wow, what to say about Barts place to do it justice. as soon as we arrived it felt like home. the kitchen is very well appointed for even the keenest chef. wife also loved the top loading washing machine (a rarity in the UK) the pool was perfect for our kids. never out of their depth, it was very well used across our weeks stay. the house has marbled floors throughout and AC in all bedrooms. the living room felt spacious and cool. Bart had some great recommendations and took him up on a couple of them. we weren't disappointed. Location in a quiet village suited us well, as we had a car and really enjoyed being so close to nature. Bart has put a lot of effort into making this a home from home, we can thoroughly recommend and are already thinking about next year!

Our stay at the Goa villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings and stunning views. The villa itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the outdoor space - the lush garden and private pool provided the perfect setting for relaxation and unwinding. Above all, we were impressed by the hospitality of the host. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay is amazing A special mention to Anita out care tracker she took care of us like an elder sister. She was such a sweetheart. A magical stay! The grand property was just like the Airbnb images and bett in than the description. The entire stay was exceptionally well, including the caretaker who made sure we were taken care of and was always reachable. I am bound to return again soon to this slice of Greece in Goa.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Amazingly spacious and beautiful colonial villa. We were a family of 13 spanning 3 generations there for a special occasion Caretaker Anthony and other help were amazing. Highly recommended for a large family holiday

Excellent stay. All things were arranged on single call with best of the quality. Cook, Cabs and rented cars all were value to money.

Lovely Bharat tiles flooring, electronic mosquito mesh for windows in every room. Check in was super smooth and they accommodated a late check out

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, always greeting me with warm smiles and professionalism. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful ambiance while being conveniently close to key spots. I also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary refreshments and personalized service.

It was a great cute stay for friends to hang out and chill around. The airBnB is very cute with good facilities and available caretaker for anything. The pool was a fun place for friends to hang around and chill.

Had a great stay with my family here. We got some much needed time together, escaping the chaos & hustle bustle of the city. The villa is very beautiful, well furnished and extremely comfortable! We were received by the caretaker Sushma who immediately showed us around the place and made us comfortable. She was very accomodating and very responsive when we needed her help. She made us amazing breakfast too! We had minor issues with power fluctuation and 4G/5G network but it's a Goa-wide problem. When the power went, the inverters kicked in immediately and we did not have an issue. The swimming pool is well maintained and we had the best time unwinding and splashing away. There are two dogs, Foxy & Sweety, and 4 naughty little kittens on the property. Villa Artjuna is a must visit for families & groups of friends. We will definitely be coming back!

The place looks exactly like shown in the photos, the property is very beautiful and with the indoor pool giving it the required privacy you need to enjoy the pool. Abhinav also helped us with early check in and helped us with all the queries we had. The stay enhanced our Goa experience undoubtedly. Definitely recommend.

Oxel house is amazing. There are 7 huge bedrooms. Its perfect for big group of family or friends. The caretaker is very helpful and always available. The place is super clean. I would love to go back here with friends again.

Apart from signal issues which anyone can manage with whatsap call and good internet speed this bnb was amazing and top notch !!
