Hostel vacation rentals in South Carolina

We stayed in the Kenya room. There were three of us and one of us had to sleep on the futon. We chose this room because our friend is tall and the picture shows a futon that doesn't have sides, but in reality the futon has sides - so our friend had to crouch down to fit. Also, we only got two towels instead of three. Despite that our experience was good. The porch is beautiful and the accommodation is very close to the center. The host is kind and allowed us to leave the car in his parking lot after check-out.

Really nice location and unit for the price. The host really thought of everything! She even offered to let us use the kitchen/common area past the checkout time if we needed it. It was close to downtown, but still felt safe in the neighborhood. They had everything you need!

Great stay. Clean, easy, and priced well. Checkin and checkout were a breeze and the included free parking was a huge plus. Everything nearby within a couple minutes walk. Would stay again.

We recently stayed here. The accommodations were very nice, and we loved that it was just a short walk away from downtown, making it convenient to explore the area. Everything was clean, and instructions on where everything was added to our overall comfort and enjoyment. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a night or weekend getaway in the heart of the city. We can't wait to visit again!

Great Hostel!! Awesome location too it's right in town and we could walk to the places we wanted to go in Charleston. I really appreciated the easy check-in/check-out process. Definitely would stay again if we come back to Charleston.

Very nice place - feels like a home. Comfortable bed with all the amenities. I also enjoyed the fact that we're minutes away from the very vibrant King's Street with the best restaurants and bar. It's also easy to access all the attractions from here - no more than 30 minutes by foot, or even faster by bus. I will definitely come back to this property if I am every back in Charleston. I will even consider booking the whole place out if I'm around with my family!

Notso Hostel provided the perfect place to park my car, shower, wash my dishes, and sleep. I had a great two-day trip and overnight stay due to this accommodation. I started at Mepkin Abbey with the labyrinth, meditation and walk of the gardens. Then checked in and began my walk of downtown in which I spotted a mother dolphin and calf from the Arthur Ravenel bridge, ate dinner at Mezcla, the Peruvian inspired sashimi is awesome, after which I showered and walked to an incredible Spyro Gyra concert at Charleston Music Hall. After a great night of sleep with the provided earplugs to get to sleep, I drove to Garris Landing to take the Bull Island Ferry for a beautiful day on the natural barrier island.

This hostel was quaint and exactly as described. The walls were thin and we could here the construction next to the hostel, however earbuds and white noise machines were provided. The communal bathroom and kitchen were clean, as was the room. The area is walkable and I felt safe as a younger woman. The host is great at responding.

The accommodation was exactly as described. In the room, there was a folder with instructions on things to do, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. The bedding was new, and the neighbors in the other rooms were pleasant. The kitchen and bathrooms had also been recently renovated, making the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great experience!
