Sebastian and his family are some of the best people ever. Genuinely always trying to make us feel at home and making sure we have everything we could need and more! It is a little ways away from PDC (10-15min drive). But if you want to walk into your own jungle oasis where monkeys will come and say hi in the morning then this is the place. One of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed and will definitely be coming back!

The house is nice, just like the photos, comfortable, clean and with the mentioned amenities, it already has neighbors in the back and only separate a mesh, still.. everything is fine! when washing the house they offer you to wash vehicles with them, avoid the waste of time and do not rent them, they are old vehicles, with many deficiencies, not suitable to go on the road SAFE. Fortunately Rodrigo that was who I headed with, we reached a good agreement and I almost returned the total of what I had deposited to set it apart.

It was perfectly located. Close to everything we wanted. The space was comfortable and clean. We loved the pool area. We loved everything about it. The communication was super quick and responsive. They helped us book airport transportation. A+++

Casa Chanty was a wonderful villa, right on a beach in a quiet, secluded community. It had everything we needed and Alberto was very helpful and always there when we needed something. The host, Cristina provided all information we needed, plus recommendations on supermarkets, restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Chanty. Highly recommended, if you want a quiet vacation away from hustle and bustle of Cancun or Playa del Carmen.

What an amazing stay! Glenn was very attentive to our needs and responded promptly for any question we had. The space was beautiful, clean, and well tended to daily. There was no need to rent a car, literally everywhere we wanted to go was a few minutes away. I would absolutely recommend!

I’ve stayed at airbnbs all over the world. I manage myself quite a few airbnbs but I will say this was one of the best well maintained homes I have ever stayed at. Aside from the cleanliness and location the place was just really cool. They had a very modern contemporary / high end design. The flooring really nice, all smart LEDs around the home activated by Alexa by saying “home on” and all these neons turn on. It’s really cool. Second I walked in I extended 😅 then on top of that I open the fridge and this guy left a full fridge of beers, drinks, chips, and more. I go to the bathroom tooth brushes, tooth paste, listerine I have never seen a place this amenity packed in my life lol I’m going to take a page out of his book on how to manage my own homes 😅 felt so welcoming so warm such great details in each area. The owner turn the home over himself and just was the nicest person. I will keep this one saved for the future Mr Gilles has my business. Thank you very much for having me.

Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

The apartment is very clean and pleasant, with a beautiful view, it is a very quiet place, the pools are very clean and beautiful .. we would definitely come back
