Rent a comfortable room with private bathroom. Not a studio. My home is located in a lovely, safe gated community. The location allows you to walk freely into town and the beach. Across from a convenient mall. Air conditioning is $30 pesos per day and $50p per night. Of course there is no charge with no use of a/c. Light cleaning is $120 pesos per day. Full clean, $200 pesos. No check out cleaning fee like other listings. Full service laundry not including ironing $150 pesos per load.

We are Akumal Direct Reservations. We are very proud to have been a premier vacation rental manager in Akumal and the Riviera Maya for over 25 years. La Tortuga #4 is located on the second floor overlooking the pool and sparkling waters of Akumal's Half Moon Bay! The bay in front of the condo is great for snorkeling as the reef comes very close to the shore, and it is home to a wide diversity of marine life. There is a wonderful restaurant on site that also offers room services to our guests.

We are centrally located in a safe quiet neighborhood. Markets & restaurants nearby. Chuco cooks a complete breakfast. Breakfast start puf with a big fruit platter with fresh fruit and guacamole with freshly fried chips. Breakfasts are omelettes, Mayan French toast, waffles, etc. Breakfast is served from 7a.m. to 9 am. Divers will be served earlier if needed. Every morning there is a pot of freshly brewed coffee . All rooms have a/c & refrigerators. Most rooms have a hammock.

This is a unique, private, gated, secure place in the jungle. 2 km from Puerto Aventuras. We are 4 km from the Puerto Aventuras beach. Huge private land with cenotes and caves. We have a kitchen with open space downstairs and two separate bedrooms on the second floor, which we rent by the room. House has approximately 250 square meters. We don't have air-condition on the first floor just in the bedrooms.

A cozy bedroom in a nice condo, right in the center of Playa del Carmen, close to the main street and the beach, the supermarket, bus station, and all restaurants and stores. Very convenient location for a stress free vacation. I prepare a simple but tasty breakfast with great coffee, delicious multigrain bread, fresh fruit, quality butter and jam.

Patricia and Cesar's place was a fantastic value. The place is located just 2 blocks from a Sams Club (If you're a member in the USA, your card will work there) and a Walmart. It is also located within 5 blocks of some awesome local food joints. The pool and hot tub in the backyard were perfect and working. The garden (trees, bushes, flowers etc) is immaculately maintained. Breakfast is included and cooked well. Patricia has outstanding taste and should do side work as an interior decorator. Cesar is also very handy and helpful. The hosts live on-site and truly care about the well-being of their guests. I'm actually returning for a month next...Need I say more? Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay. Francesca and her husband a lovely people with great hospitality! The room and own bathroom were very clean and it felt like being home. We could enjoy the delicious breakfast at the balcony with a beautiful view on the water. We would always come back and highly recommend that place!

Ricardo accomodation is a lovely family home situated a few minutes drive from Cozomel main strip. A taxi or scooter is required..there is roadside parking plus opposite the hotel in a secure compound where Ricardo keeps his dogs, goats, chickens. Hotel has a lovely garden and pool. Numerious rooms available at Villa Segovia...(called San Miguel de Cozumel on Air b@b). My room was on the front as pictured...comfy bed TV with Netflix all cleaned daily. Breakfast is served next to the pool...you can hold a conversation with parrots and other pet birds! Staff are friendly and welcoming...Thank you for letting me stay.

Maria´s place is really close to the Xcaret parks and not necessarily on the highway which makes the place very special as there is no noise and is very close to the nature and not far from the supermarket or places to eat. Also they are really serious when it comes to cleaning and this is another plus!
