This place was as described in the ad and was perfect for our stay before going on a cruise . Azalia responded promptly when messaged . Would highly recommend this place for two people . If you have mobility issues then the stairs are not for you . Very clean and comfortable . Easy walk to Ybor city 7 th avenue . Appreciated the coffee pods. Would stay her again for sure

Rachel's loft was an excellent spot for my son and I to stay while learning more about the area in preparation for his attending the University of South Florida. Safe, walkable, clean, and friendly neighborhood. We had no concerns about walking around day or night (the surrounding neighborhood or the downtown area). Rachel also frankly went above and beyond with all the little details that most people simply just don't think of or bother to provide. I would have zero reservations in recommending this property/host again. Thank you for being a professional and understanding the details necessary to make an experience happen and not just a place to stay... kudos Rachel!

First, Brett is an awesome host. Highly responsive, always friendly, clear instructions and no burdensome checkout requirements. I made a mistake in my booking and didn’t have the night off my arrival in the reservation, but at 5:00 that day, Brett updated my reservation and immediately got me in. I was lucky it was available but without a responsive host, I would have been screwed. Unless you have an issue with stairs, Brett’s place is great. Exactly as described with both a small balcony overlooking the back yard and a sun room overlooking the front. Wonderful place to relax, work, or just sleep as you pop in and out to enjoy the amazing neighborhood with a ton to do and places to eat within walking distance or a quick trip on the sun runner-an express bus that goes to the beach and downtown with a stop just 2 blocks away. Going to be looking at Brett’s place for future trips to Saint Pete.

Conveniently located near downtown Tampa. Pros -location -great value for price -parking onsite Cons -small bathroom -squeaky bed Host asked us not to flush toilet paper due to sensitive pipes. Could be a one-off due to recent hurricane. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Derek seemed to be more of a friend, than a host. He was very hands on with any and everything that we thought we might need. The space was spotless, the bed was very comfortable. The place was located in a very private, quite neighborhood. We were within 10 to 15 minutes from the beach, restaurant's and a stone's throw from the downtown area. We felt so strongly about his hospitality that we left him a small gift of our appreciation. We have another trip planned toward the end of the year. And it's a no brainer that we will be residing with Derek if the unit is available. Nate and Gloria Oliver Oakland Ca.

Perfect for our stay! This property was all we needed as it was a clean, fun, little tiny home. Close enough to the main strip but far enough away for it to be in a quiet neighborhood. We thought the ladder to the bed was fun & different! Air conditioning kept it cool and the waterfall shower was amazing.

Unique Studio Apartment Experience with a View

This place is so fantastic, & you won’t find a nicer, more accommodating, attentive host ANYWHERE! Nima is so warm and lovely!! Her interest in travel and others is clearly apparent. A few things to note- do not be deterred by the pool & hot tub being shared with the host family (they are above & BEYOND courteous of their guests!) and another airbnb unit. There is significantly less traffic than a hotel, & we never had an overlap during our stay where we were sharing, not that we would have minded. The pool & hot tub are salt water, not chlorine! I missed that if it was mentioned and I was thrilled. The property is amazing, as are the very docile peacocks! There are Koi in the ponds, & and amazing details to take in everywhere! Nima will respond nearly instantaneously & WANTS your stay to be as comfortable as possible. If you need anything. Just let her know and before you can give it a second thought, she will respond if not deliver! We truly hope to be back to not only enjoy the property, but visit our sweet host again!!

This was the perfect inbetween for us. There was a lot that was located within an hour which for us is normal. The items listed were what was there it was clean and very comfortable. Little outdoor seating area to enjoy the weather. We just needed a place to sleep while we were doing our other activities. I wouldn’t necessarily walk definitely stay here again

Me and my sister booked this airbnb because we wanted to have the place to ourselves and the price was good compared to other accommodations in the area. Everything looked like it did in the pictures, we felt safe, and it was easy to get around the area by car. Our host, Karina, met us when we first arrived, and she made sure to let us know that if we needed anything we could always contact her. Thank you, Karina!:)

My boyfriend and I looooved our stay here! Everything was exactly like the pictures, and it was in a nice neighborhood, we went for a morning walk every day. Our host also even personalized our experience by giving us balloons, a bottle of wine and chocolates, and left beautiful towel art and left the sheets in the shape of a heart. The space was clean and our host was promptly responsive! I definitely recommend staying here! Any time we come back to the Tampa area we will be rebooking😊

My partner and I stayed here last minute for Christmas and had a nice stay! Host was very helpful and friendly. They were even kind enough to leave a bottle of wine for us. Pros: Clean. Accurate to photos. Easy check in. Well decorated/felt homey. The bed was extremelyyy comfortable. Alleyway was easy to find after reading instructions. Neighbors were also very kind and welcoming. Dog park right down the road. Cons: If you have a dog that barks when other dogs bark you may want to reconsider as there’s a couple around the property that can be heard but no biggie. Check in being at 10 instead of 11 was slight bummer but not too uncommon. We were asked to sweep up pet hair and take out trash before check out but couldn’t find a broom. Downstairs bedroom was noticeably warmer than upstairs but wasn’t much of an inconvenience since it didn’t get hotter than 80 when we were there. For a spur of the moment affordable place to stay we were pleased and would return :)

Lauren was a fantastic communicator and gave us all of the information needed to make our stay in Ybor City a huge success!! The space was large and thoughtfully decorated, with a location that can’t be beat just a block away from the heart of the historic district. The place was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, spic and span! We loved our visit and will definitely be booking this again in the future - would recommend to anyone seeking a wonderful spot to vacation and enjoy this special city!! Thank you, Lauren!!

Perfect location downtown. I could walk to all of my work events and there was plenty of places to choose from to eat and many things to do. The place itself was amazing. Perfect space, had everything I needed and was comfortable to relax in after getting back from work.

This was a great place to stay. Was only really there at night as I was out and about during the day. The place was as described, very comfortable, and provided dishes and silverware. Provided nearby recommendations and was very flexible. Would recommend it for those needing a place to stay in the area. The door lock was a little tricky in making sure you were either pushing or pulling hard enough to make the self-lock fully work but it was more than likely human error as I have not used an electric lock that often

We had a great stay at Dax’s. It was well located and easy to reach. It was well equipped and very comfortable for our stat. The space was decorated very nicely, we really liked it. Dax was very communicative and returned our messages promptly. We would definitely return. Thank you!

South Tampa Studio in Desirable Historic District!

This studio was perfect for a couple. Coded access to the gate/driveway and coded access to the studio. The was pristine. Clean bathroom, bed and kitchenette. The laundry room was perfectly located by the studio. This means you can take half the clothes you normally do. It was super quiet at night. Trader Joes is located a couple mile away. When we go back to Tampa, we want to stay here again.

Hi. I booked this reservation at the last minute and I received an immediate response. Checkin was super easy. It was a text with all internet codes and info needed to get into the loft. The loft was clean, nicely decorated and cozy. my unit was right off the main road so i could hear cars going by. I could never find the remote control to the tv but other than that it was a nice place.
