"Clean, quiet, and perfectly located. we were doing a work from home and the hotel had everything I needed—strong Wi-Fi, comfortable desk setup, The room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. The best part is their kitchen it has equipped with all the things required to stay in a home. Housekeeping was on point. The staff was professional and helpful. The host James was very nice person he was so helpful in suggesting about the places and what to do their, totally Highly recommend for all type of trips. you can go with family, friends and do WFH. felt like HOME...

We were hosting a family reunion of 16 adults ranging from 65/85 yrs old The 8 en suite bedrooms and a staff of 3 made our stay very comfy. Pankaj the caretaker was always around to handle our queries, and Chef Anup did an amazing job catering to all our meals, including a fab barbecue. We’d definitely recommend this villa for a large get together.

My best experience in a Airbnb. It felt just like home . What stood out the most were the hosts. Ravi and Priya went out of the way to do things for us . I was travelling with my 64year old father and they readily accomodate a free early check-in for my dad . The house was so amazing that for the first time i felt like staying indoors and not to go out anywhere in Goa. The hosts made sure the house has everything a person would need during a stay , especially their fully loaded pantry in the kitchen . I really wanted to cook during a vacation just by seeing the kitchen, it was so comfortable for me to make meals for my dad and ourselves. By the end of the trip my dad and husband told they feel like they are at home and don't feel like going back. Ravi and Priya are great people, we lost track of time talking to them. I'm surely marking this place as my forever go to option in Goa. Thank you Ravi and Priya for making it a comfortable and amazing stay for us.

Had a really great stay here at this warm and humble abode. The place was cozy, well-designed, and had all the right amenities to make it super comfortable. Plenty of space too, which was a big plus. The location was perfect - really close to the beaches, making it easy to explore. Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2BHK home in Varca, South Goa. The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing holiday. The house had a calm, welcoming vibe, perfect for unwinding. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and one of the highlights was the great recommendations they gave us for nearby beaches and restaurants. It really helped us make the most of our time in the area and discover some hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The location was also ideal—peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short drive from Varca beach and other nearby attractions. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in South Goa. Would love to come back!

Place was nice, clean and cozy. Locality is quite safe with market just at a walking distance. I was also working remotely, internet connection is quite good and there is also a Starbucks few mins walk away to work from. Luis was very polite and friendly. Kitchen is a bit small in size for regular cooking but good enough for making easy dishes. Would definitely recommend.

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need to feel right at home — from a fully equipped kitchen to laundry facilities. The bedrooms were super comfortable and had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. And the highlight? The three adorable cats! I'm already missing Pingu — such a sweet companion. Would definitely stay again!

Location is excellent—easy access to scooty rentals and close to everything you’d want to explore in North Goa. I stayed here just for a night, definitely felt like home. Compact house but very clean! It has a great view of the backwaters, a spacious balcony with sitting setup. Overall it was very peaceful and comfortable. The host was very kind to allow my family for a quick freshen up in the morning before I checked out. I highly recommend this place for a group of 1 to 3 people!
