Vacation rentals with beach access in South Goa

I would request the host to include the kitchen cleaning expense while they take the money for booking, as there is a board stating we need to clean the complete kitchen while going or vacating if not need to pay 500rs extra. I felt this is not how it should be. It is something like you stay at hotel and ask customer to clean the room and keep how it was before they arrive. When you are providing the service make sure you are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the same once guest vacates. Also their checkout time is 10am and it’s quite early to checkout at 10Am in the morning. It would be good if it’s 11am. Overall good place to stay.

Such a beautiful apartment for such a price! It was even more beautiful in real than in the photos. If possible we would have stayed there itself for the rest of our days in goa as it was one of the most comfortable, equipped and cozy stay. So happy with our experience.

This was an amazing stay, it gives you a lovely vibe that would make you feel just at home. The stay has enough fresh air flowing in and the outdoor space has great sitting areas. We enjoyed a lot of time playing carrom outdoors. The host was responsive and specially the caretaker was a great being. Would definitely come back to this property whenever we get time.

Stayed in this gem of a place for a couple of nights. Beautiful grounds and spotlessly clean. 2 minute walk to beach, and restaurants Host was really responsive, and left our bags in reception area. Gated community so very safe. My friend calls them the jelly tot houses. Really well maintained. Forgot to take a hairdryer, and 10 minutes later one arrived. Just wish we had stayed longer. I had an amazing time staying at Mr. Roger’s place. The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Colva beach. Mr. Roger was extremely helpful, providing great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. The communication was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Nevis was extremely helpful and looked after us really well. We will happily go again. Surroundings are very picturesque and Nevil being able to drive us to places was the icong on the cake.

One of the best stays for the price. Old -timey homey feels. But upgraded to be hygienic. was super comfortable for 3 of us on a girls trip. would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming villa. The location was absolutely perfect – just a short 150m walk to the beach! The villa itself was lovely, situated within a well-maintained housing complex with a pool and lush greenery. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could soak up the sunshine, admire the beautiful views of the surrounding greenery, and listen to the sounds of the birds. The villa was comfortable and well-equipped. We were also impressed by the convenience of the location. Newton Supermarket was just a stone's throw away, and there were numerous restaurants and a taxi stand nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. Pritika and Charchit’s place is a great getaway in South Goa. The house is very cozy and has all necessary amenities. It is located in a calmer part of Agonda, while still being very close to the beach and restaurants. Pritika was communicative and provided me with great help and suggestions to explore the area. I had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying there.

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely amazing stay 11/10 I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Alex’s Airbnb! From the moment we booked, Alex was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. From the cozy bedding to the fully equipped kitchen, everything was top-notch. It was clear that Alex put a lot of care into ensuring guests have the best possible experience. What really set this stay apart, though, was Alex’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to offer local recommendations and ensure we were comfortable The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we are already looking forward to our next trip. We loved our stay at Lipy's place. The balcony is super cute and the house is designed beautifully. The artwork, lights and overall vibe made this stay extra special. The location is perfect since it's close to ashwem beach. highly recommend!

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

We loved our stay at Anand's place. Very spacious in a peaceful, tranquil setting. Perfect getaway from noisy Mumbai. Loved the balcony for morning coffee with views of lush greenery. Definitely would stay again.

The Amber apartment was exactly as described in a perfect location with excellent restaurants and the Trinity beach within walking distance. All communication with both our hosts, Anthony and Hayden was done simply and they came back almost instantly to answer any queries that we had. There was an excellent wifi service in the apartment, with the option to connect a firestick to the tv if so desired. The apartment was lovely and clean and easy to look after, bearing in mind we stayed there for 42 nights in total. I can’t recommend the Amber apartment highly enough, to all and everyone who is looking for somewhere nice to stay in Benaulim.

This is such a great place to stay near Palolem Beach. The guest house was so spacious and kitchen was equipped so well that we could prepare all the meals for our kid. Each and everything that are required for a comfortable stay is there in the guest house. The host is very responsive and helfpul. Had a pleasant stay.

Sid’s apartment was delightful to stay at. It captured the true charm of Goa! The neighborhood was ideal, we really enjoyed our experience.

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.

A lovely apartment that is easy to walk to the beach and all the restaurants. I loved the view over the coconut trees and it was peaceful and Dr Shiyad is a great host.
