again.

Jeff was very responsive and had a list of great recommendations prepared for guests. Home is within beautiful historic neighborhood and walking distance to local coffee shops and parks

Loved our stay. Neighborhood was so quiet and safe. We walked around the nearby golf course everyday. Folk were always waving and saying hi. Host were proactive and checked in regularly to see how our stay was. House was well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and laundry items. Pool was amazing as was the hot tub. Pool was a nice temperature- especially being winter months. While the bbq wasn’t propane, and used briquettes- it was manageable- just had to plan a bit ahead. The indoor furniture was super comfy. We absolutely loved our stay there and were a bit sad when our stay came to an end. In a heartbeat we would stay there again. Thanks for being a great host and caring about your guest.

After flying out of a blizzard, the beach bungalow was a welcome & warm retreat! The location was better than described. My children loved the pool and vast beach access! It was ideal an ideal space for my 3 boys, especially my special needs son and infant little brother. We made memories to last a lifetime thanks to the seamless process and wonderful getaway

Aaron's place is very centrally located - most restaurants and attractions were only minutes away. The neighborhood is very nice, felt safe. House was very clean and backyard was private.

Will definitely recommend this spot to others! Very convenient spot in Northeast St. Pete.

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

We were all very happy with the house and pool. A lot of places to visit. Had a great time at the Tampa Zoo at Lowry Park. Still working on repairs to the Pavillions and trails at Honeymoon Island Park, but the beach was beautiful. Many wonderful restaurants. Love Frenchy's . Well worth the drive to eat at Doc Fords in St. Pete.

We had a the most magical family holiday reunion at Indian Rocks Beach! Between the golf cart, kayaks and fantastic kitchen this place had it all! There was even a Christmas boat parade that came right by the house. There was a small issue with the internet and the manager came over immediately to help out. 5 stars!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Nothing to complaint about. Jess was very responsive. I got everything as mentioned except the wooden swing in the backyard which is probably damaged during the recent events. Also I just want to mention that the heated pool need many hours to reach the temperature. It took me almost 24 hrs to reach the temp from 69 ° F to 95° F. Again, Its not a complaint but just to plan accordingly. I highly recommend this place if you have vacation plans near clearwater.

Tamara was very accommodating with our requests. Got right back to us when we had questions. Place was perfect for our quick weekend trip. Restaurant next door was great. Food was awesome and live music on the water.

Were repeat guests at Laura’s home, that should say enough!! Every time we stay the home is clean and welcoming. The peaceful neighborhood is perfect for long morning walks or just relaxing and unwinding. This home has everything you need for swimming, fishing, biking, hitting the beach, or staying in and playing board games. We will continue to book this property when visiting IRB!
