Had a good time along with my family and friends at this place... Shiny is great host and was a pleasure interactibg with her.. always there to help you with valuable insights and information.. Also, special mention of caretaker Geeta, she was very kind and humble in her work.

This place is very beautiful and clean. What you see in the pictures you get the same. This place is very close to Miramar beach, you can easily walk to the beach. The host is very responsive and a house help is also there to take care of your meals. Overall a great experience and highly recommended for everyone.

It was a pleasant stay over here.Peaceful location,beautiful society ,beach was at 5mins drive.Swimming pool was just perfect,whenever we went in the pool felt it was private pool as noone around. Host was very prompt and helpful for any kind of information asked . It was worth for the amount paid...Thanks for the lovely stay.

We had a great stay at this place. Thanks a ton to Mr. Sunil and Mr. Anil for being such great hosts. We were 8 people with a 1Year old toddler. Due to our previously booked flight schedule we reached quite earlier than the actual check-in time. Mr. Sunil were very accommodating to provide us couple of rooms before check-in time despite having other guests checking out the same day. The chef Mr. Rajesh was really good, we thoroughly enjoyed every meal he prepared. Worth every single penny spent extra on the cook. Mr. Sunil was also very kind to suggest amazing places and to-do stuffs as per our needs (having parents and a kid along with us). All of us loved each and every place. Some of the must try places by Mr. Sunil - Calamari, Fat fish, the lazy dog, Mandrem beach, palm and sands - all of these places were awesome. The villa is situated at just perfect location and accessible to many places - just 10 mins away from Calangute and Baga beaches; 20-25 mins away from Candolim, Vagator & Anjuna beach. The property is clean & beautiful. The caretaker Mr. Subrata was very helpful and available for all of our queries. Location - 4/5 Host - 5/5 Villa condition - 4/5

A great host, a great team! Mr. Sunil was so helpful and responsive, beautiful , functional villas , so well maintained by his team - a special mention to Mr. Ashish who was always a phone call away. They not only helped us out during our stay, but were also kind enough to help us out with a punctured Tyre after our checkout- which showed their hospitality. Strongly recommend.

Absolute no Brainer, don't need to think twice before booking this place if within budget. perfect for self drive car rentals as well as parking is right out front. this place is within a gated complex and has security as well. The AC works well and cools the room very fast. the bathroom has jaguar fittings - good quality. There's also choice of light in living room for hite and yellow, which is great for someone like me who doesn't like white light. The TV is spectacular as well, large screen, good quality of audio and visual. The WiFi supports non-stop streaming.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was as shown in the pictures, and it was worth every penny.

it is the best place to stay in south goa. 10/10 cleanliness, and everything else was also a perfect 10, it had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal. overall, a great experience- I would definitely stay here again!

At a walkable distance from Palolem beach, spacious place, lots of good food places nearby, right beside Palolem market. Host is very helpful and welcoming.

This place felt just like home with the colva beach at a walkable distance from the stay it was quite fun..also you sleep very well here something about the homely ambiance.. the host is very polite, considerate and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this homestay for a peaceful stay at colva
