I felt completely at home. That should tell future guests about how nice the place is. 5 stars. The property is neat and clean. All amenities are as specified. Good house rules. It is evident that Garvit takes great care of the property. This home is for someone who wants to escape the chaos of a metropolis. It’s peaceful and tranquil. It is spacious and well set up. I loved the living space and the furniture with decor. The fact that the beach is so close is an added advantage. You can just walk up to the beach in 3 to 5 minutes. Future guests, please follow the house rules. Please do not make it difficult for the house help by being irresponsible. This is a home and treat it with respect. Garvit is a proactive and detail oriented host. Always available. There is a lot to explore from here. Different experiences. But it’s mostly for the laid back folks. If you’re a party animal, then south Goa is not the place. Special mention to Chiku. I will miss the puppy. :)

You’re guaranteed to enjoy your stay here. The pool is spacious and exceptionally clean, and all the promised amenities are provided without compromise. The host, Karan, is fantastic-very responsive and always available to address any questions or concerns. This property truly elevated our Goa trip and made it even more memorable. Lastly, a special mention to Kefi, the café right outside the property-don’t miss it if you're looking for some delicious food. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect time at La Luxo. The apartment is wonderful- what a blessing to wake up in the morning, get out of bed into a great pool with a beautiful view of a palmtree forest- paradise. The bed is super cozy and everything is extremely clean and well maintained. It’s one of the best airbnbs we ever stayed in. Especially the hosts with their big heart and caring spirit made this stay absolutely unique. We recommend everyone to book this place.

I recently stayed at Emerald Villa, and the experience was truly amazing. It’s the perfect place to bring your family for a relaxing vacation. The villa is well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for — a smart TV, excellent Wi-Fi, and even a Google Home system that made everything so convenient. The beautiful garden, accessible directly from one of the bedrooms, added so much charm to our stay. The recliner sofas were a great touch, providing a cozy, homely vibe that made us feel right at home, even while being away. The breathtaking view from the balcony was simply the cherry on top! Special thanks to our wonderful host Anya. She was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made everything easy for us. Her hospitality truly enhanced our stay. We had an incredible stay at Casa Mimi in Seraulim, South Goa. This property is a true gem, combining antique charm with modern comfort. The house is massive, with spacious rooms and a beautifully designed living area, offering plenty of space for our group of 7 to relax and unwind. The antique décor and unique artifacts gave the home so much character, making our stay feel truly special. Everything was immaculately maintained, from the clean rooms to the well-equipped washrooms. The kitchen was perfect for preparing basic meals, and we loved spending time indoors playing games and enjoying the serene ambiance. The location is fantastic—just off the main road—making it easy to access supermarkets, cafes, salons, and more. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the host, Mr. Pranav. He was incredibly responsive and attentive, always just a call away to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

The Villa what you see is what you get in real.We had a 4 days peaceful stay, It's a very nice place. Cleanliness is good and the villa is in a safe vicinity to stay. Morning breakfast was made hot and served as per our choice, the caretakers made it as per our timings. Host Nalin was very humble and allowed us early check in by 9 am. Really thankful to him for that. Only one thing the master bedroom, balcony door doesn't get locked properly, that can be repaired. Safety wise there was no concern, and we were stress free. Thanks to Nalin (Host), Maan Singh (Care taker) and two other Ma'ams who prepared us breakfast all days. Thanks you all!! Best wishes!!
