I got in late so I didn't actually get to meet the host, but she was super warm and accommodating by phone and set me up with everything I needed to settle in for a couple nights. I even got a room to myself because they wanted me to feel comfortable and safe because the rest of the people staying there were men. There aren't many provisions around the neighborhood, so bring everything you need. There was a helpful dollar store a block away which provided me with three days worth of tuna and banana chips, so I was good to go. The locals are kind of scary from afar but when you talk to them they are quite kind and have great stories to share.

Great place. Very reasonable rates. Homemade bake goods for complementary breakfast a nice touch. Easy access to mountain, and beautiful to walk in the area.

This was an awesome deal. Great stay for the money, right in the heart of downtown Elkins in walking distance to lots of food and fun. The dice was Private, relaxing and peaceful. The only issue was that it was super hot in the room and space, but I would definitely stay here again.

Notso Hostel was a lovely landing pad for my time in Charleston! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the host was very friendly and responsive. Despite there being several rooms in the house, it was very quiet and calm. One of the major selling points was the hostel’s proximity to King Street—I was able to walk everywhere around downtown! If you are looking for a cozy, historic, cost-effective option for your trip to Charleston, I strongly recommend Notso Hostel! :)

Staying at the lodge is an experience of Clarkdale's character, and history. Daniel keeps that "feel" alive at the lodge. My favorite place to stay when I'm on jobs. As a former local, I appreciate the preservation, and stay.

Perfect location. Just hard to find a parking spot. Everything else is great.

I have made multiple stays at this establishment. The staff was accommodating when the red room was unavailable, allowing me to occupy the blue room. Their consistent exceptional service is commendable.

Treasure State Hostel was a cozy and nice little stop that I needed while traveling. They were also very accommodating with my pupper that I was traveling with.

A great place to stay ! Right in the heart of San Diego ! Within walking distance of lots of restaurants & bars & Petco Park. The hostel has activities listed to do. Clean & respectful. Very affordable. Would definitely stay there again !

Great hostel! Has everything that you need and the location is great. The front desks people were so kind. Would come back.

Great place. Would have liked warmer blankets for the night, as I tend to run cold. The amenities were clean and they even have a sauna. The bed and shutters felt really private, and there were nice showers available. Very pleasant common area, as well. I had a hard time initially finding staff to check in with and let me into the building because I was a very last minute booking. Once there was someone on the scene, they were very helpful.

Great accommodations for the price. Small room but worked well for an extended stay while traveling for work!

I stayed for a month to get away from busy life to relax. Dave’s place was a home away from home. Absolutely perfect. Big space with a full kitchen and several bathrooms. The local area is quiet with Littleton NH down the road plenty of great restaurants and shopping. I went on walks around town and the local pub has really good pizza. Gas station right across the street and local grocery store were very convenient. Everything you need is right in town. Dave was a great character and very respectful. Had fun conversations and he always checked up if I needed anything. He kept the place very tidy and was attentive to the guests needs. I highly recommend his hostel for anyone that needs a comfortable place to rest. I really needed this get away and finally was able to relax. Thanks for everything Dave!
