Vacation rentals with a home theater in South Goa

From the moment we booked, our hosts were incredibly sweet and welcoming. The property was exactly as described in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near grocery stores, the beach, and local shops. The swimming pool was a fantastic addition, making our stay even more enjoyable. Housekeeping was prompt, and all our requests were accommodated seamlessly. There was a brief power outage due to technical work, but Sanskriti and her husband personally checked in to ensure everything was in order, which we truly appreciated. They were also very helpful with local recommendations. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay in a lovely setting. Highly recommended!

It was really a nice experience. Host Pratiksha is very much cooperative and always there to help. The aura of the house is just wow. Clean, peaceful and happy place. We felt like our own home . The surrounding was so peaceful and the location was perfect and close enough. The room was specious and the interior was luxurious. The staffs were very humble and helpful. We had a pleasant stay at Kasim’s place. Both Gunaji and Kasim were always available to assist with any questions. The space was clean, well-maintained, and decorated with plenty of indoor plants.

Just the perfect place which has great views, is clean, spacious, has all the amenities, great restaurants and beaches nearby. Any more and you’d be nitpicking

Had a lovely stay in South Goa. Sonali’s home is spotless and very spacious. She’s a very responsive host and the area is great too.

The property was super close to Fort Aguada, the beach, and a lot of great restraurants and cafes. There were 6 adults and 3 kids under the age of 5 in our trip, and each day we had a different adventure within walking distance. The host was very responsive and proactive in getting us information for check-in and things to do. We'd definitely come back the next time we were visiting Goa.

I have never seen a better host and caretaker than this, and I would give this place a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The caretaker is very kind and innocent, which made my stay even better. Throughout my time at the place, the host remained in touch, and Satish helped us rent a car, which was very affordable. Whenever I visit Goa, I will stay here, and I will also recommend this villa to my friends. This villa is very affordable. Thanks Vicky and Satish :))

The place is amazing. It has a unique beachfront location. Quiet privacy. It feels like a home and do not hesitate to ask host for local recommendations. It’s magical in person with the sound of waves and sublime views of the ocean, breathtaking beach life and an invitation to chill with family and friends. In addition to all magnificence and beauty the property was well supplied and equipped beyond our expectations.

We enjoyed our stay. It met our expectations. Host was very friendly and responsive, Sonali made sure we are comfortable and all our needs are helpful. We covered so many places of south goa. Very neat to Madgaon railway station (20 min) we attended the carnival festival suggested by the host. I went with my friends and we had a great time together, we felt like not to leave the place at all. So much comfy. Overall, good place to stay and explore Goa. Thanks Sonali.

The stay was amazing. The vibe, aura, and welcoming spirit of the hosts were great. Trust me, the food was one of the best in Goa. I went there to meet Varun but never got the chance to. I messaged him everywhere but didn't get a response. Apart from that, the community they were building is one of a kind. One should definitely visit there.

Good locality and stay. We have stayed 5 days with 15 months old kid. We have got enough support for Host Hitesh and manager Devendar. They are always available and approachable for any support.

The stay was great! Clean place, and beautiful as well. We had 3 people in the room and it was a little tight, would recommend this place for 2 people. Host was responsive and flexible. Overall 10/10 and would recommend!

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place. I am so glad that we chose to stay at Harish and Ankita's place. I spent lovely days with my family there. Their place was extremely thoughtfully and tastefully designed and very tidy and comfortable. All essential amenities were in the house. The house is also situated in a very peaceful hood, with lovely views. My mom who is very particular with cleanliness was really happy with the place! Harish and Ankita are amazing hosts who left no stone unturned to make us feel at home and I say it with all my heart. Their place is highly recommended!! Love, Tania and Supratim
