Fabulous house in a fabulous location! This house was perfect! Super clean, comfortable beds, great amenities through out the house. It had everything we could have wanted/needed. The location can’t be beat. It was a very short and easy drive to both downtown for shopping and restaurants and also super easy to get to Folly Beach. We especially loved the fully fenced in yard for our dogs. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which was very welcoming after a day of being downtown with the crowds! There is a greenway right by the house which was perfect for morning runs and walking the dogs. We went with our college age girls for an after Christmas trip and they both said they wanted to come back to this house again! Highly recommended!

The space was clean and cozy. My family traveled across the country to see my brother’s Marine graduation and we couldn’t have been more happy and comfortable in Tabatha’s home. Would stay there again.

This place was so good! It has a clean pool and hot tub. Everything was there like your own home. Very clean and the host was very clear and fast replied. The host was also very nice. They have towels and all beach stuff you need. They also had a lot of board games and it was close to the beach! They had a family size golf cart to drive to the ice cream shop and a lot more!! I highly recommend and it may be expensive but you will see why.

It was definitely in a sketchy area but when we arrived to the particular neighborhood it was a cool spot with lots of personality.

Fantastic place to stay with kids/family and easy access to the highway. I've never seen a place so well stocked with amenities. My kids loved the toys, the outdoor swing and backyard, and the snacks. I highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay. The home was perfect for our needs. The beds are SO comfortable and we all slept great. Comfortable, spacious, and lots of thoughtful extras!! Would definitely stay there again.

Very kind! Super responsive and accommodating. The beds were AMAZING. It’s rare that I go somewhere that I love as much as my own home. I was going to book on the way back, but Friday was taken.

My family was in town visiting relatives for the holidays. This home was comfortable, close to everyone we wanted to spend time with, yet gave us a nice place to make our own for the week. It was clean and neat, and we felt welcome ane comfortable even with young children and a baby. Having a highchair and toys provided at the home was very convenient. The only thing we found a little unusual was the lack of a coffee maker, but there were dishes and cookware for everything else. Great stay!

This spot just a few minutes off I95 was perfect. It was easy to find, in a nice safe neighborhood with a resort type feel. Our two dogs loved the property as well…so much they didn’t want to come inside the guest house for at least an hour. The guest house was clean and very cozy. Bed and linens were great and we slept very well. Wish we could stay longer. Also we had easy check in and check out and constant contact with any concerns. We will be back for sure on our next road trip to and from Florida.

We absolutely loved the location! We could walk to restaurants or get a quick Uber to the heart of King Street. The unit is very clean and had everything we needed. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear the guests above you pretty easily, but there were sound machines in all the bedrooms that helped cancel out the noise. I would definitely stay here again!

My family of 7 (plus 4 dogs) fit perfectly in this home. We all had our own bathrooms, which is always a plus. The house was very clean and comfortable. We walked to the ocean daily. The location is centrally located to all things you could possibly want to do. Murrell’s Inlet marsh walk is a great place to check out. Only a few mins away.

Very clean and safe neighborhood. Security was real nice to talk to and helpful with questions. Home was quiet and clean. Plenty of extra blankets if needed. Fence was definitely necessary for our little fur babies. Plenty of hot water for showers. The beach access was my favorite! Pleasant for sure! Returning will definitely be an option as Bobby or Angelina were always a text or phone call away. Thank you again.

Great location! Very convenient to Furman, TR and downtown Greenville. The house was clean, well stocked and exactly as described. Geoff was super responsive. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Blue Sky Villa! It was immaculately clean on arrival and is well appointed with very comfortable furniture. The villa was better than advertised and we particularly enjoyed the deck out back. It is also in a great location in Hilton Head in a very walkable and private community. The hosts are incredible: very responsive and were very accommodating to our change in travel plans. We couldn't imagine a better place to spend our weekend in Hilton Head and hope to be back again soon!

Jesse’s place was awesome. Communication was quick and excellent. Easy access to home. Kitchen is large as we were able to do a Holiday meal for 20 people. We will return when visiting family in the area. I would recommend.

Martins place was great, clean and welcoming, and check in was easy, all was as described, he was very responsive whenever we had questions and super accommodating! The trails around their property were also great for our dog, we will definitely be back! Thank you thank you!

This is our third visit to this location, and this time we are here for an extended stay due to the damage caused by Hurricane Helene that prevents us from returning home. Ryan and his team consistently exceed expectations during each stay. I highly recommend any of their properties if you're planning to visit Folly Beach. They truly are the best.

We had the a wonderful time in HHI staying at Mike’s place! Mike is very communicative, helpful, and accommodating to what his renters need. The place is very clean and exactly like the description… Pictures don’t do it justice! Very spacious and comfortable. Super short walk to the beach, which is private, we loved that! Would absolutely rent again!

The place was awesome. It was clean & in a great location. Communication was great & she made us feel right at home. No complaints at all. Would recommend. We look forward to staying again soon.

The Downtown Cozy Carriage house was absolutely perfect for the two of us. It was very easy to find, it was within walking distance to many of the things that we wanted to do and to the restaurants we wanted to experience, it was so wonderfully comfortable, and was thoughtfully stocked. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

First time to Charleston and was a great location to explore the city. Close enough but not right in the middle of everything. Place was well stocked and overall cozy. They even had a Christmas tree and decorations. Backyard was great for the dog. Overall, great place to stay.
