Amazing, beautiful, peaceful ……we have already booked another stay here for my birthday! The glassed in patio room overlooking the pond was my favorite place to be, the bird feeders attached to the windows were a constant form of entertainment with birds just inches away. This gem is surely a little piece of heaven. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating, if you forget to pack something, don’t worry….Lesa has already thought of it!!

We spent five nights at Harbor River Cottage, and it's even more charming than the photos! The cottage provides the perfect Lowcountry experience, with beautiful furnishings and artwork and a peaceful location with gorgeous views of the marsh. The sofa and bed are wonderfully comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the screened porch is delightful. We loved watching egrets flying over the marsh and enjoyed the songbirds every morning from the screened porch. It's a birder's paradise! Sue and Jerry greeted us warmly when we arrived and thoughtfully supplied us with tasty breakfast items, fresh flowers, and Duraflame logs for the fireplace. We were lucky to meet their adorable dog Gus, too. :-)) We've stayed several times in the area, and loved this location for the proximity to Hunting Beach and the easy drive to Port Royal and Beaufort. Our only regret is that didn't take advantage of the fire pit and hammock by the marsh. Next time!

My mom, nine year old son, and myself had a fabulous short stay at this property! Accommodations were impeccably clean, cozy, and all of us felt like we were right at home. Everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed. I even forgot my toothpaste and Michael offered to bring me a tube! The scenery , dock, and sounds of nature were the highlight of our stay! Would love to return in the future!

This place is absolutely fantastic and adorable, especially if you are bringing your pups! Tried to book again for next year, but it was already booked! Definitely a hot commodity!!!

Elizabeth is a delight, and it's a lovely little cottage right near downtown Aiken. We walked out most evenings to a local restaurant. And she is such a thoughtful host, with a well equipped kitchen, snacks for us (and our pooch), and a charming place to stay. We'll be back and stay again.

we had another great stay at Wanda's place! It was very quiet and peaceful, with lots of space for the dogs to sniff around outside.

We loved our stay! The cottage was perfect for my husband and me - charming, comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again when we visit Charleston in the future!

Michael and Kathryn's place was a perfect little place for our 4 day trip to North Mrytle Beach. it was very comfortable and worked great for us, our two boys and 2 little dogs. We stayed in the upstairs unit and had a nice, private wooded/shaded driveway all to ourselves. We only had 1 car so we didn't utilize it fully but you could easily fit 3-4 cars there. Everything was clean and comfortable - Beds, Furniture, etc. We loved the front porch, included laundry machines and the Adirondack slider/rocker chairs on the porch. The beach is just across the street and very convenient location. We can't wait to visit again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach. Thank you Michael and Kathryn for opening your home to us!

It was so much fun to stay in a tiny house. It was quiet and restful, easy and efficient.

Host was very good at providing information to us prior to check in. Place was clean and accommodating. Very convenient for events near Green Pond landing. The covered boat storage is an amazing plus for fisherman!

If you want a "happy place" to stay. This is it! Great location, beautiful scenery and super clean. I will definitely be back. I LOVED my stay!

This was our second time staying at this property and we’re already looking to book our third. It truly is a small piece of paradise and an absolutely incredible place to stay with young children and pets as well. As a full time working Mom + the ultimate planner/house manager of ALL THE THINGS, this has been one of the few vacations I’ve ever been able to personally relax. Hours and hours of free/unstructured/unplanned/joy filled play for the kids just makes my heart so happy. And though there are acres of space to roam, I felt completely safe letting the kids just wander and have fun on their own because of the location and privacy. 10 out of 10 recommend just packing some clothes, buying a few groceries, and showing up. Bring a fishing pole if you can too ;) You won’t regret it!

Came for a spring break trip with my friends. The place was amazing! Super peaceful and private, right on the water with gorgeous views. The house was super clean and cozy, and we loved having paddle boards, canoes, and kayaks to use. It was the perfect spot to just chill and enjoy nature. Whether we were out on the lake or just hanging out on the balcony or dock, it was such a relaxing getaway. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, scenic place to unwind!”

Nice cabin with great scenery.

This was the perfect nest for us as we attended the Charleston WTA tournament. The quiet neighborhood of Avondale offers wonderful restaurants, shops and our favorite coffee place, Highfalutin. We loved the comfy decor, high end bedding and the endless accouterments in the kitchen and bathrooms. The star of the show was the awesome screened porch where we spent mornings with our tea, coffee and breakfast. Ingrid the host was the best with her check ins and great communication. We loved our week here!

Amazing crown jewel in north Myrtle. Beautiful lay out, everything brand new, pool amazing, hot tub great, super awesome to be able to have a golf cart to drive to the beach just 5 blocks away. Owner very responsive. My only one knock is the water heater struggled to fill up the upstairs gorgeous jacuzzi tub without going cold, but I would easily give this a 999 out of 1000, must try for a family, and extremely pet friendly as well!

It was definitely in a sketchy area but when we arrived to the particular neighborhood it was a cool spot with lots of personality.

An awesome place to stay whether you’re traveling by yourself or with the fam bam. The most stocked Airbnb house I ever stayed at. Every detail makes it very welcoming and comfortable. Minutes from the freeway, Crackle Barrel, and a gas station. Will definitely book again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here. Check in was easy, the home was beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Rebecca and Brad’s home the last 2 weeks of March. We drove from Central New York to Mount Pleasant with our Jack Russell Terrier. The rental was perfect for us. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. We took daily walks around the neighborhood looking at all of the beautiful, giant oak trees. The rental was in a great location. We walked and road bikes most of the time. Shem Creek was a lot of fun, especially when the weather warmed up. Downtown Charleston was only a short car ride from the rental. Rebecca and Brad had left a bottle of wine, a bag of coffee and a delicious chocolate cake for us upon on arrival. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I can’t say enough about the location. It was close to everything!

Folly Beach is now top on our list of places to go. We loved everything about it! The home was cozy, cute, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need plus more! Cannot say enough about this property and Folly Beach in general. We fell in love! I would highly recommend staying here!
