A perfect weekend escape for families & friends

SpencerRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What an amazing place to stay! Dartmouth is a lovely town and Sarah’s place gives you the most perfect view of it, you honestly could sit and look at it for hours (we did!). The Penthouse is beautiful, spacious and very well loved, everything clean and welcoming. Really can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks for having us.

Look Out to Sea From Winkle Cottage

CheneiseRating, 5 stars7 months ago
A great little place to stay! Perfect location, we didn’t drive once during our stay as you are a short walk into the harbour. The cottage was lovely and clean, homely and had everything we needed for a few nights away. Great instructions for parking and arrival which aided a smooth check in. Would definitely recommend this place!

Dan y Graig—19th-Century Farmhouse Between Sea and Mountain

DonaldRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Perfect. Matt has done a great job with the house, it is well laid out, spacious and comfortable; and with a large terrace and good size table outside the warm mornings and evenings were a pleasure as you take in the hills and sea of the surrounding Welsh countryside. Not much to add to what others have said, with the beach an easy walk down the hill, and Carn Llidi right behind the house, on top of which the views are even more spectacular. It is also an easy 40 minute walk into St Davids, which the whole family enjoyed and we did that several times meaning I could enjoy a drink in a few of the brilliant restaurants in town. If, like me you are so minded, you should throw a few golf clubs in the car when you head over. I only had room for a half set and pencil bag, but the community course is unique, and well worth a try. The course is a ten minute walk on the other side of the valley, and suitable for all capabilities. Thanks Matt, and I hope to be back soon.

Sea View Townhouse

Thank you Carolyn and Jim for your hospitality. My daughter and I had a lovely time staying at your cozy guest room with the beautiful view of the water. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the location was perfect. It was nice to just walk into town and explore. And thank you for the Tate Museum entry cards. We enjoyed visiting. My daughter and I both agree that our stay with you in the beautiful town of St. Ives was a highlight of our travels. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Grade II Listed 17th-Century Rectory with Sea Views

Fantastic house in a great location. Done up to a high quality throughout and lovely, private garden a few minutes walk from beach, cafes and pub. We had some issues with the key safe and the access code has been updated from the one on the website, but these were resolved.
