Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Recommended place, the facilities are very nice and in good condition and most importantly everything is very clean. It's close to downtown and close to the spot there are several places to eat.

1br with small bathroom, living area and kitchenette. looks out onto the interior courtyard. very clean. the building has a family pool in the interior courtyard and a rooftop pool, the latter only for adults. great location, far enough away from quinta avenida but walking distance to many restaurants. 20 minutes walk to the main ADO terminal

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment, very clean and modern, with all amenities needed for our 2 week stay. Also downstairs reception was super helpful for stuff like booking taxis, buying water and receiving our delayed baggage while we were out.

We had a lovely 3-week stay at Miguel's place. The home is in a great central location and well-equipped with a super comfortable king bed. Included once a week is a change of bedding and towel service and water delivery can be arranged. One thing we found to be fabulous is the high speed overhead fans that very quickly cool things down on a hot day! Our host, Miguel, was always very communicative and gracious with answering any requests we had and Claudia and the other on-site team are very kind and helpful. Please note that the apartment is above a restaurant that features live music in the evenings but it usually ends around 11pm so it's peaceful overnight.

This studio apartment is wonderful. Very spacious and well-designed. The area is tranquil even though it is only half a block away from 5th Avenue with plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities. The kitchen is well-supplied with everything you need for an extended stay. The balcony is a nice place to have your morning coffee as the sun comes up. The apartment is on the second floor and the large windows face west so it stays cool throughout the day with little need for AC. If you want a quiet place to stay that is within walking distance from all the activity this is it.

Alejandro’s place was truly exceptional. Very clean and modern yet still comfortable. It felt very secure with a 24/7 reception. The spot was extremely convenient with lots of places to eat nearby. The pool was really lovely to top it all off.

We had a lovely time staying at Gaston’s condo! It’s within walking distance to everything needed. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is super comfortable and the quiet atmosphere is super complete and has everything you need, we felt at home, it is very easy to enter the subdivision, there are self-service shops and squares with supermarkets very close by, as is the beach 10 minutes by car, total excellent location. Super attentive host. We had a very nice time.

Excellent spot and Close to everything, including the best grocery store on the same block (Chedraui). The pool area is directly up one flight of stairs. The gym is ok and small. There is a brand new gym right outside the building that I went to and it has everything. The hosts were very communicative and got back to me within the hour. I would definitely stay here again. About the fan, yes it's a bit noisy when you're outside on the patio, but I could not hear it from inside. It's not as big of a deal is some of the others who have left reviews, make it.
