House vacation rentals in South Goa

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this laid-back Airbnb! The location was perfect – just a 10-15 min from the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets and peaceful mornings. The house itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. A special mention goes to the pool – it was the highlight of our stay! Whether we were enjoying a morning swim or unwinding with an evening dip, it added a whole new level of relaxation to our trip. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Whether it was lounging by the pool, exploring the nearby cafes and shops, or simply soaking up the serene vibes, everything about this place made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway by the sea. We’d love to come back someday!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The check-in process was seamless, and everything was perfectly prepared to meet our requests. Being a large group, we were initially concerned about coordination, but the caretakers Gautam bhaiya, Das bhaiya and Shanu exceeded our expectations. They were always on their toes, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of at all times. It genuinely felt like a home away from home! The property itself is stunning, with a beautifully maintained pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. A major bonus is its fantastic location—just under 5 minutes from the beach. The food served was exceptional, and the fresh coconut water offered every morning was such a delightful touch. The Host was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested some amazing local spots for us to visit, which added to the overall experience. Despite being a large group with diverse preferences, everyone had only great things to say about the property and the service.

Our stay at Kites 4BHK villa with a private pool was nothing short of amazing! The relaxed vibe of the property made it so hard to leave—we honestly felt like staying forever. The villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for unwinding. The caretakers on the property were incredibly prompt and helpful, always available to assist us. Dubinsky and his team went above and beyond with their local recommendations, adding to the overall fantastic experience. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to return!

It’s one of the best places to stay in Goa… peaceful, newly constructed villa with all the amenities and private pool with excellent support staff and the property manager Mr. Manoj was soo helpful in all the ways.. there is a restaurant near by and the taste is awesome too.. This property will definitely be my option when I visit Goa again… and lastly the property matches exactly with the pics that u can see in the Airbnb site..

We had a great time and Sharvil was super responsive at all times. We in fact extended our stay from 4 days to a week! The place, the location, the neighborhood everything was just perfect and exactly what we needed since we were traveling with our dog. The whole house comes with all the amenities as listed and a fully equipped kitchen and utility. Since it’s in a gated community, it’s secluded, well maintained, organized, peaceful, private, and secure enough in a great neighborhood with great restaurants and places to explore close by. It’s a well done house and looks exactly like the pictures. Thank you for being a great host, Sharvil!

Lucy's place is one of the best place I have stayed in my recent times. It is going to be hard for the future host to provide us a place with this high standards. we were group of 6 adults and 2 kids, we stayed for 3 nights. we checked in midnight ly , Lucy was readily available on call whenever needed. she proactively checked with us for car and other things . provided us with a contact of local home chef. The place was easy for find , it's just as seen in the pictures . 20 mins from Baga beach , we were able to get great food delivered for top restaurants in swiggy, there were 2 highspeed wifi . we could not have asked for more. Thank you Lucy for making our stay a wonderful one

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

Very clean and spacious, lots of games, all amenities worked, and great communication. Only downside would be barking street dogs during the night so if you’re noise sensitive bring some ear plugs. Overall really lovely for a large group!

We had an amazing stay at this place. Apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Cleaning was done daily. Raviraj and Vishnupriya are excellent hosts and take a lot of care to make sure you have a great holiday experience. They went out of their way to arrange a bike for us and give lots of local recommendations. We have stayed in quite a few abnbs in this area and this is by far the best one.

Our stay at casa bottu(the island pool villa) was such a Happy experience! Bishnu and Raghu uncle were of great help in and around the house. They took care of all our requests with great smile. The food they cooked was so delicious, we really missed it for few days even after our vacation and the house, it’s a beautiful villa surrounded by serene nature and clean pool. Every morning you could hear so many birds as if you were in a sanctuary. Overall, the experience was truly magical, rating a perfect 5/5. This villa is the ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. I can't recommend it enough!

Our stay at Cruz's place was fantastic! The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. They were always just a message away, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We had easy access to general stores, restaurants, and shops right outside the stay, and the beach was just a short 5-minute drive away. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for a group of 8-9 people. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Pictures don't do justice to this place. This place is really huge with great bedrooms and big hall for get together. Me and team stayed there and worked for a week from there. our experience was really good. place has good internet connection and power backup as well. Seema, our host was really sweet and super helpful. She let us stay for some extra hours as our flight was late, that was really sweet of her. We had Sanjay and Ram as our caretakers and they cooked really tasty food for us and helped us with everything. overall, it was an amazing stay. Go for it and book it

The villa was located in a quiet, secluded area, yet still within easy reach of Goa's famous Calangute and candolim beaches,restaurants, and pubs..We loved exploring the local markets, trying the delicious seafood, and enjoyed the Goa vibe A must mention on ur villa was about ur maid and cook services..They were extremely humble and made the dishes we wanted, delicious and room service was also really great We went as a group of friends and felt like we were living in our own home . We can't wait to return to Goa and stay at this incredible villa again

We booked the place for 6 people for 5 days, the host was extremely responsive and proactive to assist us in times of need. All blankets were provided, along with extra towels and napkins. The property was clean, and it is easy to access, the beach is at 5 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended for a stay at a budget.

I had a great stay at this villa with a group of 12 people. The property is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The 5 rooms were tastefully decorated, hygienic, and comfortable, providing the perfect space for our group. The caretakers were extremely humble, always available, and very courteous, which added to our pleasant experience. However, I did face a bit of disappointment regarding an extra charge for a chair cushion with a minor burn mark. While the cushion was still fully operational, the fine seemed higher than expected, and the host was not flexible about it. That aside, this villa is a fantastic choice for groups of 10-14 people. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we created many wonderful memories here. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Goa.
