Vacation rentals with beach access in South Goa

Bassapa is a very nice and humble host. He ensured we were comfortable as it was a last minute booking. Place is exactly as mentioned in the listing.

We had a fantastic short stay here. The apartment is well designed and you would feel right at home. For self check in may be you could consider drawing a map for easy access.

Perfect place for a group of 4 people. If you like loneliness then super quiet, if you like action.. then Calangute market is 2 Kms, if you want quick eatery places, its 2-3 mins walk, if you want a quick beach visit (not crowded), its 3-4 mins walk. Master bed room is spacious, nice balcony for the late night sittings for 2 people comfortably in a quite ambiance, living room is bright with apt furniture. Bathroom is quite functional and not too stuffy. Lovely friendly hosts, helpful, advising with local info. No security concerns in the colony with the availability of the guard, you may come and go whenever you want to. Swimming pool adds up to the facilities, again not crowded. Overall, its worth staying if you are bored of staying in usual Hotels (like us) !!!

This was an amazing stay, it gives you a lovely vibe that would make you feel just at home. The stay has enough fresh air flowing in and the outdoor space has great sitting areas. We enjoyed a lot of time playing carrom outdoors. The host was responsive and specially the caretaker was a great being. Would definitely come back to this property whenever we get time.

Costa Montage was truly a home away from home! Everything was walking distance from here - the beach, restaurants, and market. Our accommodation was well provided for. Everything was very clean and the place is tastefully decorated. The community is peaceful and lovely too. We absolutely loved it!

This is undoubtedly a great place to stay if you want to enjoy North Goa away from the very crowded beaches but still want to be closer to some activity! Tucked right by the Anjuna Beach and at a stones throw from Curlies, Cezar's place is perfectly located and beautifully maintained by Jalak. It gives you a great view of the sea and is right by the flea market if you are in a shopping mood. The many restaurants in Anjuna are about a 15-20 mins walk! Highly recommend and will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming villa. The location was absolutely perfect – just a short 150m walk to the beach! The villa itself was lovely, situated within a well-maintained housing complex with a pool and lush greenery. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could soak up the sunshine, admire the beautiful views of the surrounding greenery, and listen to the sounds of the birds. The villa was comfortable and well-equipped. We were also impressed by the convenience of the location. Newton Supermarket was just a stone's throw away, and there were numerous restaurants and a taxi stand nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa.

Make sure you reach when there is daylight. We reached after it became dark and had initial apprehensions. However, Paras assured us to wait until morning to see what this place had to offer. We held on for the night and woke up to a perfect description of what was told to us. Our pet Rio travelled with us and loved the place with lots of space to run around and two lovely friends - Enji and Ringo to play with. The highlight of the whole trip was the last evening we spent there. Paras took us for a hike to see the sunset over the Anjuna beach and followed it up with a lovely candle light dinner. Felt like catching up with long lost friends. Finally - Manish. Amazing caretaker of the place. Went out of the way to help us go on bike to buy necessities. And he cooked up a simple and delicious dinner which left us asking for more. Contrast to day one when we had initial doubts, on the day we had to leave, none of us were in a mood to. We promised ourselves that we'd be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The villa is located close to Sunset Beach, which is just amazing or it's easy to find good beach restaurants. The villa is in every way as in the photos, with a beautiful garden.

bonsai beach house was just what we wanted. It was only a short walk to restaurants and the beach. The Christmas stars made the walk home particularly attractive. We enjoyed the variety of animals passing by. It was a great place to stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and had the best time at the property! The house is big and spacious, great place for big groups. The beach is walkable and great to visit during the morning and there is also a market closeby. Overall a great experience, 100% recommend. The orange cat was a special highlight during our stay ✨

I had a pleasant stay at Sneha Ditesh's place which is very close to the beach. The place was clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the hospitable hosts and caretaker Vitesh. Its convenient location made beach trips easy. The studio was cozy, spotlessly clean, and had great vibes. It was well-equipped with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully furnished kitchen. The internet was fast, which was a big plus. There were books and a guide to nearby tourist attractions, which added a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Ashwem Beach, with multiple restaurants nearby. Lipy, the host, went above and beyond by helping us rent a scooter and book a taxi. Thanks to this wonderful stay, our Goa trip was truly memorable!

Tanya has been an amazing host and has been up to date with whatever requirements we wanted to have and helped us out whenever we needed. Apart from that, the home was in a very serene environment and lots of greenery around which indeed kept the mood refreshed. All in all, we are really thankful for the stay! The Amber apartment was exactly as described in a perfect location with excellent restaurants and the Trinity beach within walking distance. All communication with both our hosts, Anthony and Hayden was done simply and they came back almost instantly to answer any queries that we had. There was an excellent wifi service in the apartment, with the option to connect a firestick to the tv if so desired. The apartment was lovely and clean and easy to look after, bearing in mind we stayed there for 42 nights in total. I can’t recommend the Amber apartment highly enough, to all and everyone who is looking for somewhere nice to stay in Benaulim.

A very pleasant stay all in all. Right from a convenient check in process to a clean and comfortable place to fully equipped kitchen. 600 metres from the beach and availability of all necessary things like groceries, vehicle rentals and good restaurants nearby. Madhwendra (the host) is also very responsive and helpful. It is a great place to stay for a peaceful south Goa getaway.

A lovely apartment that is easy to walk to the beach and all the restaurants. I loved the view over the coconut trees and it was peaceful and Dr Shiyad is a great host.
