We loved our week long stay at Xavier's place. The condo was beautiful and comfortable and our hosts always responded promptly to our questions and requests. The beds were extremely comfortable! We also enjoyed the beautiful pools and delicious drinks from the pool bar. Across the street there is a great little shop to get coffee and pastry as well as a yummy gelato place! Easy walk to 5th avenue and the beach. Definitely recommend!

We loved it very much. Very convenient location. Great condo with everything you need. Ver safe, did not have any issues. We were busy everyday so we did not use the roof top amenities, but I am sure it is great. Well maintained building. Will recommend to any family Cheers

Asaf was an amazing communicator from the get-go. His 3 bedroom condo is just beautiful, sits in a corner on the second floor( elevator close by) and has a lovely view from the covered terrace. The private gated community of Playacar embraces one from the minute we arrived. Where the AWA condos are not on the beach, the walk is about 15 to 30 minutes through an archeological reserve and was very easy for us 75 year olds. Strollers will not make it through the reserve, nor will bikes which are parked just outside the entry through the wooded reserve. This would be the ONLY downside of staying in a condo vs an all inclusive beach resort for twice the money. AWA has the most spectacular pool I’ve ever seen, with various parts to it. Hot tub and jacuzzis (2), fountains, wading pools and swimming areas. The kid’s room is great. Air-conditioned with lots of toys to entertain the kids. The apartment is large enough for our family of five-3 bedrooms and bath, living room/ kitchen,terrace

Angelica truly outdid herself as a host. She puts so much thought and care into making sure her guests feel comfortable. She responded to any of my messages within minutes, and gave us so much great advice and recommendations. Her place made for a lovely stay in Puerto Aventuras.

This was one of the most unique Airbnb's I've stayed in, for sure! There was a nice quiet private pool for the unit, and on the roof is a massive pool and hot tub for the whole building, with a stunning view of the town and the ocean. The location was also incredibly convenient, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. A block west and you are on the Quinta Avenida, a few blocks to the east and you will be at the beach. There are also countless stores like 7-Elevens nearby in case you ever need anything. The staff members inside the building were some of the nicest people ever too! Just note that guests must wear a wristband throughout the duration of their stay. The shower and the bathroom were also a bit narrow, but manageable if you are steady. Overall, it was a great time.

The Oscar's place is very friendly and relaxing. We wanted to visit the surroundings of Playa del Carmen and this is the perfect location because far from the hustle and bustle. We loved spending time on its terrace, the mattresses are very comfortable, the shower has a nice pressure and the water is very hot, perfect. The pool is beautiful, as our host describes us. Oscar was very attentive and caring, we will recommend without hesitation to the next guests. Thank you Oscar.

Great apartment in Playa del Carmen. Near the fifth avenue on foot, it has parking and has ample space. Building with concierge. Comfortable beds. We only had a little unforeseen with the hot water that didn't heat up. But great service of León, always helpful.

We had a great stay at Rose’s place. The condo and amenities were great and the pool area is fantastic. Rose is a wonderful host that goes out of her way to help with everything. She is very responsive and gets back to you right away if you have any questions or concerns. A true superhost.

Highly recommended. Right on 5th Avenue and Deena has made a great effort to organize a parking spot in the underground parking for a day for free. The room was very well maintained and great decor (great soft sheets and towels). We booked spontaneously the same day and we got a message right away. Everything worked wonderfully.

Perfect place for everything you need in Playa Del Carmen ; Spent 7 days and this place is exactly the accommodation needed. Host was a pleasure & was communicative. Place was clean and neat and had all the things we needed it to have (Fridge, Toaster, Sink, Coffee Maker, TV) -- Balcony was amazing to use and relax on. Has air conditioning. HAS HAIR DRYER for the ladies. Supplies a range of towels (4) -- If you're reading this, just click book, it's worth. Click the days you need and click BOOK NOW. 9.75 out of 10 -- the .25 is the shower water pressure was lacking, but I am a spoiled 1st world country person with an amazing shower, this was definitely good enough haha

Super recommended!!!. The area is beautiful, quiet and very safe. It has a double security guard, one at the general entrance and one at the entrance of the private one. With its very full sports club! We went as a family and rent a car (fundamental). The location was very comfortable for us and we were able to get to know the whole area. The house is as shown in the pictures and in the description. Very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need to have a good time and feel at home. Alonso is an excellent host. Very friendly and always attentive to needs and doubts. Really very satisfied and grateful. We hope to be able to return in another time.

Juan’s Casa Manolo was wonderful. Located in a gated community with security 24/7. The town house was well equipped appliances were first rate. The beds and showers were great. Playa del Carmen just a short drive away. The host Juan was great if we had a question or needs he was very responsive. Would rent this townhouse again.

Angela's place is magnificent, because it is a very well-kept house in details, very clean, you really feel at home, the decor is very nice and you feel very comfortable. I am fascinated by the location because it is very close to xcaret, xplore, and other parks, there are shopping malls and supers relatively close. There is pool in the private, it is safe. Angela is very ready for your needs.

Perfect stay in this Condo halfway between Cancun and Tulum. Great for discovering the region. Responsive, accommodating host. Well-equipped residence: pool, children's games, gym. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Recommended ++

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
