Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Seminole County

This was the perfect place for our needs. The house was clean and plenty of space for us. The 3 full baths were really nice to have. Very walkable with good restaurants in town. I would definitely stay again if we have to come back to the area.

Stayed for a week, including NYE. House was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Surrounding area had lots of great food options from breakfast to late night. Main attractions of Orlando such as Disney and Universal seem far away, but are still very easily accessible from this location and don’t require lots of time management to make sure you get the full experience. Pool was clean and backyard/grilling area was great and very spacious. Would absolutely stay again!!

I had booked Dana's place for a longer-term stay for three of our employees, and they had nothing but great things to say about their experience. The house was exactly as pictured, very clean, private, and welcoming. They happened to be there during Hurricane Milton, and Dana was extremely proactive in her communication, and very prompt on getting a tree removed the next day that had fallen during the storm. She is a great host, and we highly recommend her place. The only thing we regret is that it is already booked the next time we'll be in town. Thank you again, Dana!

My family and I took a last minute three-night trip to the Daytona area. We decided to take a gamble and rent this home on the river for a post-holiday retreat and recharge. Heidi was extremely helpful and quickly responded to any and all questions. The home was extremely roomy, clean, and comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a "disconnect" vacation. The property is perfect for a quiet and relaxing retreat while still being within a comfortable driving distance to the hustle and bustle of Daytona.

We had 8 adults and 5 kiddos (ages 5-10) stay here over Christmas for 5 nights. Ample space for the whole family. We had a lovely time. Felt removed from the hustle/bustle. The property was rented out to a movie production company before we arrived, and they left up all of the decorations for us to enjoy which was lovely!! We had a few clarification questions when we arrived and Abby was very responsive and helped answer our questions very quickly. If you are planning to cook a lot in the kitchen it’s not the most well stocked re:basic pantry staples, just FYI. Pool doesn’t yet have the heating element set up, so just know that before booking (it looks really pretty!). Tons of birds (sandhill cranes, crows, red tailed hawks and lots of woodpeckers. We even saw a bald eagle flying overhead!). We spent every evening outside by the firepit with kiddos playing soccer in the front yard. I think we will have wonderful memories from that set up.

For us, visiting family nearby, this was a great place to stay! Easy to check-in, helpful host, super close to various stores, quiet neighborhood. I was able to work well from one of the bedrooms with a desk using the wifi. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well equipped. It is an older home, but comfortable. There is just one in the living room which might matter to some people, and it’d probably be easier to bring a chromecast or fire stick rather than trying to use the existing set-up.

Beautiful home, well furnished with a great back porch. Pet friendly but backyard not completely fenced. Great to have 2 living rooms and a large dining table, and even a desk for a working family member. The master suite is wonderful, and located on the other side of the home! Great if traveling with lots of family. We felt the location was great. Close to many major roads, and a walkable neighborhood. TVs in each bedroom and living room, but you pay nearly $200 for the service. The check-in, check-out was simple, no keeping track of keys.

Loved the house, extremely clean and all the amenities/completely stocked kitchen with all pots/pans/utensils we needed. Loved the ping pong and the patio outdoors for breakfast. We want to book again for next year!

Great location simple historic cozy accommodation

Great place to stay, close to downtown, and had many other places near by. Very nice loft design, comfy bed, etc. would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

What a great gem! Love the location, the BEST possible area to be! The cottage is simplistic decorated, free of clutter and you feel right at home walking in! Will definitely be back at stay here! Large and very well appointed condo. Coffee was provided. Had everything we needed.

We had wonderful stay at this place. Mike / Jake always been prompt in communication, and ensuring that we can have a wonderful vacation time, feel like home stay. It has all the amenities, needed for a long term stay - very close proximity to all places, walking distance. Only improvement can be worked on, is on the elevator part ( most of the times we found only one elevator was in working condition); and because of that wait time seems too long sometime - one side of the tower. Overall I recommend, its a very nice place to live in.

Linda has a great space near tons of local eateries and shopping. Depending on traffic, getting to the local theme parks is an easy 30 minute drive. Two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms makes it ideal for couples, friends, and families. The full kitchen is also a great benefit.

Beautiful house with lots of space. Great for multiple families. We spent New Years weekend there and everyone had a great time. So many neat parts of the house. We loved the speakeasy- that felt like a little getaway- with its own kitchen, bar, bathroom and grill area. The little breakfast lobby looked like it was part of a French restaurant. The view of the backyard and lake was so nice every morning and evening. The boys loved playing golf in the little putting green. Very happy with our stay!

Everything from booking to checking out went smoothly. The place was super cute and had everything we needed. It was a close walk to the huge pool , which had lots of tables and chairs to relax poolside in. The location is close by to lots of malls and entertainment. ♡

It was a great host. The house was very clean and well stocked. We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly.

My stay was exceptional. The place was massive lots of space and room plenty of beds if you bring a whole family! The only thing I would do differently is at a TV to the bedroom so you can watch shows while lying in bed if you want other than that, everything was above par! And perhaps one thing I would do is put some step grips in the shower. I almost slipped and cracked my skull open, but I caught myself so be very careful when using that master bathroom shower. The host was very responsive and handled any issue that arose very quickly. I will definitely be renting again in the future!
