House vacation rentals in South Carolina

This was the perfect nest for us as we attended the Charleston WTA tournament. The quiet neighborhood of Avondale offers wonderful restaurants, shops and our favorite coffee place, Highfalutin. We loved the comfy decor, high end bedding and the endless accouterments in the kitchen and bathrooms. The star of the show was the awesome screened porch where we spent mornings with our tea, coffee and breakfast. Ingrid the host was the best with her check ins and great communication. We loved our week here!

It was definitely in a sketchy area but when we arrived to the particular neighborhood it was a cool spot with lots of personality.

Donna and Jody’s family beach home was the perfect spot for our family to stay the weekend my daughter was married at Litchfield CC. Their home was comfortable and inviting! We all loved spending time on the front porch enjoying the sea breezes. Donna was so responsive, kind and accommodating. Just a great home with a great feel!

An awesome place to stay whether you’re traveling by yourself or with the fam bam. The most stocked Airbnb house I ever stayed at. Every detail makes it very welcoming and comfortable. Minutes from the freeway, Crackle Barrel, and a gas station. Will definitely book again in the future.

This was our second stay here and it was great just like the first time. The house is very clean and just as listed. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood and we like the fenced in area for our dogs. We will be back when in the area!

The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend this place due to the location to everything to do in Charleston and access to beaches, restaurants and shopping.

We loved staying here, it felt like a home away from home. Short walk to the beach / ocean. Accessible to stores and restaurants. Host was wonderful. Highly recommended and would come back again! Thanks for having us.

Stayed for 4 nights with our dog and two cats. Home was perfect for our needs. While not in an area with a lot of entertainment or many restaurants, it is in close proximity to areas with lots of these things. House is clean and cozy. Julia is a great host - not intrusive but very responsive, and very flexible. Stay was worth every penny we paid! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a pet friendly place to stay!

Great place, great host. Franks concern for everything really shows in his unit. Even putting up some Christmas lights outside before our arrival. Great walkable area. And 4 places close by - Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Island Provisions and D'Allesandro's. Great food all at different levels. And 1 street over from King St so close enough to walk but far enough away that you don’t get the craziness. So - perfect spot. You’ll enjoy Franks place.

Cindy’s home is absolutely stunning and situated near the beach, which is where we spent the majority of our trip! We had two families and four teenagers, and we had an extra bedroom available and ample bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Cindy had everything you could want for the beach, including plenty of large beach towels, more sand toys than you can imagine, boogie boards, tons of beach chairs, an umbrella, beach mat and so much more! We even added a couple of nice shovels to the mix- don’t worry about bringing or purchasing any thing more! She’s got a wagon to haul things to the beach as well as a large cooler. Being March with cooler weather, we paid the extra fee to warm the pool and we’re glad we did. Our primary recommendation, if you are able, is to bring mattress toppers, as the king sized bed we slept in was VERY firm (which some prefer, but we struggled with). The other couple with us felt the same with their queen bed. The kids didn’t have any problems sleeping ;)

Beautiful and clean home with all of the amenities we would have needed, including a beautiful pool. Host was responsive and made for a lovely stay!

Jayne’s home was fantastic. It was spacious, inviting, and had all of the amenities you could ask for. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the very cold weather, the pool looked absolutely incredible and would be perfect on a warmer day. The location of the home was also very close to the beach. I could not imagine a more relaxing environment in which to spend time in Kiawah. I hope to return in the future!

This place was perfect for our needs! The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as described and super clean and well stocked! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were the nicest sheets to sleep on!. Overall extremely satisfied with our experience.

Clean, plenty of entertainment, minimal cleaning request for check out. The house is stunning and so is the view of the lake. It is BEAUTIFUL. I would absolutely stay here again.

Dan’s place was great- gorgeous pool, amazing setup, clean, close to downtown, wonderful amenities, etc. I would love to stay here again - highly recommend!

Rebecca's place was exactly as described and fit our short get away from the snow weekend. very close to several great seafood options. Rebecca was proactive and provided extra clear directions for check in and check out and was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Before we arrived Charles had already contacted me, and sent all of the details. The house was real nice and clean upon arrival. My family will be returning in the future.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable accommodations; most of all, very walkable, everything is only a block away. For sure would stay here again.

We had an amazing week with our three adult kids and their significant others! The home was beautiful! Comfy, clean, crisp ... everything we had hoped for and more! We were able to relax (plenty of comfortable space) and come together and enjoy our time together making meals, playing games, and watching movies. The location was excellent. Close to beach and town, yet quiet and private nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Many memories were made with the family. We have already passed along our experince to interested friends and hope to have our family return again in the future.

Great place to stay. Location is close to folly beach, close to Charleston and Mount pleasant, and James island was cute too. House was clean and nice. Would stay here again.

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

We loved staying here. It was a last minute booking and we were desperate to find a place because of a prior booking falling through. We felt right at home right away. It’s walking distance to a delicious coffee shop/cafe & Spanish Moss Trail. We will definitely be recommending to visiting family members in the future!!
