Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

Inside a gated high-rise condo building, with many amenities like a great gym and an indoor swimming pool. Underground parking. On a high floor with a great city view. Safe and walkable neighborhood, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean and modern. Close to best areas of Mexico City such as Polanco, Roma, and Condesa. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

I dealt specifically with Miriam, and she was ABSOLUTELY delightful! The condo was amazing and the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Mexico. We ran into one slight issue accessing the ammenies (pool) but that was due to a miscommunication with staff. Miriam however was able to resolve the issue in no time at all! She was responsive, kind and did a great deal in making us feel welcome. 10/10 would reccomend.

It's a chill place. Close to everything in Punta and pretty quiet, I was able to rest well. The owner is friendly and helpful. Some stuff like shampoo/shower gel was missing but since I had my own it was not a problem for me.

Nice place. Clean and felt very safe. Close to main attractions in Condesa and Roma. The pool was a really nice thing to have. We were there on a couple of hot days - two of the bedrooms had fans only so it got a bit hot. But overall a great experience.

The view was really nice. Place was nice, had all the amenities. Definitely would come back.

I have stayed in the Paloma many times over the last 20 years, often booking through air BnB. Robert’s place was definitely one of my favorites. Clean and accurately described. Robert made it easy to communicate and gave perfect check in instructions. Will definitely book again

The area very private I highly recommend this place 🙌 Restaurants and activities to do are Based on your budget, love it , My BD weekend was great the host got us balloons and a bottle of wine 🍾🎈🎊 , for that Thank you so much 🙏🏽 . We will be coming back soon 🤠 The restaurant across the street is great breakfast and brunch. Maple’s check it out guys. You will not regret it., Also check this place for Tacos yaki downtown Rosarito. Amazing tacos was the best tacos in town hands-down fresh tortillas. Great Carne Asada guys unbelievable prices as well.🤠

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and luxurious, modern decor. The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets while listening to the waves. The building itself was secure, well-maintained, and had fantastic amenities, including a gorgeous pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean. The location was ideal—just minutes from amazing restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway in Rosarito, this is it! Highly recommend!

The place is unbeatable. Heated pool, the apartment is nice and comfortable. Everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Yessica was very attentive and answered any questions immediately.

I can not say enough about how perfect this rental was accompanied by perfect communication and attentiveness of the hosts. The condo and view are incredible, plus the amenities paired with the outstanding hosts! You can not go wrong here and I will be back!

We were very comfortable, everything was very good since we arrived, the house was super clean, all things in good condition, we took our pet and could be without any problem, it is a very comfortable house to spend time with family or friends and it meets everything advertised. Rays place is a great place for a couple get away to relax and unwind the pictures in the photo matches the description of the place. the upstairs rooftop is amazing and well decorated, the jacuzzi and sauna was very relaxing we will definitely come back my wife loved the place so much. The space was properly utilized thanks for hosting us Ray!

The house looks exactly like the photos, and the amenities & location are even better than you think! The neighborhood is easy to find, feels very safe, and is on a gorgeous scenic coastline. The house is spacious, furniture is very comfortable, and kitchen has utensils, pots & pans, seasoning, and coffee. The electronic bidets/heated toilet seats in all the bathrooms were a nice bonus. The master bathroom shower was especially luxurious. Board games, hot tub, lawn games & trampoline were perfect for our family. Note: there are very few restaurants & no grocery stores in the neighborhood, but Rosarito has shops 20 minutes' drive south. I highly recommend you visit Popotla fishing village by Rosarito and get some fresh-caught seafood to cook up at the house. We loved it here!

That fractionation has an impressive magic, the design of the buildings and its small imitation of downtown San Miguel de Allende makes it unique, access to gym and Oxxo on the corner help to have everything nearby, the only fly in the rice is the Sr that cleans the pool is very rude. We couldn't use it throughout the stay. But the host is not to blame. The property is very well equipped and spacious, the terraces thereof are very welcoming and helpful, I recommend it to 100

The complex is a little far from the center, however it is beautiful. The apartment is spacious, has several bathrooms, the beds are very comfortable and it is very well equipped, I would come back a thousand times, I wish all the accommodations were like this

Thank you for hosting! Great location very safe and quiet. Nice for 3-4 people max though it would get tight for more. Hot tub is a great addition.
