We had a fabulous stay! All the bedrooms were comfortable and the location was fantastic. Loved being able to hear the waves from our bed.

We had a nice stay at Cantera’s place. Pros: The rooftop pool was great. Location was perfect as the place was close to the beach and just around the corner from 5th Ave. Cons: Did not receive check in instructions until just before we arrived. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the floors seemed a bit dirty. Overall, a good place to stay due to the location and beautiful rooftop pool.

This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

One of the best AirBnB's I've ever stayed! The space was perfect with all kinds of storage for your clothes and toiletries, etc. Beautiful pool and grounds. Plenty of amenities and thoughtful things like fresh ice and a handy water dispenser,plenty of towels. Hot shower, comfy bed. When the TV didn't work, Lori went and got a Roku and then installed it. When the A/c was dripping, she had it fixed within hours. IT's close to the MOney Bar (great snorkeling and food). When we left, Lori gave us a ride to the ferry! The only downside for us was that we didn't have a car so we rode bikes or walked everywhere and had to travel the highway. It's fine if you have a car, scooter or pay for taxis all the time. But Lori was a great co-host!!!!

I had a beautyful stay at this place that feels like a little jungle oasis. It was wonderful spending time at the rooftop, watch the sunrise or the stars at night, with all the green nature. Citlali is an amazing woman and host, i felt at home right away. She was responsive troughout my stay and i saw her every morning in the garden with the dogs. The Studio has everything you need. Close to the blue flaged pretty beach of Esmeralda.I felt like i made new friends during my stay of 10 days. I always felt save and welcomed. I loved spending time with her, the dogs and the cats. Hope to be back, it was an outstanding stay. I would highly recommend it. Muchas gracias Citlali Hasta luego ❤️

The place was great! Rachel was very helpful and made the check-in so easy. Kids had a blast in the great pool.

Everything was Perfect.

The house is spotless, just as seen in the photos. The common areas of the club house, gym and pool also incredible. There are constructions around the house being a new development, but nothing that would interfere with our stay. Alex's attention was very good, always attentive. The beach club they give you very good access also, I recommend having a car to get there since it is not so close to the house. Definitely a property I would go back to.

This was my first time visiting Playa del Carmen. Christian provided outstanding communication and assistance in guiding me throughout the stay. Nice job. The location makes getting around the main area very easy and quick. You are a 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to main pedestrian walkway where I found most people go.

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

I visited for girls trip with friends and we had a wonderful time. We loved having our own private beach with plenty of seating. The views are beautiful and the ocean was easy to swim in and enjoy. Victor facilitated onsite massages and Carlos did a wonderful job cooking our meals. We are all going through ceviche withdrawal now. We hope to be back someday soon!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, safe, and part of something truly special. The house itself is beautiful, well-appointed, and filled with warmth, but what made our experience unforgettable was the incredible sense of community created by the wonderful people who care for this place. A heartfelt thank you to Martin & Mercedes, whose attentiveness and kindness made us feel at home, and for recommending an unforgettable snorkel adventure. The team that prepared our lunches and dinners was absolutely fantastic— if you’re visiting, I highly recommend the meal service. The private pool, patio and hammock is perfect for those lazy afternoons in the sun. The snorkelling right in the backyard is top notch with so much life to discover! It’s also great to have quick access to the beach clubs right beside the house (FYI they close at 5pm for food). We are so grateful for this experience and cannot wait to return!

Absolutely Amazing home,stay,views and spot! It was better than we imagined We will definitely be back to stay in one of Camille’s places. Her crew was so helpful and amazing. Always checking in and giving us ideas for things to do on the Island… We hated to leave. This was definitely a trip to remember and we felt Totally pampered with the cleaning crew… The laundry and daily making of beds with fresh linens made it so we could totally relax and enjoy every moment…. Best vacation ever … and best snorkeling on the island:) Thanks so much for making our trip the BeST EVER!

Great location and room

Great hidden waterfront gem in the central of Playa de Carmen. Walkable to all destinations. Away from the crowded beach spots of Mamitas etc. Everything was perfect. We will be back!

Great location! We stayed there for a wedding in Iberostar and it was super close. Rent a car if you're staying because it's more convenient. They also have plenty of chairs and umbrellas if you plan to walk to the beach. The beach was so nice and it felt like a private beach! They also welcome you with some treats! We had some miscommunication but we sorted it out. Will recommend it especially if you have young kids.

The House was beautiful & clean. Better than the pictures! Beach area was clean & pool was amazing. The cleaning crew did a great job everyday & were friendly !

We loved staying here! Clean, quiet, walk out the door to the beach, beautiful garden and pool, friendly and helpful staff, walk to restaurants (yummm), and perfect location at the end of the road. Laura was so helpful and responsive as well. We highly recommend this lovely condo in Akumal.

Great place to stay! It’s conveniently located near everything and just steps away from the beach. The pictures are exactly what you’ll experience. The host was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay.

Amazing place right on the beach! Good Communication. We had one issue with the freezer and it did not work during our stay. Caroline tried to resolve but because of the holiday it wasn’t able to be fixed. They provided some coolers as a solution. Great people and great house on the beach.

Celebrated my 40th here with my family. Out of 13 people not 1 bad thing to say, everyone loved it. This property is amazing but I think the Host makes the stay truly special. She set us up with a private chef, Private Catamaran, and massages. We are foodies and eat well, but I can say without a doubt that Mishel is a top notch chef...everything was delicious not to mention they cleaned everything up after meals which allowed us to enjoy our vacation even more. The catamaran and massage services were 5 star as well. Carolina knows the best of the best on the island. My favorite part was to walk down the beach and snorkel with the current back to the house. That stretch is some of the best in Cozumel. The location could not be better, it is gated and private but you can also walk and in 2 minutes be at a resort and rent jetskis and such. Our flights were delayed and Carolina was so accommodating. It felt more like staying at a friend's house, that's how kind and welcoming she is.

Can't say enough good things about this place. It was clean, lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen and better views than seen in the pictures. There were restaurants on both sides of the building which made the atmosphere festive during the day (they closed early so it was nice and quiet at night). My daughter couldn't get enough of the snorkeling right off our beach. This was a great family vacation and we can't wait to go back!
